Pros:
-Cool, unique looking building. Will go nicely in Springfield Heights
-Lenny will have an 8hr task there, Live in Cramped Luxury, 8hrs Earns $420, 105xp.
Cons:
-Pretty large building, base and height
-Lenny already has an 8hr task, so nothing spectacularly new there
-Building animation isn’t anything spectacular, lights turn on and the front door opens.
Final Thought:
Premium
This is one of those toss up items. Personally, I think you should save your donuts and grab another Beach Hideaway OR save your donuts for Halloween. But there is a task associated with this one…so it makes it slightly better than some of the other recent SH premium additions.
Freemium
Pass. Freemium players should pass this one over, grab the hideaway…and save the rest of your donuts for Halloween. Skip this one, you ain’t missing much.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do. And I can tell you I’ll likely be passing on this one. Just doesn’t excite me as a premium item…. Of course whatever you decide just remember this is limited time and will be leaving our games very soon (October 1st). So if you’re thinking about grabbing it, do it very soon before it’s gone for good!

I got it and am experiencing slight buyers remorse. I like getting new and unique buildings but it was much bigger than expected and didn’t come even close to fitting where I wanted it to. Now it’s sitting, jam-packed, with all the other heights crap awaiting the day they give us more space to be able to actually do something with the heights.
i actually like my heights area a lot… somehow i managed to incorporate a respectable upper class district in about 70% of it, with the other 30% hijacked by my springfield of tomorrow. the trick is to avoid using all those generic heights buildings… 🙂
but yeah, i had to place these condos elsewhere. fortunately i had a spot available in an area i have other tall buildings (sit-n-rotate and tenta corp) located.
My heights area took many months to get right, now I like it & I agree, hard to put new buildings there some time. I am getting very careful what I want there. The game seems to max it self put at a point. Good luck

I got it. At least the task for Lenny there earns at a premium rate although it annoys me to no end that premium tasks don’t always come first in the job list for purposes of using the job manager to send all characters on tasks at the same time.
Ummm Lenny’s existing 8hr task -isn’t that just a freemium rate?
If this elevates his overnight freemium to premium, it’s a definite buy for me!

thanks neighborino, it really just depends on the item. not sure where i was at design-wise when you saw it, but i added some fountains and benches to complete its placement. i thought long and hard about making a spot for it up in SH, where many of the other town centre of springfielde glenne shops are located. ultimately though, i settled on a location that better allowed for its massive footprint and height.

I’m saving my doughnuts. I’m hoping they will re-release the Space Mutant and drive in theater at Halloween. I’ve always wanted this one, but never had the doughnuts until now.
I hear ya.. I’m saving mine for the slim chance they release Burns Dracula tomb. Really love the look of it!
I like the look of the building, but other than that it doesn’t really excite me. Maybe if it was a little cheaper 🐣🐣
