Your cadaverous pallor betrays an aura of foreboding, almost as though you sense a disquieting metamorphosis…. that’s right friend… HALLOWEEN IS UPON US! Of course, with a brand new event, comes a ton of new stuff and thankfully one of my jobs here is to tell you just where new items come from. I know we all can’t watch the Best. Show. Ever. as often as some fuzzballs and even though items might seem familiar, a lot of things blur together and you just can’t pinpoint just where you saw it. That’s why we decided to make a fun lil feature for just this predicament. To let you know just Where did THAT Come From?
This WDTCF will go over one of the new premium skins EA made available with Act One of the 2015 Halloween Event… Saxophone Lisa. We all know the oldest daughter of the Simpson clan loves to play the saxomophone, but when and where did she actually dress up as one? Which Treehouse of Horror does it come from? Let’s check out the TV Series to find out.
Treehouse of Horror XXII (S23:E3)
Writing out the origins for all the new stuff in the 2015 Halloween Event, I’m starting to get the feeling that the programmers only watched the beginnings of a lot of the episodes. This new costume comes from the opening segment of the episode. Bart, Maggie (sad face) and Lisa come home from trick or treating only to have their haul messed up by the Switch Witch. When I first saw Lisa’s costume in this episode, it made me smile big so I’m happy to see it in our games.
Same episode but Lisa is still wearing it at the very end of the episode as the three-parter is wrapped up.
I like the ending of this one and how they imply it was all a stage show. Even God shows up to say good bye to the viewers… the best is Grampa dressed up in the Black Swan costume though lol.
That wraps up this origin post my friends. What do you think of the skin? Did you buy it? While this is not a Should I Buy, I think I do have to say you can still see this beauty when Lisa tells her campfire story for anyone who’s trying to save their donuts. I don’t know why but I really enjoy the animation of Lisa playing the sax while dressed as one. Sound off with your thoughts and stay spooky friends. As they say… look Alive.

Oh, it comes from the worst ToH of all. I thought they adapted the design of Lisaxophone from MusicVille but I just forgot that Lisa already wore something like that. And I prefer to keep forgetting in my humble opinion… Where’s my Moe’s “Forget me” shot(©)?
Hi Sandra long time no time! I agree Lisa is my favorite and I usually buy anything Lisa, but that costume freaks me out also. Still on fence since its Lisa, but also have lots of skins for her, so probably will hold onto donuts to see what comes next.

Hey there, HH! You’re one of my free neighbors for whom I’ve been completely unable to leave terrors…..your counter is always at 0! But I’m thinking you may have been having the same problem with me, since I haven’t seen any terrors with your name on it yet. (Not meant to guilt you…just an observation.) Or, it’s also possible that you’ve left me some during my overnight hours and they expired before I could see them. At any rate, no worries…we still have plenty of time left to “terror-ize” each other! 😉
I will never forget Homer communicating with farts. I just had to laugh at that. Poor Homer getting bit by a spider. 🙁
No point buying costumes anymore in my opinion because once the unemployment office is fixed and we can send all characters on tasks at once again then surely it defaults to normal characters without costumes- this means costumes are going to be used less and less which is a shame. In fact I’m quite enjoying the fact it’s disabled at the minute and I can put my characters in different outfits lol 😀
It’ll send the character in whatever costume it has on. So if it’s in a premium costume it’ll send them on a premium task, not default to the normal one.

Back on Topic: Lisa’s Costume:
No one can look at this outfit for the first time and not think about Bleeding Gum’s Murphy. I was expecting him to pop into the cloud formation with the The Hive Grillmaster in that episode (a couple weeks back). Jazz Hole… There has to be a Music Event at some point, maybe all those instrument skins (which was an opener to one of the Future Episodes, I remember it was a Future Episode because at the end Old Homer was sitting on the couch with his Tuba counterpart)
Well EA, I like seeing her in it but I’m not forking my precious Donuts for it but I might pay millions of in-game-dollars :p
Got the sax Lisa suit just now… Hated to have to use a lil prejudicial decision making betwixed the three but Lisa is a girl and they come first so…. got her! Shes worth it!

Out of all those characters and outfits from the last picture, It would have to be God himself. Highly doubt EA would be able to make him a Character (for many reasons) but the very idea makes me happy.
Imagine Skyfinger tapping God (I assume Family Guy game already does that).

Technically, we are all the five-fingered gods of our own towns… sort of. Matt Groening got in the game as “The Creator” so it happened already in a different way. Now I want to be in the game… thanks Tot. As for the big guy… He’d be huge like an aspirational. I’d shell out millions of in-game bucks for Him though.
The rate EA is going we might see GOD before we see Maggie (litterally, we might be dead before we see Maggie) 😛

Unrelated to this awesome post(Thanks Wookiee!), any idea if EA is planning on dropping a new level anytime soon? I am up to 2.5M XP and have wasted a lot of XP for 3 donuts in the end. 🙁
They have before during events but we won’t know until it happens.
