Up and Atom! Looks like we’ve got ourselves a Super Sequel on our hands! But remember…the Sequel isn’t always better than the original. Superheroes 2 has found its way into our pocket sized Springfields! This super event hit our devices and it’s full of super inspired decorations, buildings & characters!
This Event is broken up into 3 Issues, with each Issue containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Issue. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the Third Issue you’re tasked with collecting Crab Juice (
) to unlock each prize!
The sixth Issue 3 prize awarded at 78,800 is Dr. Lenny’s Lab, because sometimes you need a place to hold a Fruit Bat Man captive!
So let’s take a closer look at this sixth prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…
Once you’ve collected 78,800 you’ll automatically be awarded Dr. Lenny’s Lab and you’ll see this message popup:
And you’ll have the option to place it in your Springfield or store it in your inventory immediately. Remember if you store it, you’ll have to go into your inventory later to retrieve it.
Dr. Lenny’s Lab does come with a short dialogue. Here’s a look at what pops up:

Do you know how the searchlight come on and off ? Mine were on yesterday for the first time and I.couldnt turn them off, so I put it in to storage, brought it back out and the lights were off. I’ve tried tapping everywhere, but this only brings up an info box. P
It should be pointed out that Cookie Kwan has a 16 hour task here “Host A Open Evil Lair” that causes the building to be animated.

I was really hoping for Dr. Lenny. Seems like a wasted opportunity.
To my very BIG disappointment Pinchy didn’t emerge from the lobster shell. We got Radioactive when after the end battle appearing out the statue
We recently got an island with 2 lobsters on it. They could represent Mr. Pinchy if you squint and pretend. Also, they will be in the game forever unlike the giant lobster.
I like Dr. Lenny’s Lab.. I put it next to Burn’s Mansion. So close to getting Dr. Crab 🙂
I’ll only just manage to get Dr Crab but I will miss out on The film set from social battles 🙁
You’ve got to complete it…you can only do 9 (if you haven’t done today’s yet) more battles, maybe 12 if you turn off auto updates, so it depends on how many more battles you need to earn it
I just unlocked Dr. Crab and I didn’t get a task to collect crab juice for bonuts. Am I right in assuming that there’s no reason to keep collecting it?

No – there are definitely bonut rounds (12,000 cans each)…I got my third(?) round today! 🙂
Seeing as how Dr. Crab was unlocked at 103k, you can roughly assume you got your first round of bonuts at 115k, second at 127k, third at 139k, and fourth at 151k. Hopefully that helps clarify if you actually got your third round today or hopefully are even further ahead.
Yup – three rounds then, since I’m at about 144K right now. I should get at least one more before the event ends (more, if it doesn’t require an update right away).
As with all the quests I am going to complete it with about two days left. Very relaxing with no stress. By contrast Family Guy is impossible to complete without spending money. I wish EA would send some of there people over to TinyCo to teach them how to plan an event. TinyCo is in need of guidance big time.
That’s why I stopped playing The Family Guy. An d an other reason,… Buildings used during an event disappear after th event is done 😡😡😡😡😡
Off topic but I’m 9 social fights away from getting the studio and 2 days away. Any chance this will get extended? I just need one more day.
If you don’t update when the event is removed..and find a neighbor that hasn’t updated, you should get there
12,000 cans away. I’ll make it. I’m getting everything. And I only play every four hours for three minutes each time. I didn’t buy the x2 card either. Its not hard.
I don’t believe I have any chance at all of finishing out the prize track. I just got the spirography this morning, Dr. Crab is a long way off for me. I have a question that doesn’t pertain to this post, but I don’t know where else to ask it. My daily task for today is to upgrade a fighter two times, but all of my fighters are fully upgraded already. How am I supposed to complete this task? Any ideas?

Why does everyone keep saying “Spirography”? I feel like I missed something somewhere….
The building is the Spirograph Building, as written on the facade. But the prize track, and the actual building label when you click on it both refer to the building as the Spirography Building. Y (why) EA added the ‘y’? Y (why) not? Who knows Y (why)!

Yeah, that’s an odd looking building to not go on water. I think it’s going into storage until Halloween time unless I can fit it into my upcoming Zenith City section (redesign to come after the event and after I steal some of the showdown ideas!).

I have a large wooded area with some of the scarier and supernatural buildings as well as a private area for rich folks. This is sitting right in the middle as a transition piece.
I wish they stopped releasing buildings that pertain to a certain character but they never interact with it or only during one small quest line…
I was disappointed that no one seems to have a job here. I expected Mr. Burns to at least have something short after the dialogue.
My guess is that that windsock will blow in the wind, but how the heck to animate the building?
Yeah and the big electric rod thingy on the top would animate. Best hope is it gets caught in one of those self animated zones once in awhile.
Dr Lenny is an actual caricature in The Simpson’s, will we see him added to are game?
I doubt it… I have an image of him coming up in a origin post next week.

By my (very) unofficial count, Dr. Crab is the 200th character you can have. Release the confetti!!!
It looks kinda creepy. I parked it in Halloween Town just behind the RNC HQ.

This thing looks like it belongs out to sea. It looks weird in my main Springfield.
I was really surprised that it couldn’t be placed on ocean tiles.
I thought it would be a sea structure too.
This was one of my least favorite prizes…wish it could be placed on water – the only place it would look reasonably decent would be next to the tower with the monster (I forget what that whole thing). I’d like to store it, but I want to make sure I can’t get it to fit in anywhere, first, because I hate losing the potential income, if I don’t have to.
The real question is how am I going to get up to 103,000 cans of crab juice to get Dr. Crab before the event ends. I think it’s impossible. I didn’t get Stretch Dude either.
Did you finish the Issue 3 questline? Once you do that, you get to fight Giant Pinchy and get loads of currency for the prize line.

Yeah, I agree it has a nice unique look.
This is my least favourite prize. The XRay machine was pretty boring but at least you could incorporate it into a techy area and it looks fine. This is just ugly and doesn’t fit in with anything.
The plan was to put it out in the water on boardwalk tiles next to the sunken temple but it doesn’t GO on boardwalk tiles. So I stuck it next to another monstrosity; the ReNeducation Centre. And there it shall stay. I wish this was the Gil deal and we got the film set as a prize instead 🙁
