Wild West 2016 Prize Guide: Act 3, Prize 1 Frontier Water Tower

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

The Wild West is alive and well in our Springfields!  As the Wild West Event has hit our games and it’s full of old west inspired decorations, buildings & characters!

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story.  To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act.  Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event.  For the Third Act you’re tasked with collecting TNT (ico_wildwest_tnt_md) to unlock each prize!

The very first Act 3 prize is awarded at 1,190ico_wildwest_tnt_md is the Frontier Water Tower, because water has to get to the Old West somehow.

So let’s take a closer look at this first prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…

Once you’ve collected 1,190 ico_wildwest_tnt_md you’ll automatically be awarded the Water Tower and you’ll see this message popup:

And you’ll have the option to store or place it in your Springfield immediately, remember if you store it you’ll have to go into your inventory to retrieve it later.

The Water Tower is just that…a Water Tower.  It comes with no questline, no additional tasks for it.  Just simply place and move on.

Here are some quick facts about the Water Tower:

Frontier Water Tower Large

Size: 4×3
Conform-O-Meter: Vanity +300
What Does it Do?: Animated when tapped, the pipe moves down and fills the barrel with water.

And there you have it the details behind the Water Tower.  Not much too it, but every town needs water somehow…

What’s Next?
Well there is 1 prize after the Water Tower, 100 Coins.  I’m not going to do separate posts about them as it’s pretty basic.  Once you unlock it, more coins will be added to your coin total.

Here’s a quick breakdown…

WW_Coins Awarded at 1,910ico_wildwest_tnt_md.  This will add 100 Coins to your total Coins count (found in the Event Hub).  This is not a tangible item for Springfield, it’s just 100 Coins added to your total on hand.

  1. I know you all are extremely busy and we appreciate it so much! Any chance you have heard anything new about a potential Gil fix? Thank you!

  2. I really like the Wild West event so far, apart from the missing Gil deal. The prizes are fun and I enjoy all the animated horse tasks. Prairie Maggie is great too and I think Snake will be wearing his Bandit outfit often too.

  3. I like the western event. Better than the Vegas event. Or the tap ball.
I have had none of the glitches other than the missing Gil event.
I’m still holding out for Catfish Lake and General Sherman. I don’t think it’s dead.
I’m hoping they will roll out the Duff Gaefens deal again after this event ends.

  4. Did the game just die? Was this the perfect storm that has everyone losing interested?
A weak western themed event, the end of levels and a mother load of glitches. One that either locked you out or pretty much let you play a “hacked” version, thanks to donut farming.
I know the game will carry on. But will the players?

  5. Do the conform-o-meter requirements still go up with each level after 60 or do they just cap off there?

  6. This might be my favorite decoration from this event…just not sure where I might put it.

  7. Just wondering, but I should unlock the bat cave in a day or so. Should I continue to start a craze and Earn currency? I should have enough of everything to get the rest of the daily prices with just turning in the minimum currency each day

    • That’s all you need to do…focus on the general store prizes. (that’s how i’m doing it)

IMO, turn in the minimum. You never know what the game will offer in the future.

And at the last day the cap is lifted, so…. You can spend all you need….

    • I am playing a balancing act by spending enough currency to sneak up on the last prize thus seeing what craze I need to work on next because that one has become the lowest. At the same time leaving enough to get the daily prizes with a reserve to get the final donuts. One the last day once I have the final prize and donuts I then know how to spend the rest on what I want. Good things come to those that wait, and then splurge. Patience grasshopper…

  8. I shouldn’t be so annoyed that it’s always facing away from me, but I am.
