Well here we are, in the most wonderful time of the year…Christmas in Springfield! The leaves on the trees have fallen, snow blankets the ground and there’s joy all around town!
This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the First Act you’re tasked with collecting Santa Hats (
) to unlock each prize!
The first Act 1 prize awarded at 2,200 is the Leftorium Express! For all your left-handed needs…expressly.
So let’s take a closer look at this first prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…
Once you’ve collected 2200 you’ll automatically be awarded the Leftorium Express and you’ll see this message popup:
You’ll have the ability to place the Leftorium in your Springfield immediately or place it in inventory for later (store). If you store it, remember you’ll have to go into your inventory to retrieve it..
If you decide to place it’s a decoration, so there is no build time.
And that’s really it to Ned’s lefty store…no additional questline once placed and nothing to earn you more . Just unlock the prize and that’s basically it…

Where Can I Place It?: Grass/Pavement/Boardwalk/Beach/Pier
What Does it Do?: Not much really. Just a decoration for Springfield. It’ll kind of just sit there and not much else.

Springfield Orphanage the second prize, which will be awarded at 5,800 . This will be the next prize we cover in a prize rundown post.

Anyone having problems with baubles collected on 2nd Christmas challenge week. I have completed 1,2 &4 but bauble collection not registering on challenge 3. Any advice appreciated.

This Tapper stored it (EA blew it! Should have had a permanent Task with Ned Flanders that generates Event Currency OR Crafting Parts) as I have enough which completes my Vanity Level …..
This may not be the right forum for this but I am at a loss. I cannot find the presents gifted by my friends. I’ve tried searching high and low but one friend I have said he can’t give me any more because I’m full. I use the “move” feature and make buildings, people, and roads translucent to find them but I cannot find them anywhere! Anyone else have this problem and have any other ideas on how to get to them?
You friends have the options to drop them in other parts of town so they can end up behind buildings. There is a way to turn off seeing characters,buildings and miscellaneous if you do that you will be able to see where they are. Hope this helps.
Am I seeing things or did Sophie Krustofski just appear in my game? Did level 60 hit? Or are Santa’s lil minions up to no good again?

Oh thank the lil baby Jebus for that! Just got Violet & Patches, got railyard going, SH a-growing, earning enough to upgrade IRS AND buy all that lovely, lovely new land! Don’t think I could handle a new level just yet, lol.

Who was that gal who popped up in the Leftorium placement dialogue? The one wearing a hijab? Maybe they’ll introduce her as a character at some point with some choice jabs at Trump. 🙂
Nasreen has a makeup stall on the other side of the Leftorium Kiosk. Ned really only has half a kiosk. 🙂

Hello Alissa and crew. As usual thanks for all the hard work again you’re doing this even. And as usual I need help again 🙁
I was on vacation and I totally forgot about games so I only recently started this. I conceded that I wouldn’t be able to get the prizes now because it’s too late but when I saw that the last reward is Patches and Poor Violet I freaked out and hated every fiber of my being.
My question is, I have 680 donuts right now, do you think there can still be a strategy I could do wherein I could still get them?

P.S Do you have any details about them? Are they voiced? Are they a 2-in-1 inseparable characters like Sherri and Terri? Do they have jobs etc.
How far behind are you? (how many hats do you have)

Oooh – good idea! If I had more room there (i.e., if I took out the gazebo and seating), I might put it there, too. But I think I’m just going to have to go for the more “mall” setting, instead.
Does anyone remember which post it was in which someone put a rundown of the tasks needed to complete the gingerbread house? I’m trying to manage recycling/rail yard tasks with gingerbread house updating and it would really help to know which categories were coming up for Level 3 (since I’m just about to finish Level 2). I wish I had saved the email I saw that comment in… 🙁

No judgement from me on your aim….sometimes those presents just don’t land where you think they should…it’s happened to me, too.
And thank you for your generosity with the presents…not sure when/how I’m going to be able to pay you back sufficiently…trying to balance paying back people who have left me multiples with sending other folks at least one present. (And, at this point, all I can do is send presents to people who have sent them to me…I’m so in debt at this point that I can’t even think of initiating a present exchange with someone “new.”) But, at least you can count on getting a Nice from me! 🙂

The Leftorium went onto my pier – it fits in nicely with the various food/drink carts, lemonade & fried dough stands, tikki bar, and hot squishee station.
Any plans for a “should I spend donuts” bit on Victor’s Secret and Animal Shelter?

I’m glad it can go onto the boardwalk! Mine’s hanging out, forlorn, outside my mall complex at the moment. I think it’ll be happier at the Squidport.
It’s odd that I never think to check if new items can be placed on the boardwalk. Good to know. I suppose it is because I am the oddball in my family of left-handers. I am the only right-handed sibling. I am looking forward to my two little urchins arriving in my town. Welcome li’l Patches and Poor Violet. Loving this event.

Actually there is one single action for Ned to do in Leftorium Express… Don’t remember right now, but it is when the Leftorium Express is just placed in Springfield…
