Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
The Wild West is alive and well in our Springfields! As the Wild West Event has hit our games and it’s full of old west inspired decorations, buildings & characters!
This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the Third Act you’re tasked with collecting TNT (
) to unlock each prize!
The final Wild West Prize awarded at 28,370 is Carl’s Dad Caverns…because why not? 😉
So let’s take a closer look at this final prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…
Once you’ve collected 28,370 you’ll automatically be awarded Carl’s Dad Caverns and you’ll see this message popup:
And you’ll have the option to store or place it in your Springfield immediately. Remember, if you store it you’ll need to go into your inventory to retrieve it later.
Carl’s Dad Caverns does come with it’s own questline..and it’ll start right up for you once you’ve placed it. This questline will require Homer and Lisa, and now that you’ve finished the prize track it’s ok to work on the questline. Unless of course you’re trying to earn loads of currency to buy items in the store. But if I were you, I’d clear this questline.

Make Homer Leave the Cave with Lisa- 4hrs, Earns $350, 90xp
Make Carl Treat his “Glaucoma”- 4hrs, Earns $175, 45xp
Make Rigelians Treat Their “Glaucoma”- x2. 4hrs, Earns $260, 70xp

What’s Next?
Nothing…you’re done! You’ve completed all of the Wild West Prizes. All that’s left to do is continue to unlock your daily prizes from the General Store and/or buy the prizes with event currency in the store.
As I’ve mentioned many times…there are no bonus donuts with this event. So there’s no point in continuing to collect TNT. Focus on your General Store prizes and that’s it. Never am able to complete task. Wow, I always need maybe an extra 2 days . Smh
I fininsed (parts) of the event (I started TSTO in the middle of act2) and I have the Cave and finished the quest but I just noticed that NOW, Carls Taks “search Cave” is locked and it says as requirement “Quest” – what does that mean?
There’s a questline for it that triggers the ability to do that task. Do you have any tasks still pending in your task book?
Well, sure but they are not connected to this old event. Also I remember sending Carl and Lisa once to the Cave during the end of the event.

It would be good if you could change back to the currencies for the previous phases and finish them off. I have finished phase three but neither of the other two and don’t want to spend donuts as I don’t have many. Maybe a future feature (if it’s even possible)? Hope so 😃
I forgotten – does the Cave come first then the Unburied Treasure? Or the Treasure then the Cave or neither of them are connected. Sorry, hunted for the right post, can’t find it.
The reason I’m asking is that I’m trying to find the few neighbors that are furthest behind (I might have to assume the Unburied treasure comes first)… I tried the bottom of the Prospector list but found out that’s not the best way (to find the furthest behind neighbor).

Speaking of Kang and Kodos I got a topiary of one of them from Rocket Launch (not sure which one its pretty rare to get one though). Makes change from Hail Ant signs or worse debris.

Because why not! Haha Fun little addition to my Springfield. I wish the overall Western storyline was more cohesive from start to finish, but it is what it is.
What happens once you collect 2500 TNT, as prompted in my task bar?
You get 10 more TNT and the quest goes away…so basically nothing.

i got 30 blood mobiles and got the message 5500 items limit does that count what is in inventory?

Are Kodos and Kang premium or limited-time characters?
Kang is always free. He returns a couple of times a year for players who don’t have him yet. (although was originally premium) Kodos I believe is still premium
Kodos was a crafting item last Halloween I believe
I know that there was a glitch earlier with the Gil deal that it disappeared and that there was a post about it with all the other glitches in the games. But whatever happened to the glitch? Did EA fix it? Because the Gil deal is still not in my game and I was interested in getting it.

I love the cavern! I really wish more tasks were 4,8, or 12. I’m probably never going to set a one hour task unless I’m about to unlock something in say a couple hours and I don’t want to have anyone tied up in case I need them. I’m assuming there will be s Carl’s Dad Cavern WDTCF coming as I don’t remember.
Now I feel like I should buy Mt. Carlmore.
