Had to leave Alissa’s name as the author though since she did most of the work. Bunny and I just made sure we were awake and here to verify info. It’s just after 12am Pacific Standard Time…but since crime doesn’t sleep, I guess we don’t either! Issue 2 of the Superheroes Sequel is upon us….so have at it my friends!
Remember…this is an automatic change in your game. Nothing to download, it should just start up in your game..
This should auto start for you with dialogue from Apu and a task to build the Soilant Red Factory. This will then be followed by a 4hr task for 10 Springfielders.
Issue 2 runs until July 12th
Just what does Issue 2 have in store for us? Let’s take a look…
New Prize Currency for Issue 2.
Soilant Red
So the ability to earn Brass Knuckles is now gone. Your counter prize track for Issue 2 has reset to zero because you have zero Soilant Red. So forget about the knuckles and now it’s time to start over Soilant Red. I wonder what it’s made from?
You’ll earn Soilant Red very similar to how you earned Brass Knuckles via Issue 1….
-Tapping Criminals (They drop 4 Soilant Red/3 Trading Cards)
-Battles vs Felons at Orphan Alley

Issue 1 Prizes…
If you didn’t collect them all… you can still access them by tapping on the “ISSUE ONE PRIZES” tab in the Personal Prizes area. As you can no longer collect items for them, your only option now is to pay donuts to outright buy each one left at the point you left off at. (Just like every other event.)
Issue 2 Crafting
These items leave the store when Issue 2 ends on July 12th
Zenith City Billboard- 335

And before you ask…yes there will be another crafting post breaking all of these items down. For now just earn the trading cards.

I entered in my game this morning and I had some problems with the factory. It appeared to be place several times till I shut down the app and open again. Once I opened the game again my original factory had gone, so I went to my inventory and there said that I have TWENTY TWO factories. Did this happened to someone else too??
Sorry if you have covered this already, does the Soilent Red factory repair or is it going to stay a factory that looks like its been bombed.

I had expected that Pinchy would rise a again from the lobster shell, like Radioactive Man did from the statue. We would have PinchII in our game.
Burns summer mansion still bugged. Always reverts to original facade, regardless of how I set it.
It seems to revert after doing the tortoise tapping thing, as does the Players Tower and the Homerlayas.
It’s a mildly annoying bug that I hope they’ll fix at some point (but I’m guessing probably not until after the event is over).
THANK YOU! I hadn’t done the tortoise thing in a couple weeks, but my buildings wouldn’t keep the selected facade after closing. After reading your comment, I played the tortoise tapping (which totally did reset the facades you mentioned), fixed the facades, closed & restarted. Buildings fixed!
Just wondering, is there any real purpose in getting the Aqua World Wharf other than the sheer joy of having it?

I’ve now used my trading cards to get one of each of the items from the Collector’s Shop. Should I use the rest i have to buy more Zenith building packs because they give money over time or should I save my trading cards up for issue 3?
With these long events, I cant remember if we we had the trading cards in Issue 1 or not so I dont know if they will be used in Issue 3.
The trading Cards will carry over from Issue 2 to Issue 3, As they did from Issue 1 to Issue 2.

Was there a Should I Buy for the Fracker?

Anyone know if there’s a way to level up your felons? Because when I fight neighbor’s heroes some of them are at higher levels, so it seems like there should be a way to level mine up. They’re at 4 stars now.

I’m well into part 2 but still haven’t gotten the soilant red building yet, am i missing something? (Other than the building).
Make sure you completed all of Issue 1. It’s part of the very first quest for Issue 2.
The criminals may have adopted a new move, but I was able to use my Sky Finger Super Powers to detect and eliminate them from the face of my Springfield. (Ooh, I feel so full of myself right now.)
Any idea if the Giant Snake in a Tree has any effect on star rating? Like an increase in Tree Hugger Rating?

I just found the info. It helps your vanity rating by 100.
Ignore my comments on possible social battle comments, EA already made the changes to get us along the price track easier.
What buildings are included in the Zenith City pack? Are there any new ones or just ones from last year? Thanks
Last year.
One set you get is Zenith City Building Pack 1, you get the Office, Condo and Penthouse and I’m sure these are new to this years event.
They’re new buildings that fit into the same style as last year’s. Two of them are a new color and/or style and one of them is, I think, a taller version of the purple ones we got last year (which is why they’re called “penthouses”).
Not 100% sure but it looks like the social battle calender has been adjusted! Started my game this morning and was awarded the next two prizes immediately. Woohoo!

Awww…for some reason Apu has not yet kicked this off for me & I have not yet been told to build the soilant red factory…help!! Anyone else having issues?

I took a 2 day break from the main battles, instead just tapping criminals and doing the social battles after I got all the Act 1 prizes, I decided to forgo any bonuts thinking the break from battling would help me feel less tapped out for Act 2. And it’s worked, I’m battling away again quite happily. Will do same once complete the prize track for this Act. Otherwise I would be meh by day 42.
I’m doing fine on the social battles, where I should be but reading lot concern from others who aren’t. Maybe a post asking for players to comment where they are in the social battles would be an idea, then EA can see the results all in one place and plan adjustments they made need to make.

So i noticed here on the website there is a different graphic for the Aqua World Wharf vs. Aqua World Fishing Platform, but in my game the are the exact same. Anyone know how to fix this? Cause as of right now I see no reason to buy the wharf. But thats just me. Oh and I know its not a lack of memory I have 10 gigs free. Suggestions or comments or fixes welcome. since SOILENT RED even refers to itself as “a Bad Product”, could Act 3 bring about the introduction of the more nutritious and palatable SOILENT GREEN?!
