Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
It’s that time…calling all Crook and Ladder designs! We’re getting ready to do the next Springfield Showoff featuring your Fire inspired designs! So prep those towns…because we want to see what you’ve done with your Springfield!
The Fire Event is heading into it’s final days…and many of you have been done for a little while, so we thought now would be the perfect time to showoff those towns!
So grab some screenshots of your town, or finish up those designs…just make sure to send your submissions in by about 8pm EDT Friday (4/15). Can’t wait to see what YOU have come up with.
You can send your designs in two ways…either post a link to the image in the comments on this post or you can email them to us at TSTOAddictsblog@gmail.com. We won’t be pulling images from anywhere else, so please if you want to be featured either submit in the comments below or email your images to us.
Note: PLEASE try to limit your submissions to only 1-2 of your favorite screenshots. We like to try and let everyone showoff their town but it becomes difficult when some of you are sending in 7-10 images. Pick your favorite areas and send them in (or if you stitch photos together, that works too). We’ll try our best to get EVERYONE in, but please understand that sometimes we miss a photo or two. If we miss you one week, we’ll try really hard to make sure we get you in the next week. You’re always welcome to showoff your town, at any time, on our Flickr page. We know a lot of you have awesome towns that you want to show off, but please try to stick with this week’s theme. Remember, this isn’t a contest. There’s nothing to win. It’s just a fun way to showoff your town and get some design inspiration from your fellow Addicts. 🙂

I am so jealous. I have not yet gotten my firehouse and am hoping I will make it. I do not have matches on my buildings for my friends to set fire. My daughter checks for me and it has been three days since I have had any. My friends still call and click on the money, so I know people are showing up.
My fire station next to the police station and prisons… I thought this was the appropriate place to put it…

I got a feeling there won’t be nearly as many as the Casino show off… It took forever to look through all those pics, but it was great to see so many participating.

I never did… I probably would have if it had more divisions like the previous one (by Flickr, by email, by anything).
How is the “fight a fire” action from the fire hall supposed to work? If I free up the firemen to do it, the option to send them disappears. I’m guessing I have a glitch, but I don’t feel like reinstalling TSTO unless you get something more than another task…
Look forward to seeing what others have done but think I’ll sit out on this showoff. Really not feeling all that creative with three items…

Yes you can put out fires once you go through the quests, & the it earns money & looks great.

Make a Dropbox account. Then on the Dropbox Site upload your screenshot to your account, then click Share next near your uploaded Screenshot and Copy the link to it. Then When you paste the link in a comment, instead of showing the link it will show the picture, just like My comment. 😊

Hey I like that! Using the obstacle course for a training area. I’ve been contemplating a use for that stuff. Too bad there are no tasks associated with it. Good job!

I kinda went the opposite direction on this – I stored my fire station. Unless I’m missing something, it does nothing but take up space. So – am I missing something??
The Firestation has tasks when you tap it where you send the Firefighters you have to fight the fires at The Kwik-E-Mart, Springfield Elementary, and The Fire Station itself.
Yes, if there’s a fire who will put it out???? 😰
It lets you set (and put out) 3 different fires permanently. School, KEM, and the fire station.
Think mine, and alot of others must be glitched then, it only allows me to select a fire fighter that’s already on a task…
They all have to be free. The list is showing you the characters that are busy so that you can free them. The instructions are terrible (if there are any). Think of it like the Play-d’oh Factory with the “busy” button, if you know what I mean. When they’re all free then you can start the “game”. 😉

Okay, I don’t. I’m just relatively good at pattern matching so I make those kinds of connections.
Finally had all my characters free today all at the same time, and you were right, the Firehouse only works if all the characters that can use the Firehouse are available. Weird to code it that way but thanks for fixing my bug/glitch.
Do you have the premiums? I’m not sure since I don’t but I hear that if they’re busy that’s okay, only Moe and Skinner HAVE to be free.
Nah didn’t bother with the skins, just have Moe and Skinner, and that was the problem, even if one was free, it was showing the one that was busy.
Right. But why would I send out firefighters when those characters could be in their premium skins instead?
