Most Dangerous Game/Thanksgiving 2016 and the Conform-O-Meter

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

The Most Dangerous Game/Thanksgiving Event released a bunch of items into our Springfields.  Everything from hunting stores to Bunny throwers to Indian Casinos to Giant Parade Balloons!  So let’s take a look at how these new and old items impact our Conform-O-Meter…

The Conform-O-Meter is an important part of Tapped-Out because it provides you with a bonus boost in your cash and  XP from everything you collect in the game.  When you achieve a 5-Star Town (it’s max rating) you will receive a 5% bonus on all money and XP collected in your town.  If you missed the previous Conform-O-Meter posts check here for the basics and here for how many points you’ll need to reach 5 stars.

While the Thanksgiving event brought no changes to the Conform-O-Meter requirements, it did bring a bunch of buildings and decorations.  So let’s take a look at how all of the new “goodies” impact our rating:

  1. I was done with the Mini Event in 4 Days
I don’t think anything will top Puritan Sanders / Native American Lisa
    I got Freemiums
I do need more Springfield Land (don’t all long time Tappers?) 😉

  2. I’ve been checking Google play vigilantly!!!! Come on Christmas update 🙂

  3. When is Christmas starting?? I have nothing yet? Why??

NO SNOW!!!! My ancestors spit on your hair cut!! lol All joking aside we didn’t get Christmas until December 7th or 8th last year so on with the anticipation. After I had everybody free since 2 pm.

  5. A question on points needed for the meter. Is they a way to see how many points you’ve accumulated for each category?

  6. Looks like I will have to wait until Tuesday for Christmas 😢

    • Wow! Where do you live? I didn’t know other places had Christmas in early December.

In Canada, Christmas is always on December 25th! Doesn’t matter what day of the week the 25th is.

      • 😂😂😂😂

      • I can’t tell if you are being sarcastic because I was talking about the game event – wasn’t clear.
        I’m from UK – 25th December

        • Christmas? What’s that? December Holidays? I’ve never heard of such a thing. The only thing I can think of that occurs in December is the Winter solstice- which is on December 21 this year. So Happy Solstice everyone!

Oh wait. I just remembered Festivus. Can’t forget Festivus. Everyone gather around the Festivus pole, and begin your airing of Grievances and recite your Feats of Strength.

      • Dutch children in Holland, or the Netherlands, anxiously look forward to St. Nicholas Day on December 6. While they eagerly await the arrival of Sinterklaas, the people around them shop for gifts, write a little poem to accompany each one, and carefully wrap each gift to keep the contents a surprise to the receiver.

      • Christmas in Russia is celebrated on 7 January and marks the birthday of Jesus Christ.

    • It is quite possible the event will drop tomorrow. EA does not seem inclined to leave much, if any, gap between mini and main events anymore.

That’s what I was thinking! I don’t know if the yard work simulator has left the store yet since I purchased it, but im guessing we will get the update when it does leave. If it already has left, I just assume that the event will drop tomorrow morning 8am GMT. Happy Tapping!! 🙂

    • Well, Tuesday was yesterday, so….

  7. Still angry and so frustrated that the entire premium and some of the freemium items from Thanksgiving totally disappeared from my game store, before I could make a single purchase. I could really have used the conform-o-meter points, plus I really wanted to buy most of the content since seeing it in other’s towns. Hope there is another opportunity to purchase the building/character combos at least, before next Thanksgiving. No one at EA seemed to be able to help me restore the lost content or explain why it was lost.
