Hey there Hoppereenos!
For those of you not to keen on working in the Springfield Heights Area, EA has dropped a lil tasty morsel for you to work on instead. Another Level. This now brings us to Level 56.
Let’s take a peak at what the New Level 56 Changed in our silly lil games.
WHY CAN’T I SEE THE NEW STUFF?
You have two things running in the game… XP Level and Game Play Levels. In order to move on to the New Content BOTH need to be in the same Level.
XP Level: This is at the bottom Left of your screen. This is ONLY the XP Counter. It will need to say Level 56 in order to see the New Content.
Game Play Level: This is essentially the Walkthroughs. The Dialog you MUST complete with each Level to move on to the next. In other words, you will NOT be able to see Level 56 if you have not completed all the required prior Level Content before. So make sure you completed Level 52, 53, 54, and 55 Walkthroughs in order to see Level 56.
You can use our Walkthroughs for each Level to see where YOU are at in Game Play and find out what you need to complete to move forward.
Now to the Random Changes….
First off, with another new level comes more new pricing. This means the top 8 Levels of the game have a mark up on the Buildings Costs as they are the “Newest” Levels. As you can see the top 2 and bottom 2 are the same, so you will not notice any changes for 2 Levels on these items.
Here is the Multiplier Tier Breakdown.
Level 56: 4X Cost
Level 55: 4X Cost
Level 54: 3X Cost
Level 53: 2X Cost
Level 52: 1.6X Cost
Level 51: 1.4X Cost
Level 50: 1.3X Cost
Level 49: 1.3X Cost
(Level 48-1: No Multiplier)
NEW BUILDING PRICES
Remember…the BASE price is indicated in Red. The current price is in black. Don’t confuse the base price (in red) with the current price (in black). Base Price is the lowest possible cost you will pay for the Building… IF you wait until several more Levels are released and it moves down the Multiplier Tiers until there is no more Multiplier.
Current Price is what it will cost you RIGHT NOW in the game.

These are the few things that are still ongoing in the game and have been a while now.
FP Points Missing: For whatever reason, FP Points stopped popping out of several buildings a while back. I have not narrowed down a complete list yet as I have way too many buildings to test it on and not enough people tapping them. Either way, this issue has been here for a few months at least. All I can suggest is continue to bug EA on this one and tell them to put the FP Points back on ALL Buildings your neighbors tap so you can collect them.
Vandalism Missing: I do not know what is going on with this one, but it is still disabled for many that you can no longer vandalize neighbors. Still no clear answer on this one. Also… one of those if you REALLY want it back to contact EA.
SPRINGFIELD HEIGHTS ISSUES
Here are the items we are still seeing in Springfield Heights Area.
Yoga Mat Icon: Just last update (Ice Cream Homer), Fat Tony was kicked out of the LA Body Works and replaced by Snake. Still nothing concrete on why… but it is causing an issue. Due to the game still thinks Tony should be in there working to make Yoga Mats, the Yoga Mat Icon still lingers around if Tony is not doing anything. All you can do at this point is keep bugging EA to either put Tony back or fix it so that he is not linked to the LA Body Work any longer. In the meantime, it will go away if you keep Tony busy.
FYI: This so far looks to be fixed now, will keep an eye on it…but looks like Snake is here to stay.
Surplus Buildings: As many of you may already know, if you store those extra Real Estate earning buildings in your Inventory… you seem to be able to make them “disappear” and make more beyond the 10 Limit (Modern Mansion, Classic Mansion, etc). I do not know how much longer this will be around for, but I would suggest to use it to your advantage if you REALLY want to boost your Real Estate Points right now. Use it before it is fixed. After it is, you will be stuck with the Buildings at the Levels they are on and at the 10 MAX Limit.
Missing Donuts: Some of you are still reporting you are without your donuts that mysteriously vanished when the new area hit our games. Calling in to the “scripted reps” got you all the “scripted response” to wait for an update. Both myself and Alissa are going against this. We have been and will keep saying DO NOT WAIT FOR AN UPDATE. There is no way they can know the exact amounts to return to you. Sorry, but they can’t.
The ONLY way to resolve this is to call if at all possible as those reps seem the most helpful, or use the chat feature if you have to. Either way, do NOT take “wait” for an answer. Be kind, be courteous, but tell them the exact amount you are missing and that you would like them to be placed back into your game. If you have a receipt from purchase, add that to your form once you submit the issue to EA. (You just go back to it and attach a file once case is opened.) So far, the 3 games I had that they went missing all had them added back by the rep on the phone WHILE I was on the phone. Chat Agents were no help and just kept copy and pasting that script.
Short story long… YOU will have to be proactive in getting them back in your game. Ask for a Supervisor or to be escalated to a higher support if needed, but make sure you get them back while the rep is there.
TRADE DONUTS FOR IN GAME CASH
This was introduced a few Levels back, but I will continue updating it for the newest Levels. These are the options as of Level 55.
First it’s important to note that the higher the level you are the more cash you’ll get for your donuts.
Again this will vary depending on your level. The above numbers reflect it if you’re on Level 56. As you increase your level over level 9 you’ll start to increase the payout for each one. We won’t go into too much detail with this because we honestly do not encourage you to do this in your games. It is a waste. Do not spend donuts for in game cash…it’s just not worth it (at any level).
Now for that one thing we will continually keep reminding you to check 😉
CONFIRM DONUT SPENDAnd of course, your constant reminder (as we ALWAYS get comments on this)…check that Confirm Donut Spend. NO ONE wants to lose donuts on accidental sped up tasks or purchases. The new menu, you will find this in any menu by tapping the cog wheel in the top right corner. (You can also reset your sound from here.)
So there are a few random changes. I am still looking to see if anything more pops ups. I will update this post if I do. What do you think of the new stuff? Any changes you see that we have not listed? Let us know.
