Viva Las Springfield! The Casino Event has arrived in Springfield…and it’s full of Vegas inspired decorations, buildings and games!
This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the First Act you’re tasked with collecting Red Chips (
) to unlock each prize!
The second Act 1 prize awarded at 22,700 (or +15,900 from Burns’ Fountain) is the Impluse Wedding Chapel…because very Vegas inspired area needs a quickie wedding location
So let’s take a closer look at this second prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…
Once you’ve collected 22,700 (or +15,900 from prize 1) you’ll automatically be awarded the Impulse Wedding Chapel and you’ll see this message popup:
And you’ll have the option to place it in your Springfield Immediately or Store it in your inventory for later. Remember, if you store it you’ll have to go into your inventory to place it in Springfield later…
REALLY IMPORTANT: The Impulse Wedding Chapel awards 240 
. However, you MUST place and BUILD it in your Springfield in order to get credit for 240 . If you store it in your inventory immediately and don’t place in Springfield you won’t get credit for the Club Cards. You’ll get credit once you place and build it. So don’t think just because you stored it you’ll never get the Club Card Points. Just place it in Springfield and wait for it to finish building and the points will be awarded to you.
Once placed in Springfield the Chapel has some dialogue that pops up:
Moe: Hey, Gorgeous. What say we do something crazy and get hitched?
Miss. Hover: Eh, sure.
Moe: In that case, forget it. I refuse to marry a woman who’d have me as a husband.
And that’s it. No tasks associated with it, and no additional tasks to help you earn more . Simply place and that’s it.

Has anyone else seen their casino chips “reset” counting with each prize? My total is something close to 45,687, however each time I earn an act 1 prize the counter inside the pop up window goes to zero, so each prize earned does not build upon the last total. Meaning my prizes don’t drop at 5,000 10,000 & 15,000 respectively but instead drop at 5,000 15,000 & 30,000 total chips earned.

Hi guys, I have an issue not related to the Casino Event, but I can’t handle it anymore. Every time i open my app it appears a download of 512,6 MB and also every time it happen, I have to sign up with my EA account. I have an iPhone. Why this continues to happen to me? I love this game and I play hourly so when I don’t have a wi fi I can’t collect Red Chips 😭 Thanks to everyone!
This happened to a couple of other players with iOS devices. I think it’s a bug with that honestly. Have you tried a full uninstall and reinstall?

No problem. It may have something to do with Apple then. It seems to only be on iOS devices whenever I hear someone mention the problem. Have you tried contacting Apple?

I would say go on Apple’s website and look for their contact info for your area.
This hasn’t happened to me, but I heard someone comment that this happens when the storage on your phone gets close to full. You might try deleting some unused apps or media and see if that helps?
Hi! Yes, I have arrived at the same conclusion, maybe it’s because my storage is almost full, I spent all day deleting most of my media, I hope it will work, thank you 🙂
I had the same issue and it was due to storage. I literally deleted EVERY app that I could and transferred all my pictures to a cloud drive. Fixed the issue. Never thought I’d run out of storage on this phone though. I REALLY wish I could delete all these stupid useless Apple apps that I NEVER use though!!

I just hate when they advertise phones as having a certain amount of GBs but half of those are already being used for stupid apps you can’t delete. 😡

Almost unlocked lucious and just wondering whether we should save gold coin things for act 2 to get a head start or if it’s best to spend them in order for crafting resources so we can level up?
Your call. Personally my plan is to level up crafting at least to level 2 before i start saving coins. Plus, there’s a new game coming out tomorrow…so I think you may want to spend them.

What are yours guys doing with the daily challenge? Yesterday I refuse a task whose reward was 25 keychans for a 1 doughnut task instead and I immediately regret it because it’s difficult to pile up those items. Today I have a task whose reward is 10 cinema tickets. Don’t know if I should pass or not…
personally i would keep it, that’s what i did when i got a challenge for 15 martinis… i always seem to get something worse when i refuse a task anyway.
I want all the crafting currency I can get at this point so I won’t skip any task that pays it out. I dont know if I could skip a donut task though, but we’ll see.
Yeah, I wish I could pay 1 donut for 25 keychains, so I’d certainly take the crafting currency payouts over a toss of the dice.

Does anyone know if the golden casino coins, needed for the slot machine, will be used in act 2, too? Because I’ll probably not be able to collect extra chips for donuts after I unlocked the last price from act one and would rather save the golden coins for act 2 – if we’re going to need them then.
As far as I can tell they will be. But the next game doesn’t come out when Act 2 starts, it comes out tomorrow.

Right now, I have started to place all the Casino items near the water – may move them around depending on what Acts 2 and 3 have to offer. I ended up moving Springfield Downs nearby, to essentially create a “gambling” district.
The only thing left to do is figure out how to splice screen shots together to show it all … LOL I suppose there is a post somewhere to help with that.

I am writing to ask about Burns’ Casino Crafting.. It tells me I am Level 2 but the level two items are not unlocked. What am I missing?
I have been going thru tokens like crazy all day to LOSE at the slots to get just one more goofy courtesy card for the daily challenge….why is it so hard to lose…to win?! lol😋

Playing the slots and grinding chips at the casino are very very important.

I got my full neighbor visits last night and cleared the bloody town twice and got about four thousand for my efforts, (8k of 21k needed) looks doubtful on finishing the prize track. It’s true, funny, and awesome. Love having the option to activate my buildings. She might live there now, at least for the event. 🙂
I always like it when the building can be used, just so I can see the animations, if I want to.
Yeah. When I heard that the Babysitter Bandit can rob a house and animate it…I just wish I had known at the time she was available. I still don’t know if it’s just “houses”, but that would be neat for some of the other buildings that don’t get animated anymore.

Those would be houses, yeah. Lol. I want her to animate some of the pier buildings, which are businesses. Anyways, I’ll care to check next time she’s on offer. Right now it’s a pointless curiosity.
yeah it seems to be limited to residences. these are the buildings i’ve had her rob that we can no longer animate with tasks: the old simpson farm, the pumpkin house, springfield arms, bachelor arms, the elf homes (doesn’t animate more than it already does), zenith city lofts, and the zenith city apartments like ryan mentioned. the one exception to residences, that i’ve discovered anyway, is the zenith city store front. i’ve also had her animate other buildings that we do have the option to task, like kane manor, apu’s apartment, and radioactive man’s beach house (kinda funny seeing the platform raise up out of the helipad with no radioactive man laying out there). no-gos include the ziff mansion and the self reliant house, probably because neither were ever taskable to begin with.
Well, now I want her, if she’s ever re-released.
i admit i was on the fence about getting her, mainly because she has no task at her own building (which has no animation), and frankly looks like a phineas and ferb character. she does have a unique amble though, her visible tasks are decent, and her 12 hour task brings back the long lost animation for calmwood. i’m also a sucker for classic characters, especially when they are limited time, but it wasn’t until after i pulled the trigger that i found out about her awesome 24hr rob a house task. had i realized it sooner, i woulda been over that fence in a second.

I don’t think Springfield Arms ever had a task. I wanted CBG to have a task there, but he doesn’t.
I missed out on radioactive man. So, it’s not funny to me. 😛 (Is that a premium building? I don’t know if I’ve seen it at neighbors.)
i don’t recall springfield arms ever having a temporary task either, now that you mention it. but it definitely has an animation… 2 rats appear by the trash can under the stairs, one encircles it, while the other scurries around into the covered driveway. must be one of those things that was coded into the game, and never taken advantage of for whatever reason.
and yeah, it was a premium purchase during the superheroes event that costed 120 donuts. hefty price for just a building, but being all about those buildings, it was just too cool to pass up, and it gave radioactive man a 16hr premium task.

I’d been scheming ever since he mentioned it in that comment from yesterday, marriage offered me the perfect opportunity.
