Just a quick reminder that at
0800 GMT (3am EDT) tomorrow morning (1/19) Act 3 will officially end….
This means that you will want to make that final push to gather up all the things you want from the Event before it goes with the Event.
As far as what is going to happen AFTER the Event… well, we can’t know… until it is over. Lol. Until then all we can do is speculate. So, patience. We all have to verify what happens after together.
Now as far as to what is going with the Event, here is a brief rundown…
- Questlines linked directly to the progression of the Event will go. Like the Main Questlines that pulled you through all 3 Acts.
- However, the questlines linked directly the the prizes you’ve won will remain. (so Baby Gerald’s etc)
- The event removal will require an app store update to fully remove it from your game. So don’t panic when 0800 GMT hits and the event isn’t out of your game…or you still see snow. It will require an app store update to remove everything. Usually those hit around 1-2pm (EST)
I know some of you still try to push that last few minutes of collection as far as you can. If you turn OFF the auto update feature in your App Market, you may give yourself an extra day or so… just know that ANY time after the 19th is borrowed time and you are doing so at YOUR OWN RISK. EA can force the update at anytime after the 19th and make you update. So use any extra time wisely and get what you need before you have to remove the Event completely.
So tap those last few bears and relax and wait to see what EA has next in store for us.

Do someone have trouble tapping on maggie? I found her so fast and tapping on her for almost a minute or more and said I failed…. Any comments? Please help, by this trouble I missed maggie like 4 times

This event was veey hard to get all the prizes imo, as I logged in every day, tapped the bears/carollers, visited friends, sent people on currency earning events, etc. And in every act, I only barely barely got the 2nd to last prize. The 1st 2 acts I was mildly annoyed, but Act 3, I was very peeved, as Gerald is super iconic.
When you say that you logged in every day, do you mean just once a day? No event is completable if you only log in once a day. This event was actually quite doable (easier than some we’ve had recently), but you did need to log in about every 4-5 hours, at least three times a day. So, a collection in the morning, a couple during the day, and one before bed should have done it.
(In the first two acts, you also needed to keep up with the building of stuff and questlines, to ensure you got all of the bonus currency for completing them.)
