Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
The Valentine’s Day mini event hit our Springfield’s recently and with it arrive a whole bunch (of a couple) of Valentine’s Day themed prizes for our Springfields!
This event is designed to follow a series of tasks via the questline to unlock prizes. For each of the first 5 parts of The Golden Age of Swingers you’ll have to earn 
via various character tasks in order to unlock the prize for that part. The first prize you’ll earn is the Coconut Babaloo…and when you reach Prize 3 you’ll unlock the Facade to bring Coconut Babaloo back to it’s original “like-new” condition!
So let’s take a look at these two prizes and just what happens when you’ve unlocked them in your Springfield
Once you’ve completed The Golden Age of Swingers Pt. 1 and successfully earned the 6 you’ll automatically be awarded the Coconut Babaloo and you’ll see this message popup:
You can place it in your Springfield or store it in your inventory for later. Remember if you store it you’ll have to go into your inventory to retrieve it later. However I highly recommend placing it immediately because you’ll need it to complete The Golden Age of Swingers Pt. 2….
Now the Coconut Babaloo won’t look so great when you first place it in your town…in fact it’ll be a bit rundown:
However, once you complete Part 3 of The Golden Age of Swingers (and earn 10 ) the Coconut Babaloo will get a face lift, as you unlock the restored facade for the Coconut Babaloo…
Of course this is just a Facade…and not another building. So you can toggle back and forth between both by tapping on the Coconut Babaloo.

Earns: $150, 13xp/8hrs
Build Time: Instant
Conform-O-Meter: Gluttony +10
Where Can I Place It?: Grass/Pavement/Boardwalk/Boardwalk Edge/Pier Edge
Will Characters Have Tasks There?: Yes, even after the event Mona and Grampa will have a task (or 2) there.

Lovely Flower Cart and Starline Cruiser- We’re going to be covering the decorations in our next prize breakdown. The lovely flower cart is earned at part 2 and the Starline Cruiser is earned during part 4. So we’ll break those two down next time.

Hey I was able to put my coconut babaloo in krustyland
Then I went back and it was gone it got pushed to Springfield
Didn’t fit anywhere in my town except the boardwalk.

Too much trouble to upload a screenshot from my iPad, but I took a Tiki Bar and a SH Exotic Pond, added some SH palm trees, and stuck it all behind the Coconut Babaloo for a very pretty outdoor tiki lounge!
Here’s mine, with inspiration taken from sillyboy. I really love the look of the Coconut Babaloo and it’s so much fun to say.

There is another thing I noticed with this “patch” that Becky/KK seems to no longer be Gil Deal connected (in the purchase category it is of her and the place, not Gil) if you want I’ll send a screen shot.
It is somewhat meaningless because it still has the same limited time and price but to me this is an indication that she isn’t going to be an Ultra Rare Gil Deal item but something that may be offered next year like similar limited characters (could be wrong, but that’s my hope)
Still debating to contact EA or not over the daily task wipe-out, and KrustyLand radius -figure a number of people might be complaining about the D.task thing.

After second round in KL I think it might be the same radius just looks diffrent (maybe more visable waves… Which might be related to the recently proven Einstien Gravity Waves, or maybe not, just thought I’d throw that in there).

One stupid question, though: You say placement is possible on boardwalk edge – what does that mean exactly? What is the difference between boardwalk and boardwalk edge? Because so far, I have been putting a lot of stuff right on the edge of my boardwalk, and never found anything so far I couldn’t put there…

I got Mona this morning. I didn’t known she is a ghost. I thought she vanished again because she was on the run for the FBI.
She died in season nineteen.

It’s 8,500 but they allow you to go till 10,000 before making you sell and store things!!! 😉
Will there be more than just five “the age of swingers” quests? Will brandine be added again for this update?

I wish we could buy some nameless vendors to put with all the various carts…
It’s a postive of Booberella, she has a task at the peanut cart. :p
Oh yeah…. But I would like something that is really a decoration or similar to the Boardwalk characters. It either is not animated and always stands there like a decoration, or always stands there (but might have mimimal animation that doesn’t take it away from the cart).
The only cart with a worker ATM is the peanut cart but you need boobarella.
I don’t EA will offer Boobarella for the third time.
