The firemen have arrived in Springfield…and just in time too! A fun little mini event has hit our pocket sized Springfield’s, where we will FINALLY be able to unlock the Fire Station and all those hunky Volunteer Firemen!
Of course as with all events this one comes with a questline. Sometime to keep us rolling along and enables us to unlock all of the fire related prizes. So let’s take a look at this questline now, and just what you’ll need to do to ensure your Springfield is protected from those fires!

Since part 11 takes 24 hours and event ends in less than 8, should I rush it or will the quests still be available after the event ends?
No usually the questline will remain for you. It’s only if you don’t have the prizes that you’ll want to ensure you’ve unlocked them all before the event ends.
I had a similar issue here. Just unlocked the fire station, but didn’t had land to put it. So I clicked on a land expansion, but then fire station just disappeared! It is not in storage, and there are no any other references about the event…
I can’t do part 10 – I have the Wiggum house, Ralph and Homer are free, but nothing. What am I doing wrong?
Did you get the popup with Ralph to appear after you built the fire house?
Um.. So.. Ralph doesn’t get a new outfit?! That’d make it worth while 🙁 …makes me a sad panda.

Help! I left some of the tasks to get the fire station, but now part 1 of burn out all down has triggered which requires me to put out fires in neighbours towns, but of course now event has finished there are no fires! Any ideas how I can get rid of this?!
I have completed all task and unlocked the fire station, but now it’s gone. How can I recover it?
HELP! I hope someone can help me on here. I have completed the task for Crook and Ladder. The fire station appeared to be placed in my Springfield, however I need to buy more land. I clicked on a piece of land to buy it and the fire station disappeared. I have looked through inventory and all other places I could think it could have gone.. Has anyone else had this issue or know where the fire station would have gone??
What happends if you tap the spot where the Firestation has to be?
There are a lot of glitches in TSTO when displaying items. Your Firestation might be displayed as something else.

I’m not even close to getting Ralph. What happens to those of us without him (I had to struggle to get mayor Quimby and just got him)…does that mean we will never be able to finish the quest? That’s unfair for us newer players.
If you’re concerned about fairness, I suggest you talk to EA.
As far as what happens if you don’t get Ralph, I don’t know. I won’t know until the event ends. The questline may remain for a month, as has happened in the past. You’ll still be able to unlock the firehouse, as ralph is not required for that.
Thanks, I have already unlocked the fire house but like I’m on level 22, I’m not close to getting Ralph…I spoke to EA they said they are working on the problem, but have nothing planned yet.
I can certainly understand why you might feel frustrated but, keep in mind that, except for the people who started playing when the game was first released, we were all new at some point and we all missed out on some things until we got more “up to speed.” The good news is that, if you play diligently for a while, it won’t take long unti you’re far enough along that your level won’t be a barrier to future events. 🙂
I bought the car pileup to get extra rewards. Waste of donuts, I don’t even get anything from it now that I finished the task.
Really enjoyed this short event. Used donuts to get the two extra firefighters so the can continue to put out fires in my game.
Wish more of the characters who fought fires on The Simpson’s (ex: Krusty) were available as firefighters.
I just finished the quest line and now I can’t figure out how to get Ralph to be the Dalmatian again! Help!

All of a sudden, I am not getting any email notifications of TSTO Addicts blog comments. I am used to getting 100s a day. I am not very computer knowledgeable so if you have an idea as to what is wrong. ***** I use yahoo mail and I could not figure out how to check my ‘blocked’ list although I have no reason to think that TSTO addicts is blocked. Can you help?
I don’t know too much about it because I don’t typically follow the comments in my email. I do know that you have to check notify me I believe…but it might be something Sandra or Ryan is better at answering.
All I can tell you is if it’s not working try reaching out to WordPress and see what’s up. There’s nothing on this end that i can see..
Check your emails’s junk folder. Sometimes when you get a lot of email from one sender, the email service might think it’s spam, if the sender isn’t in your address book.
Has anyone else noticed that we are getting no where near 4 fires per hour to put out? Today, after not playing for 7+ hours, we had exactly three fires to extinguish. We have never gotten close to the purported 15 max. We’ve gotten seven but it’s usually been less than that. And we have searched diligently, using the dimming buttons to find the hidden fires. We don’t have the premium skins but we will certainly finish the Fire Station today or tomorrow so it makes no difference. But we wonder where the notion of 15 fires came from.
Same here. I’m glad I don’t need the fires, but I’m seeing only 1 or 2 when I look, even with dimming (funny how things like the monorail station don’t dim though – had a couple of fires hiding behind them I found by accident). It’s not a big deal but if we did need them to really catch up, it would be extremely frustrating (but then again we’d probably see an Alissa post responding to all the angry frustrated tappers if it was).
There’s a separate icon to dim the monorail buildings and tracks. It’s at the very end of the choices and looks like a pair of rails.
I started this game late so I hadn’t unlocked the Wiggum house yet.
When I finally reach level 26 to build the house it wouldn’t let me it was locked until I had Ralph hired as a 911 operator. Which I couldn’t do because the house and Ralph are locked.
Do you have the task in your task book to build the Wiggum house?
I am stuck at part 10 because I can’t build the wiggum house although I am at level 31. This little wiggy quest is not triggered and it’s been two days I have Skinner and the chief waiting almost idle. Help

I wanted to place the fire station but I didn’t have the space to put. So I exit and look for it in the inventory but it’s gone. Has this happened to anyone else? What should i do?
Check your whole inventory, not just the icon tabs. If you still don’t see it, contact EA

That icon disappears once you’ve earned the station. Since you’ve finished the event.
You just tap on the box and it brings up your inventory list. The first list you see is your entire inventory.
I can’t get Fireman skinner. I’m on part 8 and I don’t have him. When I send characters to do tasks for the fire stuff under fireman skinner it just says get now and when I click it it sends me to the school and does nothing. Help!

What did the say when you called? Did you try calling back to see if you could get someone else? Also, make sure you’re talking to someone in Texas, not in one of the “remote” call center sites.
