Honestly this is a complete pass in my opinion. It does nothing for you and serves no purpose in Springfield…other than sitting there. In my opinion this is over priced and just not worth it.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would/wouldn’t do…and I can tell I’ll be passing completely on this one. However, remember this is limited-time. So if you’re thinking about getting it make sure you do so before the event ends.

How unimpressive is the bear cave? After slogging through countless elf tapping sessions, I didn’t have quite enough tickets to get the big prize (I’d gotten both of the earlier ones, well worth the effort). I wanted Sophie. So I spent 23 donuts to make up the gap. I got the bear cave. A 0.75% bonus for 23 donuts is STILL too much.
But it all worked out. My game glitched and when I went in just after midnight the cave was gone and I had my 23 donuts back. Best possible resolution.
Seriously the choices in the 2000 ticket mystery box thingie was like Glengarry Glenross. Sophie was a new car and everything else was a steak knife.
Well, there is some animation, you can see the bear’s body moving up and down as he breathes, but honestly, that’s even worse than no animation, it’s like, yeah, we animated it, but just barely 😝
I am so disappointed I got this in the 2000 bucks Mystery Box. Sooo disappointed. I was saving for days. Even The Yes Guy would be a better deal. Even North Pole Station would. There goes my only chance to get Costington… 🙁

The bears are different colors yet I still mistake the cave bear for imaginary at times!
I like it. I placed it as one of the exotic animals at Moe’s petting zoo. It’s funny and a good whimsical addition to the zoo.

Hasn’t she previously only been released for Valentine’s Day? What is the possible tie-in to the Maggie Special or Winter? Any?
I don’t know what tie-in she has. It’s just cool that I got her (I had 104 donuts stocked up, then I bought her and 2 Mystery Boxes), I’ve been wanting her ever since I saw an episode with her and Bart. I hope she has some tasks with Bart or Jimbo or someone.
With no animation its not worth it
I wanted this because I like the looks but I can’t part with 100 donuts for not much benefit. This is a pass for me.
It’s cute & I would like to have it, but 100 donuts is real money! Gonna have to pass. and I do hope I can get a walking bear later for 30 donuts.
Chances are we may be able to buy an imaginary bear at the end of the event.
That’s part of why I got it. It’s been hit or miss on them offering NPCs after an event. At least it comes with a bear inside the cave.
Like him a lot, but 100 donuts is too much imo. I might have bought it if it was 30.
Perhaps he will wake up with some amazing tasks in the spring and I’ll totally regret not getting him, lol.
