So yesterday EA dropped part 2 to Springfield Heights into our little Springfields. Of course we were all expecting Christmas to hit…BUT they did tease that Christmas would hit next week. So this Heights addition is something to keep you busy tapping until Christmas hits (and no we don’t know what day Christmas will hit…).
There are two questlines as part of this new addition to Springfield Heights, and each questline will unlock new items/prizes. So let’s take a look at the Turbo Tappin’ version of Springfield Heights and Lodge a Complaint…
Note: You will NOT see the new SH questline unless you’ve finished the first questline (up to Springfield Heights Pt. 9). So if you’re not seeing it that’s probably why…

Unlock the Marketing Agency- Buy the plot of land it’s on, which will cost 15

Number 1’s “Control the Latte Market” is telling me I need to have a certain coffee shop before I can complete the mission. Since I was not playing at that time, is there any hope for me??? I hate having incomplete missions hanging out there…
Number 1’s “Control the Latte Market” is hanging out there to be completed in my game, however, it tells me I need a certain coffee shop to do the mission. I hate having an uncompleted mission, but I was not playing when the characters were first available…is there any hope for me???

It can only be placed in the ocean on open unused water. Make sure you are not placing it over top the submarine if it’s under water.
Build the Mountain Lodge
I have the lodge in my inventory but I can’t place it?
If you’re sure the area around it is completely clear (it’s a pretty big building) contact EA, could be a glitch in your game.

There was plenty of space bought extra land (more than I needed).
It was my fault in the end though… I had covered all the ground with pavement and thought it would build over it.

How do you get Smithers to advertise organ donor when you need 75!tiles when the maximum you can have is 50 ?

Any idea why there’s such a low # of craftable SH boardwalk tiles?? So lame. I need an update to be able to make more tiles!
Probably for issues with memory on devices. Like when you get the warning about too many items in your game and it could cause performance issues. They most likely limited how many you could get to prevent performance issues…
So it’s just my device then? Or the same # of tiles for everyone?

Extremely happy about the extra task for lattes, waiting form ore like it for the other items…. Sh is kind of a pain since the time for task is just enough to not let you really leave the game and the number of items gained is minimal. Would like to have more characters able to collect items. Otherwisew I’ll keep with the slow crawl. Sh certainly takes a back seat to anything else that pops up.

Question about the heights in general. I’m at real estate value 1,366,412,500 or something and I still need to fully upgrade the newest heights buildings. Is there any point in upgrading everything? I have Paris Texan and the billionaire heaven and at this point it kinda feels like I’m waisting my time…
As of right now, there is no goal beyond the 1 billion but that doesn’t mean EA can’t add one in the future. I’d guess when they decide to open up more land there, we’ll see another iteration of the heights and they could always add something to the Red Blazer Realty for 500 mil or 1 bil more. Think of it as geting a head start but certainly no reason to grind at it. I just collect the coffees/mats/etc. and update as it strikes my fancy. My true goal is to get all the SH buildings up to level 5 and then store them away. Also want a couple of the hotels with all their doodads, all the land, and a bunch of ornate tiles.
I realize this is a super old thread but here’s hoping-I can’t find the answer anywhere else. If you store your items (or never place them like the condo upgrades) do they still count towards your real estate value?
Yup
While they do still count towards REV, like Alissa said, be aware that, if you store the Springfield Heights buildings, their hidden bonus multiplier will NOT be in effect (as is true when you store any item with a multiplier).
