It’s Christmas in Springfield! Time to hang the stockings and stock up on donuts because there are new Christmas themed premium items in our stores! Now I know you may be trying to decide if these are worth YOUR donuts, but don’t sweat it! We’re here to tell you what’s worth the donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add Sophie Krustofski to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this clown’s daughter to your town!

-Premium character, so will earn 50% more on jobs

Cons:
-Pricey for a character with no building
-Really no major benefit once the event ends
-Does not help in Youngster tasks

Honestly, this is one of those…if you REALLY want the character get it. (whether you’re freemium or premium) She’s a bit overpriced in my opinion, but she is limited-time and one of those characters that you may regret getting if you don’t. However, buying her is purely based on wanting the character…her benefit for the event really isn’t that great. And if you buy her strictly for event purposes you’ll probably regret it once the event is over. So basically if you really want Sophie, grab her. Otherwise…pass.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would/wouldn’t do…and I can tell I’ll probably be picking this one up. However, this IS a limited-time item. So if you’re thinking about getting her make sure you make your final decision before she leaves our games on January 2nd. (and of course the earlier the better)

Pass. Thank you, I was on the verge. But ultimately I’m not attached to the character and I am spending my donuts on things that will last.
I had to have her. I’m a big fan of the playable characters and try to pick them up if I can/ if I have the donuts.

Bought her just because she’s adorable. I agree she’s expensive and her questline is short. I think she should earn more currency than she does. 1 mistletoe every hour is just pointless! Couldn’t resist though.I love extra females in my game.
I think she’s overpriced but I’m glad I got her. She is so cute and I really like her task with Krusty. She’s not a huge help with the event but every little helps, and I’m sure she will come in handy for future events.
I had the choice between Sophie and the Polar Express Station. As a railway aficionado I went for the station.
Pass for me. I hate the tasks that require other characters. Like recently sherri and terri now require Bart for their 8 HR task.
Would kinda like to have her, but three are too many other things I want more, and, after Black Friday, I don’t have too many donuts left to work with. I recently got some extra money in my Amazon account, so, if they chi another Gil’s Deal (hopefully by Christmas, since there’s an Amazon Coins deal going on until then, too), I might do my once a year purchase of a small number of donuts.
I wasn’t able to finish act 1 do didn’t get the orphan kids. I logged in every 4 hours but failed bc I tried maxing out each Santa hat tasks. Hence I got stressed and bought Sophia… But it glitches and I ended up having my donuts refunded. It’s a sign so I didn’t buy again

Was really thinking of buying her till the point that she doesn’t do tasks as a child after the event. I’m trying to get more people that can help in future events as well as this one. Looks as if I’ll be passing on this one.
It’s quite usual in the game to add those characters to the appropriate groups later on. Pretty much all kids have been able to help with Halloween and I’d expect her to be reused in the future.
She doesn’t help with youngster task NOW, but I don’t think anyone can predict that she never will in the future.
I live with a Dad who loves his daughter very much even though he isn’t completely clear to her on how much. Bought it in a nano second.

As an obviously huge Krusty fan, I couldn’t pass on his daughter! I must say I was expecting a little more of a story/quest line for 110 donuts though. Hopefully she will be included in future endeavors and helpful with kids’ tasks.
Two visual tasks and they’re both on the short side. Definite pass.

There are no old movies, just old people lol. I’ve never actually seen it, but Sophie, a choice to buy or not…maybe a bit darker than my usual references but my brain works in odd ways!
Really bothers me how she doesn’t have an 8 hour task. I hope one gets patched in later in then event
I really only bought her because she’s a female hahah, helping in the vent currency (as minimal as it is) is just a bonus for me hahah.
The only “problem” with her is that she doesn’t have an 8 hour task, which is asinine. Hopefully when the patch goes live for the day 1 challenge faux past this is also addressed.
