Springfield Heights Real Estate Point Prizes: Montessori School to Ziff Mansion

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

So the Springfield Heights Expansion arrived in our games a couple of months ago and it introduced a whole new area of extended play for Tappers.  Remember, Springfield Heights is NOT an event.  Instead it’s an expansion.  It’s designed to take some time to complete…so there’s no rush to finish it.  It’s not going anywhere.

Anywho…as I was saying, Springfield Heights arrived and brought a whole new area of play for us.  In addition to purchasing land and items you can also earn Real Estate Points, and those points will turn into 5 exclusive Springfield Heights Prizes.  Let’s take a look at the first four Springfield Heights Prizes and breakdown what they do, how big they are & how you earn them…

And that my friends concludes the basic rundown of the first four Real Estate Prizes.  The fifth prize?  Well at 1 billion ico_heights_realestate_lg that’s Paris Texan and Billionaire Haven.  Paris comes with her own questline, so we’ll cover her in a different post.

  1. So I see now after many hours of performing tasks to procure the ‘Flying Car’ that the car, does not, in fact, fly. I’m crying FOUL on this one.

    • If you had read this article, you would have known that!
Alissa committed this about the Flying Car:
“What Does it Do?: Nada. Has no animation when tapped. Just sits there and “looks pretty”…”
BTW: The origanal “flies” in the film Chitty Chitty Ban Bang with Dick van Dyke

  2. I unlocked the Springfield lake this morning but it never popped up to place or store. Anyone know how to find it?

  3. I don’t see how it’s possible to unlock the Ziff Mansion. You would have to fully upgrade everything again and again. There isn’t enough space in Springfield Heights. You can’t do it without donut hacking (unless you want to wait a year). It’s too expensive. And then you have to double it for the billionaire haven O_O

    • It’s possible loads of people have already unlocked Billionaire Haven without using a donut hack. You just have to upgrade everything then store it when it’s not needed.

  4. The lake does have a task for Paris Texan.

  5. Springfield Heights – only 1 Building (Montessori School) earns $ & XP out of those 4 Prizes ! The Rest? Just oversized (or redundant) Decorations that don’t even increase your % to earn $ & XP (bad move, EA!)

I know, a big pay off once you reach 1 Billion (but I’m not in a rush , there’s another Level Update today – 57 – and the Monorail Event)

  6. I’m at 105 million, and it I bought 10 condos,Manson’s,valet parking, Manson’s and business centers and started upgrading in that order thinking I could store the upgraded buildings. My on!y issue is you should be able to store these buildings.
