Putting this up top as many are overlooking it. You MUST follow Once in a Royal Quimby’s City Questline in order to get each attraction. It starts with the Exotic Petting Zoo, then Reindeer Burger Truck, then Fortress of Lonelitude, then Moonshine Shack. If you do NOT see the part of Quimby’s Questline that triggers the next Attraction, then you’re not complete with the Attraction before it. So to get Reindeer Burger Truck, finish to Level 3 of Exotic Petting Zoo. To get Fortress, finish to Level 3 Reindeer Burger Truck… and so on. You must complete each Attractions requirements to keep Quimby’s Questline going.

With all the cool new stuff that is in our silly lil games for Act 2, I figured it may be helpful to give you an idea of just how much help and beneficial upgrading some of the New “Locations” will be to you.
Let’s dive on in and take a look at the Upgrades and tasks for the Fortress of Lonelitude & Moonshine Shack Attractions
KNOWN “ISSUES”
Here is a quick look at the main concerns I was seeing on these Attractions.
- If you get to the Tasks and the “DO IT” option doesn’t show up, force close & restart your device. This should help resolve it.
- Another thing to note, when you are sending MORE Characters on a task than what is needed… do NOT collect on the Task until every single one of those Characters are done and you have the Thumbs Up to clear them. The reason for this is once you hit that amount, the Task is done and closes out. (So if it says 3 and you send 6, wait until all 6 are done as it will clear out as soon as the 3 are met.) So if you clear the Task BEFORE the “extras” are done, you will not get paid out for the Tasks as it seems to cancel it right away. (At least that is what I noticed in my game.)

HOW CAN I FIND THE ATTRACTIONS ONCE BUILT?
In order to gain access to any Attraction, you can use your Event Menu to go directly to their locations (just like the Snowman & Gingerbread House). Just tap on the Trophy Icon in the Lower Right Area of your game screen…
Then locate the House w/Magnifying Glass Icon Tab and open it…
Find the “Attraction” you want to locate and tap on “GO TO”. You will then be taken to that Attraction.
Now on to the fun stuffs. 🙂
FORTRESS OF LONELITUDE
Building: Fortress of Lonelitude
Size: 8×8
Build Time: Instant
Conform-O-Meter: Vanity +50
Placement: Grass/Pavement/Beach
Earns: 32 
Mistletoe every 8hrs (once complete with Level 3)
While you are going through the Questline for the Exotic Petting Zoo, you will also trigger the Fortress of Lonelitude. Once in a Royal Quimby’s City Pt. 4 will prompt you to build the Fortress of Lonelitude for Free.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LEVEL I AM ON?
Once you locate and tap on the Fortress of Lonelitude you will be able to see what Level you are currently on, the Tasks you have not got to yet greyed out with a lock on them, Tasks you completed with “Done” next to them, and the current Task available highlighted with “Do It” next to it. You can also see the Donut cost of speeding through it all and just leveling right up. I personally would suggest to avoid this. Not only does it cost you donuts, but you also lose out on possible extra Mistletoe from completing the tasks.

Let’s take a closer look at the individual requirements for the Fortress of Lonelitudethat will take you through Leveling it up and gaining the much needed Mistletoe for Act 2. Keep in mind that every Task on each Level has to be completed in sequence. This means you have to finish the first Task in order to unlock the second one.

All together you can earn 3200 Mistletoe from just leveling up to Fortress of Lonelitude Level 3. My suggestion would be to send ALL Characters you can on each task to help get any extra Mistletoe possible.

Building: Moonshine Shack
Size: 4×3
Build Time: Instant

Once you have placed all 4 of the newest Attractions, Moe will actually kick off a Questline that will result in some funny “vandalism” to each of the 4 locations by the end. Oh Come, All Ye Vengeful.
There you have it. A way to earn at LEAST another 6400 Mistletoe for the Christmas 2015 Event just for leveling up two new locations for Act 2. Add to that the Tasks and the Questline completions, the Reindeer Burger Truck & Exotic Petting Zoo and you can knock out a huge chunk of Material to get those Personal Prizes. Again, use ALL the Characters possible whenever you can so you get out of the location as much Mistletoe as you can before the Tasks go away and do NOT clear the Task until all of them are finished.

I completed the tasks of cleaning up the buildings which spawned maghie… yah… but my fortress of lonelitude still has ugly purple goo on it.
I really enjoyed the Quests to completely build each item during this year’s Christmas Event (for Act 1 & Act 2)
I still think the majority of these (Zoo, Fortress, Food Truck) would be better in Krustyland (please make it so EA!) with a Task for each related Character 🙂
I’ve completed all levels for fortess of lonlitude, I had Moe go clean it and it’s still vandalized. All of my other buildings are clean, I don’t understand why I can’t get the fortess clean!!! E.A. PLEASE fix it!

Not without spending donuts
I’ve completed all the tasks and fully upgraded my fortress of but it’s still vandalized. I only have the task to get the skin for cbg left. Is this right?
@ another bunny: Your concern is the same as what brought me here. My fortress is still vandalized, and I’ve gotten all of the Act 2 prizes. So can anyone in the forum address this issue, please?

I am having the same problem… fortress is the only attraction still vandalized… I would really like the purple goo to be gone! I stored it and re-placed it, but the goo remains! What did I miss? Thank you all for all your support and info, both on this issue and on everything else you have helped me with for the past 2 years!! 🙂

I know not the right area probably for this post but I am maxed out on all of my recycling depots and dump is full. not getting any messages on the job board. did I miss something and that is why im not able to do anything else with the monorail? Hi, guys – I was confused, too, but realized it’s just a typo in the original post:

Obviously, it’s not the Zoo that triggers – the Zoo will already be finished by then.
