Just went this pregnant lady thought it was safe to take a nap….boom Level 58 hits our tappin’ devices! I should know better, EA doesn’t like to let any of us rest! Anywho..so level 58 hit our games yesterday afternoon and with it arrived some more members of Fat Tony’s Mafia.
So now that there’s a new Level in our tapping devices, you know what that means right? Time for another Turbo Tappin! So with that let’s jump right in and Turbo Tap the Main Questline (Freemium) of Level 58!
As we mentioned in the Level 58 rundown post the main questline is started by Fat Tony and some wheels in politics that need to be greased.

It’s a fun update to keep us busy tapping for a bit!
If you run the Level 58 questline from start to finish, without using donuts, it will take you 3 days and 14hrs to complete if you don’t have Don and and an additional 11hrs if you have Don.

I was having a hard time with the river. You have to place the river first lol. If you already have a river them place another one. That fixed it for me.
Hi there, I’ve got as far as legs and Louis ensuring no spoilers but when I try and do the quest it says ‘requires river’ does anyone know which river please/ where I get it? I’m level 58 nearly 59 🙂

it’s the free river in the move menu..4 way arrows.
Place a water piece anywhere and your problem is solved.
Hi there i also can’take complete frankie the politician part 6. I didn’t even get any message as to why it won’t work. I tried putting a river to see if that is the problem but it still won’t let me go forward with tasksome. Anybody has the same problem?

If you’re having issues with the water…try completely storing all the water in Springfield, then storing Fat Tony’s House and replacing both. See if that helps clear it up.

I have been on level 58 since the day it hit and my main quest line still hasn’t triggered . Troubleshooted all the possible ways, even contacted EA and was told nothing is wrong with my game but my quest has not triggered even after I downloaded the patch. The IRS quest line had begun but Frankie the politician still hasn’t ? Fat tony has been free for a week and all characters free for 2 days , anybody else having this issue ???
Did you build the Overpass diner and unlock Old Jewish man?

Yes i cannot get it to trigger aswell yried everything. If there was more than 58 lvls id be 63 and still fat tonys ass has said not a damn thing to start the frankie the politician quest. I have no clue why it wont work i can see the mafia car and the country club in store but it wont let me but em.
How do you improve righteousness without buying tons of training walls?

Hi there! I am a numerous times a day player and am still so far away from level 58! Any help for an XP boost? I have 5 stars, but have been only focusing on Monorail tracks and Springfield heights so I think that’s where I’ve been slacking on the XP. Any ideas on anything I can buy to get back on track?? Thanks!
Buy Rat Trap delivery trucks or blood mobiles. They give you a ton of XP…

if you have springfield heights, buy Tennis Courts, for just 10 Hollywood Awards each, you get a 2.25% Bonus $ and XP!!!
Kwik E Marts give 2000 XP each. They are **way** better value than the bloodmobile which gives 13,200 XP but at a cost of 132,000.
Seven KEMs give 14,000 (more XP than a bloodmobile) for a fraction of the cost. Buy, build, sell, repeat.
Note that increasing your XP won’t get you through the game levels any quicker. I always had good XP, but at one point was about 8 levels behind on the questlines.
Level 58 – we got another Freemium Character , we can still craft Monorail Tracks, we can still earn +5 Donuts (weekly) and its more fun than Springfield Heights (oh yeah, we got decent Friendship Prizes that aren’t NPC’s – maybe EA is listening to our gripes) 🙂

I like this questline, the conversation is so funny, like the one about GoT. I love Francine’s dialogue too.
I can’t get passed pt 6 ,I’ve got legs luis and frankie free but when I tap the task none of them have highlighted jobs , I’ve recently nuked my town is there a building that I need to put out that goes with this task?
You need a river.

If you are an hourly builder like me know that you cannot “interrogate a squealer” with Legs and Louie if Frankie is doing another task. not sure if he added value to that task (I would suspect he does).
OT, but does anyone know a good way to let visiting friends know you would prefer if they not do graffiti? I just lost 1/2 a star from righteousness today, and from what I could gather online, the likely cause what graffiti from visiting friends. I don’t even graffiti anyone else’s Springfield. I had to buy a bunch of extraneous training walls to get back to ***** on the conform-o-meter. I toyed with spelling out “NO GRAFFITI PLEASE” in flowers, but soon realized that wouldn’t be practical.
Clean out friends and add only ones from do not vandalize thread here. Put up a note spelled out with decorations.
There is a “do no vandalize” thread? Will have to check it out….
Hide your buildings.
The bottom line is if people want to graffiti they’re going to graffiti, there’s really no way to avoid it. But having plenty other things to tap helps, as well as having your vandalism buildings away from the landing spot can help as well…
Hm, never thought about where the “vandalism” buildings are in relation to the landing spot. They’re pretty scattered, but I’ll have a look. I really wish the game wouldn’t build in a trap like this.

Yep, I’ve got training walls up the wazoo. I do have a related question. The entry you linked to and other discussions I’ve seen mention increasing righteousness by cleaning up graffiti in other towns. I tried that, but I found that tapping on their graffitied buildings doesn’t do anything. Is this something that used to be available but no longer is?
I am level 56 but besides the point the level 58 update has not hit my game yet… as in the buildings do not appear in the building tab. ??? Is this suppose to happen or not?

I’m trying to do the rail yard bonus tracks which reset on Tuesday. But it’s stuck on the payout for some dumb reason. Will not let me earn tracks and my blueprints are lid 36,000k

First Herb got a permanent task at El Chemistri, now a permanent task at Pimento Grove! It’s so nice to finally be putting these great buildings to use!
When I upgraded to level 58, I lost $2,000,000. Did this happen to anybody else?

No, I never did purchase the car and now it doesn’t seem to be available.

I got the update the other day, but the quest line didn’t start. Then the next time I logged on I was back at level 57 and not even close to level up.
Fudge I got sent back a level and I was just about to get my level up doughnuts sooo frustrating 🙁

Should I update on iOS? EA are a HORRIBLE company and I want to do anything to avoid dealing with those morons!
It’s up to you. For the most part it’s safe. Some people are still having issues, but I think they’re ones who updated when it first hit. At this point you should be safe.

I waited to update until it was forced yesterday due to all the issues I kept seeing throughout the comments. The only issue I’ve had since is with the rail yard giving me tracks. However when I go to krustyland, it awards me the tracks immediately. I haven’t experienced rollback, disappearing buildings, etc. FYI, I was mid level 57 when I updated.

Springfielders can do it. It’s nearly everyone, there are some characters not considered Springfielders (like Nixon)
Thanks so much. When I finally get to this level and task, I’ll be able to send probably 90% or so of my town on the same task. It’s so much fun to have everyone tapped out from the same place, especially with the sound turned on. Finishing up Level 54 tomorrow and then starting on Level 55. The plan is to complete Level 56 before the Halloween Event starts up.
Does any other character have to be available beside Fat Tony in order for the quest to start? I just release Fat Tony from a 24hr task and he hasnt prompted the quest line, and Ive been on level 58 for a few days now.
Just Fat Tony…did you finish Level 57? Or at least the Overpass Diner Build?
Ha! I finished the Overpass Diner build but the simpsons are still on a 60 min task with it. Thats probably why. Thanks! Im just a lil impatient lol
lol it happens. Usually you have to finish at least part 1 (in some cases part 2) to move onto the next level when it hits. Levels go by XP and gameplay 🙂
I have found that sometimes even when the necessary characters for a task are available, that the task won’t trigger until I tap on the tile/picture of that character in the top/left corner of the screen. When I tap that, the task then triggers, along with any character dialogue.
I just realized frankie has been in our game since legs and louie were first released, he’s the squeaker in their joint one hour task “interregate a squealer”.

I was able to get to level 58 – had the xp for weeks – started and finished Frankie and the Politician Pt. 1. During the process, I am now back to level 57 and can’t continue the quest. Almost have enough xp to level back up.
I did chat with EA and was told it is a known glitch and they are working on it. I am glad that this is just a game!

I am in the same boat as you. To make matters more confusing, I still have the mafia car and Frankie despite my level showig as 57. I’m not that close to leveling up again — hoping they get this patched before I do because I’m not sure how my game will respond. I’m afraid of entering some kind of vortex if it asks me to place the car again!
I overlooked that I need to send all three quimbys to dinner. Only sent one. Now need to wait another 12 hours.

I bought the car right away and it pushed me over the level point goal for more bonuts. I hope required buildings for levels aren’t going to keep getting more expensive, though. $1.7 mil for a car decoration, even with a character, is a bit ridiculous.
Remember it’s just like the Buildings each level… HUGE price tag on release but cost drops as more levels drop. 😉
