In addition to purchasing land and items you can also earn Real Estate Points, and those points will turn into 5 exclusive Springfield Heights Prizes. We covered the first four Real Estate Prizes here, but now it’s time to take a more in-depth look at the fifth and final Springfield Heights Real Estate Prize.
Billionaire Haven and Paris Texan are awarded to you once you’ve earned 1 billion Real Estate points. Unlike the previous four prizes this one actually has a questline and purpose. Paris Texan is a full character for your Springfield. She’ll come with a full set of (freemium) tasks and a walkthrough as well. Whew! Finally reached a billion this week. I took some time away from the game, but with the game focused on France, Japan, and Brazil I used that time to get pins and finish out Springfield Heights. The best part was when the game opened up 8 hour tasks for certain characters so that I could earn mass quantities of items, although the tedious task of sending the usual “one at a time” characters still needed to be done. After completing most buildings (condos, business centers, garages), I played them in inventory so I didn’t take up space with redundancy. Good luck to those still trying to get there…you can do it!!
I’m 30,000,000 short and have everything maxed and built that I can. Is there anyway to get there?
You likely don’t have everything. You can have 10 of each building..that alone is more than enough
Is there a way to speed this up like another poster said? It does take a movie where you don’t care about the plot to keep checking every 30seconds to 20 minutes….ugh. $828 million to go for something I don’t care much about….
