  1. Will be so glad when this event is over feels like my town has been hostage to Halloween the last two weeks when every one else knows it is at least it is November when Halloween is over.
Not to say all the other upcoming Holidays stuff is out .

  2. Neighbours…..
Tap the resort building to the right of the landing spot….
    You may get a surprise

    😃 🇬🇧

  3. Hey Alissa, are we going to have a show off for this event? Definitely, understand if not. Curiosity just got the better of me 🙂

  4. Is it addicts live this week?
    😃 🇬🇧

I broke… the gift cards were 4x fuel points😂😂😂 Officially the most expensive event ever for me. I love all the items I got!!😊😊😊

  6. I’ve seen a few comments recently forming a theme around “the junk items” from events.
As still a freemium (didn’t cave to the Zombie Sandwich dilemma. To torment myself more, the 40 sprinklenuts I spent on cobblestones, with the 2×12 I spent to get the “Safe Zombies” set with the 25 I now have saved means I probably could have achieved the dumpster of doom. Meh! ), I have appreciated the content, the resurgence of previous content at mostly achievable sprinklenuts, and the convergence of many what for most may seem random elements.
I revel in the task of incorporating new content, the recent Spookiness added to my Wild West district with ease, bordered by the only film studio I’d managed, placed before the event started.
I try and maintain neighbourinos whom put a bit of thought into their design, I keep upgrading and accommodating new content, recently saved for three simultaneously planned new additions, my major Squidport upgrade / extension, my Monorail traveling through all new areas and incorporating all Springfield Heights buildings and decorations in Springfield Heights. As well as now establishing an official “Spooky / Haunted” area…
Very happy with this event, tapping 3-4 a day, neighbourinos 2-3 times a week (apologies it’s not more regular 😉 I’ve managed all content I wanted, and on way to Frinkenstein…

    • Update.
Maxed on Squidport tiles, rearranged to incorporate a more prominent Squidney Opera House. Bought more water to expand my Springtania, have the new shipwreck on a reef with my lighthouse.
I have finally managed to clear all stored Monorail pieces… yup, amazingly none currently stored, all used. With very minimal shuffling as most regular neighbourinos will agree. At the moment, the only thing in my inventory is the locked outfits…
as I stopped investing characters once I received my nuke and elder balloon and incorporating all pumpkin / cane / wall stuff, as well as all the other bonus stuff.
A Springtania that I’d like to visit is what I try and achieve, keeping things as unique as possible 🙂

I’m almost finished with the THOH update!!!! Finally!!!! I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on what I should craft that might get a bonus % in the future.

  8. What is everybody crafting after you craft the shipwreck? I am going to go the route of “craft whatever you like” but I don’t know which items I like more! The brambles would be cool to have in storage for haunted gardens. I usually try to get about 100 of any limited time fences. And I’m thinking about crafting another haunted stable just because the animation is so cool. Looking for other thoughts and ideas!

OT, I am ISO additional neighboreenos who visit their own krustylands every day… Sadly it is the only place my older device can handle without crashing and many of my neighbors don’t visit their own K-lands, so their buildings are all full of friend actions 😢 My origin ID is the same as my handle here… 🙏

    • I’m with you on crafting fences. I’ve finished crafting all that I want and I’m getting that warning about too many items in my town.
There have been heaps of prizes from this event but I can’t bring myself to store anything.
I have regretted not crafting fences in previous events so I’m going to get more now.
I visit Krustyland every day. Request sent😀

    • I’ve been crafting LOTS haunted houses for the cash and xp bump. Not much else I’m really interested in. Do visit KL daily in hopes of finding donuts at balloon pop stand. Request forthcoming.

  9. Josephine Kick@$$

If any of my neighboreenos happen to find where I put my cave… please let me know. I know my town is a mess, but I absolutely cannot find it. (& it’s not in my inventory 😐)

    thank you 😊

  10. I got my last Halloween prize last night. Frininstien is mine. Now I have a few days to relax and get some free donuts. Also thanks to my neighbors for stopping by with recordings. Good luck to everyone else whose still tapping away to finish this event.

  11. I’ve only just noticed that any SPs you send to Moe’s Brewing Co (eg. Sanjay, Lou & Eddie, Mindy) will reappear outside Moe’s once their tasks are finished & you collect the cash. Pretty funny. Pretty cool. Sometimes it’s just the little things……💜X

  12. Josephine Kick@$$

Enjoying the event😊 Busy busy busy this time of year though, I’m really hoping for at least 10 days of down time before the Christmas event👍

  13. I love this game, and I love the events (most of them) but I do wish EA would make them 2 weeks shorter! As much as I love them, I could have lived without some of the prizes from Halloween (most of them don’t have any character interaction or will fit into my town so will just got into storage) and I’m getting bored. 2 weeks shorter with a week extra in between each event to give us some redesign time would be great.

    • I chuckled because I was thinking the exact opposite! LOL I’m loving the length of time for these because the actual work is only a few minutes every four hours which leaves me quite a bit of “addicted” time to do design work.
Like you though, I Am storing a LOT of the prizes again.

      • To me, EA, did everything right with this event and I think six weeks is just the right amount of time for the big events. A lot of people need that much time to be able to complete everything …and, hey…who doesn’t like getting extra donuts? I find if I am done ahead of time, and don’t want donuts, I can always read a good book or do something nice for someone else. Or, what? Maybe even take a walk. I don’t think EA has to entertainment me 24/7, even if they do.

      • I think more importantly, we can tolerate them starting fairly early before a holiday, but can’t stand them going much more than a week past. (I like a few days past – I mean, who doesn’t enjoy snuggling up the day after Christmas and still tapping the event). But at this point – Nov 9th….I’m DONE with Halloween. I still like the event, I just wish it had started earlier and ended yesterday.

        • I decided to be pro-active and put away balloons and pumpkins,
it does seem to be going on a long time after Halloween

          😃 🇬🇧

    • I totally agree with you, 100%. No event should last longer than four weeks, at most.

    • After two weeks, even the theme music gets annoying and I play in silence. After three weeks, aaarrrggghhhh!

  14. Thanks everyone for your thoughts and opinions on the visiting neighbors problem I’ve been having. I do keep my list short, (35, on average), so it isn’t some big time sink to visit everyone daily. When I look at the list of add me posts, I do look specifically for those who state they are daily visitor themselves. (And then seen them not visiting my town anyway.) I’ve long ago gotten all the friendship prizes, so mostly I am visiting for the cash and experience. (Although, I have plenty of both.)
Finding active over the long term players who are genuine daily visitors seems a bit hit and miss of late. Oh well, new names are always popping up.

    • This is going to sound a little negative, so I will apologize up front…
I have found that the most reliable neighbors are…
Over level 60 (they are committed to the game and usually aren’t leaving soon) and have a real town (again, a little effort put in – if you don’t care about your town, why would you care about your neighbors?)
This doesn’t mean that other players can’t be great neighbors also, I have several neighbors level 30 something that have nice towns and visit regularly. Unfortunately, the game is really hard at that level and a lot of players just bail. The “add me” pages are full of beginning players, and I know they mean well, but I rarely add them anymore.
If they don’t say what level they are, I just keep on reading.

      • On the flipside, I sometimes miss having low-level players in my neighborhood, since their towns are quick to visit (especially during events where you have to scroll around to find wandering creators and such….it can take forever to find them in really big, spread out towns), and, more importantly, I remember what it was like to be just starting out and how much I appreciated the higher-level players who helped me out, and I like to “pay it forward.”

    • I have the same frustration. I try to be selective about which “Add Me” requests I respond to, but I’ve found that even people who mention visiting neighbors, do not always actually do so. I like to keep close to 100 neighbors, and it takes me 30-45 minutes to visit them all. If I don’t make it all the way through in a day, I can click the medal icon and go to the neighborhood leader board, then click right to the point in the alphabet where I left off. I think I’m a fairly loyal neighbor; when this event started I finally cleaned out a bunch of neighbors who hadn’t visited me in months, and I added more than 30 new ones. Of those… I pretty quickly dropped a few who never once visited after a week or more. If you request new neighbors and someone adds you, why wouldn’t you make that effort to visit at least one initial time? I’m a little puzzled by it, actually.

I do have a few neighbors who seldom visit me now, although they used to be more frequent, but if they are generous during events and if I enjoy looking through their town, I’ll keep them as neighbors (as long as they are still playing and I have things to click on). I just wish people would be more direct in the Add Me threads, so it will be easier to skip over those who only want neighbors to benefit them, without having to return the favor. That’s a perfectly acceptable way to play the game, just not what I look for in a neighbor.

    • I visit my neighbors during events. Not all, but most. My town just takes too much time to spend a lot of time in other towns. I’m level 939 and love to redesign my town in small sections as new land and content are added. I try to keep my neighbors fairly high level so I can see how they utilize the new content and gain inspiration. I keep neighbors until they stop playing for over a week during events and a couple weeks otherwise. Just knowing they are active in their own towns is enough for me.

  15. I’d like:
To be able to save a couple versions of my Springfielda
To have some undos when building
To be able to leave a note at my friends Springfield’s
For an indicator telling me if a friends s-field doesn’t have anything for me due to lack of playing

  16. FAO Admins, I would love for this to be used as a post of yours, but understand if you don’t.

I’ve seen a lot of people ask recently about the buildings which can be placed on Squidport and was surprised to find no real list anywhere on the interweb. After running out of space a few iterations of Springfield Design ago, I decided to try and maximise space by moving as many buildings as possible to Squiport and/ or on the ornate Boardwalk (if things go on one, they go on the other, but obviously it’s nicer to have some things on one or the other).

My findings below are probably not 100% inclusive of all buildings which can be placed (even though I am a very premium player and buy almost everything available) as there are likely buildings I never had the opportunity to build or buy at this point, having started around Christmas 2014.

    Some observations and disclaimers:
    1. If a building begins with The, it will be listed by the next word.
    2. Non income generating buildings are listed separately at the end.
    3. If a title is somewhat non-descript, it’s probably from the Wild West update.
    4. I think there has been some additions to what can be placed on the seafront recently.
    5. Houses generally can’t be placed on the pier.

Without further ado, here is a (fairly) comprehensive list of what can be placed on the Squidport and / or ornate tiles.
