Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

In case you missed it…we had our Addicts Live Holiday Extravaganza episode yesterday. With singing, dancing, a whole lotta laughing and a TON of upcoming Spoilers for TSTO. Have you checked it out yet?
How was your weekend? Do anything fun and exciting? We did some more Christmas shopping and finishing it up today. Then it’s onto wrapping and enjoying the rest of the season.

Do the male pagans remind anyone else of Lemmy from Motorhead?
Just dropping by to say how much I am loving this non traditional update. RL Stonehenge is in my neck of the woods, so I love having a part of the West Country (Somerset, UK) in my SF. The pagans are great too & I really hope we can purchase them after the event (NPC obsessive here🙊). The pace & length of the event are perfect & allow me plenty of time to shop & prepare for next week’s festivities. I was hoping for the opportunity to have Santa from previous updates as a permanent addition, perhaps with indoor tasks during the year @ the toy shop but come Dec his tasks would be outside. Nevermind, I have Flanders & Homer santas to keep it festive as well as the holiday NPCs from previous events, so no biggie. I’ve played since the beginning of TSTO so I’m cool with this curve ball. However, it does not stop me sympathising/empathising with those who are playing their first winter event or who just wanted trad stuff. Hopefully next year it will revert to type. I hope we get a bit of a break at the end to allow me to decorate & prepare for the next big thing. So many of my neighbours are sitting this one out. I was going to cull in prep for 2017 but I am loathe to do so now because I respect their choice not to play it. I would dearly love to replace them with some dedicated posters from this site but I am a graffiti fiend ( it’s a South West thing☺️) & even when I select from the correct page, they still delete me after a while b’cause I do love to leave my mark! 1) Long collection time bldgs 2) Cletus farm 3) tagging my 3 fave things to do. Whilst I’m on the subject. EA please could I have more buildings to tag😂. Merry Christmas, happy holiday to one & all. Thanks for the mountains of help & sharing, articles, jokes, good glitches, recipes, cutie pics of Riley, pics of flowers & pottery, SF sharing/show offs and for making this my joint number 1(I love the Wiki too🙊) place to come to for all things TSTO. I have a feeling that, what with Brex(sh)it & DT (USA) I will be hiding out here more than is humanly possible or healthy….Have a peaceful, safe, happy holiday TSTO family. Check in with me after the event, if you’d like…I have at least a couple of neighbors who have stopped playing, but I’m not sure whether it’s for religious reasons. If, after the event, I can free up a couple of spaces, I’d be happy to add you (if you’re not already one of my neighbors with a handle I just didn’t recognize)…I don’t mind being vandalized at all (it’s actually the only way to earn anything from those buildings!). I can send invitations, because I have a ton of pending requests that people have sent me, but I always give preference to regular posters that I “know” over strangers with handles I don’t recognize from anywhere.

My monster from the Sunken Temple is missing. I read someone else was having this problem but I forgot where they posted it. Anyone else having this problem. I tried storing it but he’s still gone.
It appears to have been turned off for this event. No idea why.
Has anybody had issues with not being able to find Bigclaw in their town? I used to have no trouble finding him, and even seeing him during the day multiple times, but I haven’t seen him now for about 3 days. I still see him in some neighbor’s towns. I even tried shading out all of my buildings and decor, and doing a systematic sweep of my while town, ND also checked all of my inventory (in case I had accidentally stored him), but I haven’t been able to find him. Anyone else having this problem?
I haven’t checked for him today, but no problems up until now, at least.
Did you check your *uncategorized* inventory? I’m assuming so, but figured I’d ask, just in case…

Did you guys know that there’s a metal band out there called Okilly Dokilly and they all dress as Flanders?!?!?! So metal 🤘🏻 there’s a funny video on YouTube for their song called White Wine Spritzer. Look it up, but be warned its METAL.
Hmm I wonder if I should dress as Flanders for next Halloween.. I already got the white polo and blue pants to look like Homer. But my belly is not big enough.
I am having trouble getting the Parson to go on his quest. All his tasks are shaded (?) .They are listed but not available if that makes sense.
Someone else mentioned in the comments section skewers that Reverend Lovejoy also needs to be available to kick off that questline, so maybe that’s your problem?
LIDDY – Sandra is right. Most of his questine is with Flanders & Rev Lovejoy, so keep them all on the same timeline to keep the questline flowing. Mine started the same way & I’ve now completed it. A lot of the time if it won’t trigger then just scan thru them & you will see “requires x character”… enjoy the questline it’s fun!….💜X
Still no lights for the buildings ? Are they a coming ?

I’m going through tech support madness right now. I’m level 100 and due to a bug I’m still waiting for the Hospital quest to start. I had a representative getting into my game. He asked if I was hacking the game because I was far too advanced (been ACTIVELY playing for about three months), told me to organize my city better (can you believe that?) and spent almost all of my $$$ (about 300k) to buy some quests buildings! And no hospital yet. Any advice?
Sorry…but you are at the hands of EA support on that one. It is very, very odd that you were able to get through level 100, without the hospital tasks being complete.
This is the lamest update in the history of the game. Not a fan. I was hoping for more of a Christmas thing. What about going back to the very first episode and doing a whole Santos L. Halper thing where in the end we finally get the damn dog instead of paying a ton of donuts for him. And for those that have him, give them something else rad. I’m just not into this whole update. #LameSauce

I never complain about TSTO ways, but I really disapprove of this system of trading X or Y currency for Z currency. Main reason, because now I have 2,000 of one and 0 of the other. I know it might even out, but I hate always getting the same payout option xD
Other than that, love the game! They should send 1 or 2 designers and marketing people over to TinyCO…

I finally gave up on some of my large decorations (the skyscraper etc) and stored them, and stashed the ones with a character associated in a corner behind the Springfield sign. I’ve just never been able to come up with a design for Hank Scorpio’s mountain or Death Mountain or the Pro Shop…but I want all the characters out! I’m not all that happy with having a rando stash zone, but it’s starting to feel necessary! Plus, I freed up a TON of land!
My apologies CNAH, but comments like these always tend to illicit a response from me.
There is a place for everything in TSTO (happy if you’d like to add me, handle=username…), and I do agree events such as our current one stretch the creative juices, but I always ensure to proudly display all I have achieved in our beloved addiction. I always try and think outside the box, and mix and blend all content into my own themes.
I’m pure freemium, but do have both DM and PS, placed judiciously within appropriate locations.
I’ve been tapping away since midway through the first Halloween, and I agree there have been many major shuffling challenges, but persistence can prevail in some very unique creations, two I am very happy with is my Soilent Green / Red complex and my ever expanding Future Springfield.
Thank you to everyone who suggested heading for the water to find Pagans in neighboring towns! It’s been SOOOOOO much easier to find them. 🙂

I have some requests for EA. One is for those of us who have a very built out monorail with all three stations and two tunnels, to let us pick our track pieces. I literally have 15 right angle curves, and nothing else, and they represent hours of wasted time. Please. Two, do the coins or whatever else I got from tapping really need to hover there, in the way, for a second before zipping into my inventory? Three, I’d like in my friends section for there to be an indicator on each town telling me if there is nothing there for me, likely due to lack of playing on their side. But I hate waiting for the city to load, zooming all over a large built out city, and not finding squat. That’s it for now.
I like the way the money and XP pauses when your collecting it, because sometimes I want to see how much I’m getting, broken down by base, bonus, and hidden bonus, which is what gets displayed. But this latest thing with the sound going on much longer than it should is slightly annoying.
I didn’t notice the change in display but the ka Chng sound indeed is annoying and never ends.
OMG is that why there are several $ and XP for each? Three years never knew it!
Actually iI think it’s base, multiplier bonus, and collider bonus, now that I think about it more…
