Viva Las Springfield! The Casino Event has arrived in Springfield…and it’s full of Vegas inspired decorations, buildings and games!
This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the First Act you’re tasked with collecting Red Chips (
) to unlock each prize!
The third Act 1 prize awarded at 44,300 (or +21,600 from the Impulse Wedding Chapel) is Magic Act Milhouse…because it’s not Vegas without a Magic Act!
So let’s take a closer look at this third prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…
Once you’ve collected 44,300 (or +21,600 from prize 2) you’ll automatically be awarded Magic Act Milhouse and you’ll see this message popup:
And Milhouse will magically turn into Magic Act Milhouse and you’ll see his character unlock message popup:
And he’s part of the Casino Performers Character Set

. You’ll see these appear after you’ve unlocked Milhouse and cleared the Character Unlock and Character Set screens.

At my rate I’ll never get to Britannia Casino much less Lucius Sweet. I play multiple time a day and seem to be getting no where… How do I maximize red chip to get Britannia Casino?

I have 4 walk of fame stars but the description says the first 8 get 50 club cards points. However I am not able to get more than 4. Is there a way to get the last 4?
Once your craftin is at Level 2, you can craft more. 4 is the limit for Level 1.

They lowered the odds of winning at Gaming Moe’s. Tested all day and roughly got 50% of what I’ve been getting previously. Over around 40ish spins daily. Over the last week… Kinda sucks, because now you really need to grind if you are behind.
I dunno i’m still getting big payouts…
Maybe terrible luck… I usually don’t chime in on events changing payouts, but I saw a serious reduction in numbers. Ill just keep playing and counting and hope I’m just an unlucky sky finger.
I don’t think that one person can generate enough spins to make that kind of determination. The way odds work, it’s entirely possible to just have an unusually crappy day at the slot machine. It would take a lot more than a day’s worth of spins to be able to determine if it’s just bad luck or a real change has been made.
Don’t forget it’s a game of chance. You win some, you lose some. Sometimes you win big. Sometimes you barely win at all. Hang in there, and be glad you’re not gambling with real money. 🤑
I have unlocked Magic Millhouse and am nearing the end of grow teeth in strange directions. My issues is this. My home screen indicates I have 62,195 chips, but when I open up the Burns casino Prizes the count on my chips is 17,895. Any idea why? And or how to fix this?

Hey everyone,
I’m wondering if it makes sense to not turn in the courtesy chips, if we won all the prizes and save them for the second act. Also should we start hoarding slot machine tokens to use them for act 2. I know we can earn bonuts but I’d rather get a head start on act 2. So, do you expect the courtesy chips and the tokens to have the same value during act 2 that they have now? Thanx and have fun.

I had a question about yr new little one. I have a cousin a year older than me and his mom(my aunt) wouldn’t let him watch the simpsons until he was about 15. My mom was more open minded and I’ve been watching the simpsons since it came out and I was about 9 or so. It was a little different time then. The simpsons was seriously controversial when it first came out. I remember my school banned the Bart t shirts that said “I’m Bart Simpson, who the hell are you?” I was curious if you would wait until a certain age to show yr daughter the simpsons or if you thought it was innocent enough. I think the jokes are subtle enough that little kids don’t get the adult jokes but funny and smart enough for adults. Shows like South Park and obviously family guy make the simpsons look like Mickey Mouse. That’s what I love about the simpsons. In the family guy game the river boat casino would have been called the happy dry humper or something like that. To me, that’s too easy. Anyway, thanx and have fun.

Honestly, by the time she’s old enough to watch i don’t think it’ll be on anymore lol. But we’d probably let her watch it when she’s old enough to watch regular TV shows (kiddie shows excluded)..so 9,10. It’s no worse than some of the stuff on tv now.

I am running behind on collecting chips for prizes. If I buy a prize with donuts, does anyone know if it will advance my number of chips to the next prize, or will I still be behind?
The amount you see under the item to Donut Buy it out, takes you to that items complete Chip Count. So if you are working to get… let’s say Magic Act Milhouse (44300) but only have 37000 Chips…and you pay to speed that up… your Chip Count will rise to that Chip Count (44300).
It is how many Players show a large sum of chips as soon as the Event launched. They paid Donuts to just buy out each prize and in return got that same amount of Chips in their game. Make sense?

Hi everybody, i am seeing something weird in the game, that potentially can bring us free donuts like in the event of space a little earlier.
So Marge and Moe and maybe somebody else (that i missed) has suggested jobs for 16 hrs and they are on the first place and not in yellow. They are normal white tasks, but always on the first place.
With the space event such thing was hidden “eggs” that gave you donuts when you assigned all of them to do their tasks.
Is it something like this on this event, too?
Who knows, please help understand

Prep for tomorrow. They added the name to Sea Captain’s task that was missing a name..and a few other minor changes.
I am wondering if it is for things like the Chippy missing Card Points or other small fixes. Didn’t really notice anything too big as of yet. Also could be pre-prep for next Act.

I just got Lucius as well … what is everybody doing, hoarding coins while waiting for the next level? Or playing them at Moe’s in order to level up ?
Since I got Lucius I’ve been hoarding my tokens, but I’m still almost to my second box of bonuts. Not only will it Give me a head start for next round, but I wouldn’t be surprised if EA increases the crafting currency payout in which case all of my tokens will be more valuable. I don’t think it’s that big of a risk that tokens will not be used in the next acts since they’re being sold for donuts until the end of the event.
so quick question… Is there any actual harm in leaving Lucius in storage until the next act begins? Because I bought the Wives, I’m ahead in Players Club, and placing Lucius means earning 1250 chips which I don’t need until the next Act begins… also, any downside to hoarding slot tokens until the next act too? i figure between tapping peoples, neighbors, and tasks, I can probably earn a round of free donuts before the next act starts, so why waste the chips now?
Well..I’m seeing reports of people not getting their players club cards when they store him first. Beyond that there’s no other impact.
For his Get Shredded task, it would be kind of cool if it used the Snowball II npc.

I have looked through the site before asking hoping I’d find what I needed and not asking something that has been asked 1000 times.
I purchase Chippy to bump up my players card points, but none have been awarded for him. I put him in inventory and took him out several times, and also restarted game completely.
when he’s in my inventory, it still says that I should receive the points. I bought the sign and got the bonus points right away on placement.

I have a daily task that says to aquire a courtesy chip. What is a courtesy chip and how do I aquire one?

I’ve upgraded to level 2 in crafting (what a grind) and now when I float over what I can craft, my iPad app crashes. Grrrr. Restarted and still does it.
I’m using him to get Bonuts from the railyard. Not seeing an advantage to the task.
The first few days of the event were great. Now leveling up materials have ground to a halt. They rarely if ever drop from characters and are scarce in the slots also. On 20 spins I earned an average of 40 chips per spin. That’s significantly less than the average for the first 2 days. I won’t finish at this rate. I’m puzzled at the drastic change. Has anyone else experienced this?
I feel like the leveling up currency odds slowed way down once I finished all the available crafting and unlocked Lucius Sweet to prevent me from moving on to level two too early. I’ve grinded to a total halt stuck on the last bar for the past two days.

Agreed. Maybe not Milhouse because he was free, but the wives and Miss should have at least 1 event or crafting currency task.
Well I included Magic muggle Milhouse because I was thinking we’ve been given skins before from the prize track (in previous events) and when the skin was unlocked the character had tasks with event currency, like referee/umpire Homer in the tap-ball (he practiced refereeing for 8 hours)
or Monorail Homer (he took bitey for a walk or practiced conducting or tryed to get his keys back)
Or is my mind playing tricks, I’m sure there are other examples as they all ended up with a sport related skin for tap-ball

In past events, characters earned approximately 1 event currency per hour. In this event, that’s not going to help much. If they had a job at the casino, maybe EA thought that would be too much of a boost. If they could help with crafting currency, I’d get them immediately!
I agree also. I bought the wives because they were basically BOGO 😀 but I still think they should help with the event also. Maybe they will in Act 2 or 3? #wishfulthinking
