Hey there Gamblers!!
Do you know when to hold them, when to fold them, when to walk away, when to run? Do you ever count your money when you’re sitting at the table? WELL KNOCK IT OFF! PAY ATTENTION TO MY POST! Sheesh! 😛
I wasn’t joking when I said EA was going to drop something for us to “toss/throw our money at” or for DaPimp… scantily clad women to serve him free drinks. They even had a pop up for it. You’re welcome DaPimp!
IT’S CALENDAR TIME!! (Hi, Sandra & Big Phil. Tracy… I am watching you o.O )
A few quick FYI’s
- For the Basic Rundown of Act One, go HERE
- For “ADD ME” Requests, go HERE
- Complete The Old Man and the ‘Sino Pt. 2 to be able to see the Event Menu, Items you can earn, and start to see Casino/Poker Chips collecting from various areas (more in other posts).
EVENT CALENDAR STARTING 2/24/16, DAY 2 OF ACT 1
As per usual, I will be starting the Calendar one day AFTER the Act releases so you can factor in time you will need to send Characters on tasks, get Buildings, and fully launch the New Event. I will also be stopping it the night BEFORE the Act ends, as it will give you enough time to focus on all the other last minute stuff.
Now you have a basic daily breakdown for 12 days based off of approximately 8434Red Chips a day.
Again, do not panic. Remember that it is slow going at first so you may “appear” and feel like you are behind, but as you progress through the Questlines and Event you will start to see that you are getting more and more and more each day. Just go at a pace that fits you, but remember the more you play the more you will get. These are totals you want to reach by the end of each day if possible.

HIGH ROLLER BONUS ROUND?
YES! The “BONUTS” (Bonus Donuts) are present for Act 1. Once you have collected the 101,200 Total Red Chips needed for the Personal Prizes, you then will get the chance to earn some more for a Bonus Gift. High Roller Bonus
My High Roller Bonus Rounds were 8500 Red Chips
Once you reach the 8500 extra Red Chips, the 3 Donut Box Pop Up will appear and you have a 1 in 3 chance to tap a box and get 3 Donuts. If you do not get the 3 Donuts, you can pay $150,000 to try again until you get the 3 Donuts you want.
PLAYERS CLUB CARD/ POINTS
In addition to earning the Chips, you can also earn Players Club Points to get even more items. This appeared once I won my first Personal Prize and/or earned some Players Club Points (more on that in another post). Here are the amount of Club Points you can earn from the Personal Prizes in Act 1 (they reward when placed in the game).

I’m sad today 🙁 I didn’t know that you couldn’t finish your act 1 prizes once act 2 came out, must have missed the memo! So Lucius will not be mine!
It never did “speed up”…the amount of chips I could earn each day was the same…so if I was behind I definitely needed to grind more. If you were 3 days behind there’s no way to catch up. I was a day behind and I barely caught up…sometimes waking in the middle of the night to get that extra 550 (since I don’t have any premium characters to send)
Yeah, the game updated late as usual for me and I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night to get the extra tokens, typing gamblers and visiting friends all I can, and I’m at 88k with 3 hours left. I should get one more payout from the casino plus whatever I get from using those tokens, but definitely not getting Lucius.
On the other hand I do have 149 donuts. I’m thinking I might buy it if the price drops down to that amount. Kind of expensive for just a character though… but he’s event exclusive… I’m torn. Not sure if he’s worth 150 donuts…
Will we lose any tokens not used for slots between acts?
Gold tokens should remain. Red Chips are no longer relevant
I’m really liking this event. My only complaint is that I can’t complete my weekly monorail track 5 donut quest and complete the casino event as well. They use too many on the same characters. Some of the donuts gained here will offset it, but there are so many characters who would fit with the gambling (Bernice Hibbert, Kent Brockman, Fat Tony to name a few.) Why not use them instead of the same ones over again?
same here…but event prizes are more rare than donuts. you can always earn more donuts but you can’t get event prizes once it’s over
