Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
The nerds have invaded Springfield! Ok just one nerd, and he’s not all that bad. And only in Springfield can Professor Frink, with the help of Homer, open up a black hole that transports doppelgangers, robots and Stephen Hawking (!) to our pocket sized Springfields! This multiverse event hit our devices and it’s full of alternate universe inspired decorations, buildings & characters!
This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the Third Act you’re tasked with collecting Anti Matter () to unlock each prize!
The second Act 3 Prize awarded at 5,500 is the Crazy Plane, because what would an update about deranged robots be with out a broken down, beat up airplane?
So let’s take a closer look at this second prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…
Once you’ve collected 5,500 you’ll automatically be awarded the Crazy Plane and you’ll see this message popup:
And you’ll have an option to place or store it for later. Remember if you store it you’ll have to go into your inventory later to retrieve it.
The Crazy Plane is a decoration for Springfield…it does come with some dialogue, but no tasks to complete. Nothing to help you earn more . Just unlock it and move on.
Here’s a look at the dialogue that pops up when you unlock/pace this item:
Homer: Is this crazy plane safe to fly?
Mecha Hawk: Of course! It’s actually the safest form of crazy travel.
Here are some quick facts about the Crazy Plane:
Size: 11×12
Build Time: Instant
Conform-O-Meter: Vanity +100
What Does it Do?: Animation when tapped. Blades spin. Guns on the side fire, smoke comes out.
And there you have it, the details behind the Crazy Plane, the second Sci-Fi Act 3 prize..
What’s Next?
Mecha Hawk- Awarded at 8,250. This will be the next prize we breakdown in the prize guide post.
So that my friends is the full breakdown of the second Act 3 prize!
What do you think of the Crazy Plane? Have you unlocked it yet? Where have you placed it in your Springfield? Looking forward to finishing out Act 3? Sound off in the comments below, you know we love hearing from you!
I was clearing away items that don’t give bonus % or generate income and plopped the Crazy Plane into inventory but noticed it now gives 2.5% bonus. Not too shabby
It it the most stupid event ever. And it takes top long time.
The questlines: I wish you will write how many there come, 1/13 examble
Should I be spending up on my future bucks before it ends?
Up to you…but when it ends they’ll be gone
There appears to be no task list for Evil Homer. Anyone else having this issue?
He’s an NPC.
Interesting because he is listed as a character “waiting for something to do” in the City Hall list.
Exactly what I thought. Maybe there will be a task for him in the coming months.
I can’t help but feel like Act 3 caught up to EA and they threw it together. After all the buildup, there’s like two seconds of resolution (not much better than “and then I woke up”) and the prizes kinda suck. Maybe I’m just expecting a Grand Finale instead of the big deal being in the second act, but to fade out like that felt disappointing. Has “oh shoot the act two time is almost up- quick, we need to write a third act!” written all over it. At least it didn’t require setting an alarm to finish!
I agree…for what it’s worth. Like a Dallas dream sequence.
So my Springfield is still on fire, even though the future Steven Hawking has been defeated (though the Homers are still tossing antimatter into the black hole). How do we get the fires out?
Once that full part of the questline is complete and you trigger Judgement Day Pt. 6
Mecha Hawk is an NPC !!
What a waste of time!
Worst Event ever!
Epic Fail EA!
Sorry, just disappointed …. an oversized plane (decoration) + an NPC (don’t waste your time tapping Mecha Hawk in Battle)! Whoop-dee-dumb-doo …. 🙁
Can’t find the Mecha Hawk I won. Any thoughts???
Should be roaming around your Springfield…if you can’t find it contact EA. But it’s an NPC so it moves around your town
I can’t find mine either. Seems to be a game problem. Is it large or just normal character size?
Normal size. He kinda flies around just slightly above the ground.
Well, slightly larger than normal. But, keep in mind that he may be hiding behind buildings or decorations…
Here’s what he looks like, relative to other characters and buildings:

Thanks. I see him now after turning off the background. I assumed he would have been big like in the Polyvac game. Gotta agree with the ‘meh’ crowd since he isn’t.
I dislike it as its doesn’t mesh well with the rest of the buildings in deco.. it’s one of those items that will sit in my inventory till I find d use for it unfortunately.
Augh! I made it to the end of Act 3, and they sent Homers on a mission to “plug up the hole”. They stopped earning antimatter and so did Ladybot. No antimatter possible now except for playing the minigame. Possibility of bonuts decreasing… 🙁
How do I spend future bucks I’ve got a ton of them and I’m completely leveled up on my prize track?
This post explains it further

Did I miss getting future Maggie? & the other homer? I didn’t see them on the prize track nor do I see them in the store.
Future Maggie, yes. She was a Gil deal back in Act 1. Evil Homer is awarded at the very end of the Act 3 questline (free)
Ahhh that’s annoying I stopped tapping the robots cause I didn’t want the crazy plane and mecha hawk.
Oh darn. I don’t know how I missed that. I was looking forward to getting her since I’ve seen her in other people’s towns
I didn’t get future Maggie either — and I completed EVERYTHING for the game. Did we have to purchase her with donuts or something? IF so…major fail.
Yes she was premium
