Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
The Wild West Event released a TON of new items into our Springfields. Everything from rocks to blacksmiths to Cacti and hot springs! So let’s take a look at how these new and items impact our Conform-O-Meter…
The Conform-O-Meter is an important part of Tapped-Out because it provides you with a bonus boost in your cash and XP from everything you collect in the game. When you achieve a 5-Star Town (it’s max rating) you will receive a 5% bonus on all money and XP collected in your town. If you missed the previous Conform-O-Meter posts check here for the basics and here for how many points you’ll need to reach 5 stars.
While the Wild West event brought no changes to the Conform-O-Meter requirements (level 60 did though, and we’ll cover that in another post), it did bring a bunch of buildings and decorations. So let’s take a look at how all of the new “goodies” impact our rating:

What were your thoughts on the Wild West Event? Which buildings/items did you win/earn? How’s your conform-o-meter doing? Sound off in the comments below, you know we love hearing from you!
I know I’m being impatient, and you guys will cover this eventually, but does either Brutus or the Prospector have any tasks? I was one of the unfortunate few who got the short end of the stick with Gil’s Deal disappearing, so I have donuts burning a hole in my pocket lol. I have seen Brutus in a few of my neighbors towns, but he doesn’t really seem to be doing anything, I’m ASSuming they are only NPC’s? If so, I’d rather have a building/character combo 😊 Thank you terrific trio😘
They’re both just NPCs – no tasks, nothing. You need them to complete the Wild West Partners and Wild West Villains, but other than that they hold no additional advantages.
Thank you Shea 😊
is there any way to tell how many point you have in a categoryb as it seem like no matter who many tree bushes or rock I add I can not get the last half star in tree hugging
Unfortunately there’s no quick way.
Thanks. guess it buy tress till i hit it
So do levels 61 through 939 change the Conform-o-meter? I haven’t noticed anything, so I’d assume not. Any speculation on whether the requirements will eventually go up or if I’ve bought my last Training Wall?
They do not. I don’t know if future updates will impact it.
How many is people with kindle fire got the update anyway I’m going get new good phone so I don’t need worry about update but where update for KINDLE FIRE
Hey guys remember at end of first superhero update at end of issue 4 when radioactive man came back there was a villian who said that they will back and French update said there will be superhero sequence
Cow tongues?
yea the barrel of them. They were available for in game cash.
I can’t find the update for kindle fire anywhere I contacted ea twice but not reply
It’s in the Amazon app store…I updated my Kindle this morning.
all of my stats are maxed, that’s an EverQuest term btw….the stats
Guys listen since the French update version mention the superhero update 2 rember on first superhero update at end on issue 4 when radioactive man come back to life there was Gilliam who said they be back but with more evil plan o think it a sequel and it going big and I mean big update
When I saw this list I was hoping to get a windmill and maybe a few other things, but after a short time over the weekend of offering rocks and other items for pickaxes, hats, etc., by yesterday all I could see to buy were cacti, fences and gates. My general store has been closed (tap as I might!) And oddly, my bandits have been spawning faster than ever, often doubled at each hideout! ???!?!
I lost $2million cash with this update:(
Anyone else lose stuff? So annoyed it took me so long to get that as I always forget to make my other characters work during events 😅
What was up with the “final prize”? Three whole donuts?!
Still a little miffed about losing out on Duff Gardens.
You didn’t miss out…as I had guessed, they were just waiting until after the update to rerelease it.
Why can we still send people to do jobs at the town plaza? Or it appears that I can, I have the option to send them anyway- haven’t actually tried it to see what happens…
Not sure where to post this but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I’m trying to by the Popsicle skyscraper and I can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know where to go to get it?
Look in the full inventory (not the categories)…that way you’re least likely to over look it. (When they took away the aspirational category, I believe the items that were in their were either categorized as buildings or as decorations, depending on the item.
I believe that you’ll find it under buildings, in the “upper” / initial screen level that has Characters, Buildings and another choice.
(I already have it so…..
It is available in the store once you reach a certain level, I haven’t purchased it yet for my town but I am pretty sure it’s available for everyone once you have met the level requirements…
For some reason the aspiration category was removed from the store but you should still be able to find it under buildings. If it’s not under buildings try decorations.
Its under Buildings, Popsicle Stick Skyscraper for $2M.
It s still there. You find him in the building menu. Tap on the Simpson House button and scroll around. If it’s not there, you haven’t leveled up far enough.
I’m pretty sure it was in the “aspirational” category, when I bought it.
EA has done away with the inspirational category (at least for now), which is why some folks have been having trouble finding those items. The are usually several comments asking about that here each week.
Thanks… I actually had no idea about that, until I read Alissa’s post on the topic, yesterday afternoon. ( https://tstoaddicts.com/2016/06/01/tapped-out-store-where-are-the-aspirational-springfield-heights-items/#more-37183 ) I guess I just haven’t been reading far enough into the comment threads. 🙂
Indolence is a catergory that you rarely get anything for. I wonder why?
Because you can buy multiple houses to max it out
I could buy trees for my treehugging. It would just be nice to have different things instead of almost always vanity and treehugging. Obedience is the same. I have my fair share of training walls, but it would be nice to maybe change them out for newer items.
Yeah but some people don’t like having multiples of the same building. It’s an anal retentive thing. It’s the only reason I have not maxed out my indolence yet. I’m half a star away. It’s the only one I need filled. But I refuse to have more than one of the same house.
They’re houses. You don’t have a neighborhood in your Springfield? Where do people live? I’ve got a small neighborhood, where I have 2 maybe 3 of each house…and my rating is maxed.
I’m not saying throw them all together in a row like House farming. But you can have multiples and still make it look nice.
There’s apartment complexes and hotels hanging around. Maybe it’s a town of spinsters and bachelors. 🙂
I have several neighborhoods spread out around town. Brown house regenerate quickly and allow something for “friends” to tap on. Place a handful near your Landing Area and it helps everyone.
And they are cheap and fast to build. You can build one and check the rating. Just build till you max. As events occasionally give a house, you can replace the brown houses and keep the rating.
I don’t like house farms, but only one of reach kind of house seems a little overrestrictive and not to realistic…most suburbs have areas that have at least a few of the same kind of house. But, too each his/her own! 🙂
It’s strange that barren rock adds up to tree hugging. Just my 2 cents.
Boyfriend bought a ton of rocks thinking they would help his vanity rating. He’s short on cash for decor, so he was ecstatic he could use his leftover event currency on obviously-not-tree-hugging rocks.
…They’re all in storage now. XD
I guess they’d technically be nature though.
The Pinnacles National Monument
Largely, piles of rock.
The “Tree Huggers” fight to make the park larger.
Just my observation….
