Pros:

-Cool unique sign, Gold Diggers, only available to those who already own Miss Springfield
Cons:
-Serves no benefit to the Event. Doesn’t earn currency (other than the Club Card Points from purchasing)
-Gold Diggers Sign offers no bonus %
-Miss Springfield is already a premium character so there’s no added benefit to having her in this skin, for earning potential.

Premium:
This is another one of those if you like it, grab it items. The costume really doesn’t do much for me. Sure it’s got some funny animations, but there’s really no benefit to it (Aside from the club cards awarded..which you can easily get from crafting instead). it’s purely I like this costume so I’m going to grab it. However, the sign she comes with is pretty cool…that’s one of the big reasons I purchased this myself.
Freemium:
Stay away, stay far, far away. If you already have Miss Springfield and you’re a freemium player DO NOT get this costume. It’s a total waste of donuts, in my opinion, for freemium players. Pass on it.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would/wouldn’t do…and I can tell you I’ve already picked her up (again mostly for the sign). However, they are limited-time. So if you’re thinking about getting them make sure you make your final decision before they leave our games on March 12th

I went ahead & bought her on impulse….don’t totally regret it because I love the Golddiggers sign BUT am highly irritated at the fact her 2 outdoor tasks keep her stationary….where I would like it better for her to walk around posing for selfies or crawling & stretching…just my 2€
I’m disappointed that they have the wrong letters lit up in the game, they have an extra “E” showing. In the show only 1 “E” is lit up not 2. [-_-]
They did it again… Offering a bundle that is too good to miss for any player who doesn´t yet have the character. As a long time premium player, I was peeved by the Barney bundle, and now the Miss Springfield one. I have decided not to spend any more donuts on characters outside of bundle deals. After all, it is really frustrating to be offered a mere skin at a price others pay for the whole shabang! I picked this up in my freemium b-game though. EA guys reading this: It is time to do something nice for your oldest fans, not just newcomers!
Freemium player here, 800+ donuts. Should I buy her? I have had Miss Springield and the motel since the Whacking Day event, so I would get only the costume + the sign. I have loved the skin since I first saw it in the artwork in the store, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price. The outfit is super cute and I have a soft spot for cats and blondes, but I’m not sure about the 110 donuts price tag. Decisions, decisons.

I was a Freemium player, but I’ve put quarters in the machine for this deal and the Barney one. With the Barney rebate, I bought Luann and with this rebate I bought Jessie Grass. I had been trying to save up for Jessie but my toddler kept getting in the game while I was at work and spending donuts. I was getting pretty frustrated, so I figured, might as well fix my problems with money.
I do not have the option to purchase her, what am I missing? I have the regular Miss Springfield.

I still haven’t decided on this one yet. I wish that premium skins for premium characters paid extra, even 175% instead of 150% would be something, although 200% seems like it’d be more fair. Do you have a screenshot of the sign in your town so we can see the size relative to buildings? I was sort of underwhelmed at the Welcome to Springfield sign’s size (thought it should have been taller). Thanks! 😀
I had wanted Ms. Springfield for a long time, but the price was just waaay way too rediculas. So I jumped on it with the rebate deal. The costume was just a fun extra.
Yes, except for the fact we can’t get the sign now! I have to admit, I’m disappointed. That sign looks cool. But still, happy to have Miss Springfield at last and a good chunk of doughnuts back. Thing is, I likely would have sent those sprinkles right back to acquire the sign too.
i agree, i’m disappointed that they’d do it like this as well. the golddiggers sign is arguably the coolest of them all, and just because i didn’t let the game extort 225 donuts out of me already, i have no option to buy it now? i mean let’s be honest, 110 donuts is a good deal relatively speaking, but it’s still comparable to many other building+character combos in the game, and does nothing to make me forget it was originally a free prize (just like barney). they really should’ve given the hostess skin free to those that already had miss springfield, and sold the sign for donuts. i just don’t get how are they gonna promote it so prominently on the loading screen, and not even give the majority of their players the opportunity to purchase or earn it…..
I bought her during the Casino event but I didn’t get the club points… Besides the doughnut back with the purhase I wanted the player club points… Why didn’t I get them?

I bit the bullet and did it. I’m also a 3+ year player with 300-ish donuts, and I remember I was devastated way back when she was the final prize during an event I couldn’t finish (Whacking Day maybe?). So I just bit the bullet and got her. For me it was worth it because I wanted her so bad before. Plus, over the years the game developers have made it so easy to get bonuts for pretty much everything that I’ve already earned back about half of what I spent on her the day she arrived in the game.

I bought her, and I laughed out loud at her three minute task. Oh my!
I found her “Act like a Cat” task animation so amusing that I had to show my cat-loving girlfriend, who then enlightened me that the first part of it, which I thought was her doing a sexy cat dance, is actually a yoga stretch called Cat Pose.

I’m level 53, but I have the Casino event. I just don’t have the option for Hostess miss Springfield.
No where in your premium menu? Check the casino specific menu and scroll..
All that’s there is the spotlight for 4000 and the two token packages.

All I have is the spotlight and two token packages. Tried deleting and reinstalling, but to no avail.
That discount was too good to pass up and left me with enough donuts to buy the Vegas wives and Chippy. The act like a cat task has got to be one of the top 5 animations in the game.
Bah! All i want is the sign and I don’t have her to begin with.
Does anyone know what building she’d go to if you didn’t have the Outdoor Opera House? Or what building Lucius would go to beside the Bank if you didn’t get it from the Superhero event.
I have both, I’m just curious lol.
miss springfield would go to the gilded truffle, and lucius would go to the brown house.
I bought this as soon as it was available (though I was hoping it would be a event prize). Every time I watch her “act like a cat” animation, it makes me happy I did. I like having more Vegas style signs. I just wish she had at least one more outside animation.
I’ve been waiting for this post…I went ahead & bought her on impulse. No regrets…the sign is absolutely gorgeous!! It seems as though there wasn’t any thought put into the 🐱 questline whatsoever. It seems for the price, the sign should add a percentage bonus. Oh wells!… Now I’m on to wondering about Bart’s treehouse.., 6

I am loving the rebate bundles in the last couple events. Got Barney and Astronaut Barney, and now got Miss Springfield and Hostess. The regular prices for these characters are too much for us freemium players, but now that these bundles include the character, their original building, a new costume and event materials of some nature, it is hard not to pass on these deals.
I don’t have Miss Springfield yet and will likely pick her up since there is the donut rebate. However, I like the gold digger sign and I wish I could get an option to buy the sign for donuts after buying Miss Springfield. Oh well.
