Valentine’s 2016 and the Conform-O-Meter

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Valentine’s Day 2016 is officially over in Springfield.  While it wasn’t a huge event, it did still bring a bunch of new buildings and decorations.  And it brought back some items of Valentine’s past

So now that it’s all over, it seems like the perfect time to share with my favorite Addicted Tappers just how these items impact your Conform-o-Meter rating.

The Conform-O-Meter is an important part of Tapped-Out because it provides you with a bonus boost in your cash and  XP from everything you collect in the game.  When you achieve a 5-Star Town (it’s max rating) you will receive a 5% bonus on all money and XP collected in your town.  If you missed the previous Conform-O-Meter posts check here for the basics and here for how many points you’ll need to reach 5 stars.

While the Valentine’s event brought no changes to the Conform-O-Meter requirements,  it did bring us a few new items to add to our Springfield.  Let’s take a look at how all of the “goodies” impact our rating:

Item Cost Category Points
Coconut Bababloo Free Gluttony 10
Starline Commander Free Vanity 20
Der Krazy Kraut 150 Donuts Gluttony 10
She-She Lounge 60 Donuts Gluttony 10

And that’s it for this year’s Valentine’s Day event….oh and the cooling towers are just a facade, so they make no change to your Conform-O-Meter.  A lot of Gluttony improvements….

What are your thoughts the new items?  How’s your Conform-o-Meter rating?  How many stars is your Springfield?   Sound off in the comments below and let us know, you know we love hearing from you!

  1. Quick question. Does Maude come with a questline apart from the one with Mona because I finished that one and nothing else triggered.

Has anyone ever analyzed Cost/ Benefits of SH?
    Purchases vs. Payouts
I mean, a rail fence costs 10 chairs and pays 1500
While a Stone fence costs 15 chairs and pays 3000
which is a better pay out ratio.

A chair costs 1/2 minute to make while a latte costs 2 minutes, so,
If a chair pays out 1000, a latte should pay out 4000 to be a equal.
    Quite complicated calculation.

  3. @apache539 don’t feel bad.Wouldn’t it be nice to have a refund feature. If you’re not satisfied with the purchase because of misleading you subliminally. I would be the first to 💲💲💲in.
    Happy Friday🍹

    • I used Training Walls as a backdrop to my Outdoor Opera Stage; then I covered the doors with a Solid Gold Fence. Colors of the walls
      matched perfectly with the curtains!

  4. This morning I noticed my righteousness level had dropped down to one star😳. So I went back and reviewed a few of your old post to see what was required to bring that level back to full. 42 training walls! Now I have to figure out how to work this into my town😩

    • They’re pretty easy to hide behind buildings. I’ve got a few dozen in my town, but only one is visible.

    • Quick question? Are you tapping on spray cans when you visit neighbors. If you do that it will lower your rating as well as neighbors vandalising your town.

      • I opt out of the vandalism. I only clean it up in my town when someone does it to me. I was at five stars and have been for a year. And as soon as I was about to complete the billionaire haven the ratings dropped. Can’t say that had anything to do with it but very strange. My husband didn’t have any changes, he have about eight walls.

    • Training Walls should never be necessary. I have 1, and only 1, and my Righteousness rating is maxed out at 5 stars. I’m not 100% sure on this, but I think you raise it by sending criminals to spend time in jail, plus cleaning up graffiti. The only time my rating drops is because of some constant glitch with events, and once the event is over, it climbs back up.

Again, it should not be necessary to farm Training Walls.

      • Well according to a later post. Training walls are part of the righteousness level. I didn’t buy all 42 at once. I started out with five and that didn’t make it rise above 2 1/2 stars. So I purchased more until it went back to five stars. Why that number for me I’m not sure. I’ve been playing this event from day one. And stranger things have happen to me. So I’m ok with the walls. Just got to be creative with placing them.

I have about 42 walls, all currently in storage. A few weeks ago my Righteousness dropped to 1 so I pulled them out. Wednesday I put them all back. Again I am holding steady at 5 Stars. If I drop, I’ll once again pull them out of storage.

          • 42 is the answer to the ultimate question – life, the universe, and everything according to The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy…. Coincidence???

    • Go into Other Springfield and tap on Sideshow Bob. He helps with the rating. And you can go do this multiple times as much as you like. You don’t have to wait 24 hours to go back into town. You’ll earn in game cash and XP as well. He’s usually around Sprawl Mart, but he’s quick so you’ll have to get there as soon as you enter Other Springfield. Hope this helps.

  5. I am now just 2 donuts away from Barney. Please God, don’t take me now.

  6. Is anybody else having a problem with their daily task? I got one to harvest perfection at Cletus’ farm. I’ve done it several times, but it won’t show as completed.

  7. Like an idiot I bought the Valentine Bundle. I thought all the decorations were a group as pictured, not individual pieces (which I already had). Feel like I wasted 50 donuts, doh!
