Wait, it is Thursday?… I don’t know if I’ll be able to live up to that hype :p
Evel Knievel was alive when this episode aired on December 6th 1990, and he may have had some flashbacks to his failed jump at Snake River Canyon (1974). You would have thought he would have died many times over (considering he is world record holder for the most bones broken in a lifetime) but he passed away (unrelated to stunts) in the year 2007. But this isn’t an eulogy, it’s a celebration to the insane art of Danger. Put on your safety goggles, and knee pads, and helmets, and gloves, and seatbelts, and cups (if you need one), And get ready for this extreme episode:

“Danger” ISN’T Bart’s middle name but he’d prefer it.
Truckasaurus’s reality counterpart (Robosaurus) was created in 1989. This episode aired on December 6th 1990, the 21st episode of The Simpsons. Season 2 episode 8.

Lance Murdock, Dr. Hibbert and Springfield General Hospital, Truckasaurus, Springfield Gorge and Daredevil Bart (skin, not seen in the picture above).

Possible NPC/decoration: Bell with school kid ringing it (I know some folks are thinking “Not Another Bell!” But if you want Señor Dingdong it’s possible we’ll see more bells)
Possible Events: Danger / extreme sports event. Skateboarding mini-event. Medical emergency event.
Characters and Things I didn’t mention because I personally have no interest in them joining the game Don’t Mention It: various kids that I haven’t mentioned in Season 1 posts (including hospitalized kids), the nurse, wrestlers (Rasputin the friendly Russian and Professor Werner Von Brawn), wrestlers’ entourage and crowd, Team Tomomatsu Dirt Riding Dunk Masters and other Springfield Speedway demolition trucks, crew, employees and crowd. Concert attendees, taxi driver, brave little animals (dogs from Bart’s stunt), Springfield Gorge tour guide and rescue team, and lastly Leo G. Clark (the inventor of Truckasaurus, -that’s right, Professor Frink wasn’t the inventor as The Simpsons Hit N’ Run had us believe).

Some other things to think about:
Homer said something that a future Leonardo Dicaprio will be famous for shouting. When Homer rolls off the cliff (after the first rescue) Wendell’s pants and shirt switch colors. During Lance Murdock’s stunt we also see a hammer head shark amongst other creatures he actually mentioned. The Simpsons’ car was badly damaged yet they drove it home, they obviously take the check to by an identical model.
Lastly I wanted to bring up Homer’s watch. Does this remind you of any Futuristic Robot? And notice the time, since this post is likely to be posted at 6:30, that is around the time the second comment would be moderated :p

Homer falling down the cliff twice made me howl when I first saw this episode so very, very long ago.
