Yes. It is either a Random Balloon… or if you pop the 300th Balloon with out random one having donuts, you are given the 5 donuts automatically. So just keep popping. Takes a while, but you get them eventually. Guaranteed by that 300th pop

Yes, but I think it’s only happened once.
So, I’ve almost decided to leave my Springfield how it is after Halloween. For those who aren’t my neighbors, I make Halloween my focus bringing out all of my items. Which is my main concern. I mean, the center by the campfire is a cluster bomb because I tried matching the spooky groves to the campfire and it became a mess, but I’m extremely proud of the rest of Halloween Town. Not only that, I’m super proud of my medieval block, airport block, and mall complex. I couldn’t nuke the town with those in mind, which would be the only possible way to get rid of Halloween at this point.
Any thoughts on what might be a good idea?
I’m so mad. I broke down and bought the cauldron yesterday and now I see witch marge is available for 75 donuts today. Do you know if she comes with the cauldron as before or just the skin?

just finally saw the season 27 premiere online after missing the UK premiere on sunday because there was no advertising to say it would be starting again and only found out too late whilst channel flicking and it was on the 2nd half. got to agree with wookie that i really didn’t like this episode as it was so depressing to see marge and homer break up, and probably wont watch it again.i only laughed twice in the whole episode bart messing around in the hospital. and the statue scene with Smithers and burns.
hopefully next week will be better as sorry wookie but i only browse your episode reviews to see your opinion of it as i dont want the description to spoil it for myself when it is finally shown in the uk.

You’re right, it might be the cooling tower with oddly streaming smoke. It appears to be the right width when you iimagine both of the towers. Too bad that animation or skin didn’t make it into the game itself. Thanks for the help with identifying it.
Cooling Towers don’t emit smoke. So, it must be some kind of foul vapor escaping into the atmosphere.

No, I just worked in the nuclear industry for 27 years along with 6 years as a reactor operator in the Navy. Most cooling towers emit a vapor consisting of molecules with two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. Other may be mixed with some parts of slime or other goo that forms on the sides of the walls of the cooling towers if you want to be precise or a perfectionist.
Are you sure it’s 2, and not 3, hydrogen atoms….? 😯 *awkward*

I would like to amend my reply to pixels of a greenish hue meant to represent “steam” from a cooling tower, that sorta kinda looks like smoke. 😄

and yes I knew cooling towers are just that, ….the steam rises up, condenses, and runs back down to be used again 🙂
DOH! If you don’t want to waste your time reading how cooling loops work at a nuclear plant SKIP THIS REPLY.
Actually, steam produced in the cooling towers is condensed in the atmosphere. That is why thermal-electric power plants are located near a major water source (lake, river, ocean/sea) – they provide makeup water that is lost due to this process. In a Pressurized Water Reactor this is known as the tertiary water loop. The primary water loop is radioactive as it come in direct contact with the nuclear fuel assemblies.
The secondary water loop, which is heated by the primary water loop but does not come in direct contact with it (primary flows in a pipe, secondary flow around the outside of the pipe), is not radioactive but could be during a major event. The primary loop is completely sealed to be a barrier to the spread of contamination. The secondary loop water turns to steam due to the high temperature and lower pressure which, in turn, is use to spin the turbine-generator like a pinwheel to produce electricity.
The first two loops are chemically treated to minimize corrosion and to extend the life of the plant components. The tertiary loop, however, is raw water from a lake, river or ocean. The possibility of becoming radioactive is remote even during a major event (tell that to the people in Japan). So, the steam produced as this tertiary water is cooled by airflow in a cooling tower is not radioactive and the steam rises out of the cooling tower and condenses in the cooler atmosphere.

Is it possible my comment disappeared? I was complaining about how super-speedy those formless terrors are, how the game willfully misinterprets my taps (because the gosh-darn things skim the buildings), and to make matters worse they get to hide in buildings. Also I failed at Monorail and have no Rail Yard…. Should I just store my (useless) recycling centers? (I can’t find my comment AND I got no replies… I guess maybe nobody’s talking to me….)

I’m wondering if everyone gets the limit of 20. I believe that includes those star spawn. Therefore if your skeletons aren’t spawning, try to get rid of all the star spawn first. Then they shouldn’t disappear. Go into build mode and hide the structures if you’re having trouble finding nightmares.
if everyone set his B games in the add friends Blog then it becomes easy to collect all the apples.
