The snow is falling in Springfield and that can only mean it’s Winter time in our pocket sized towns! And of course it wouldn’t be an event in Springfield without premium items in our stores, just tempting us to spend sprinkles on them!
Of course with that limited-time label it can be tempting to buy everything that looks as awesome as this because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add Flanders’ Frozen Car to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this frozen disaster to your Springfield…
Decoration/Building: Flanders’ Frozen Car

Pros
-Comes with a small bit of dialogue between Homer and Flanders
-From a classic Simpsons episode
-Decent, but not great, bonus % for donuts spent

-It’s basically like a frozen statue. Does nothing
Final Thought
Premium or Freemium:
This is one of those meh items for me. While it’s from a classic episode it doesn’t do anything for me in terms of getting me to spend the donuts. (and for those asking I don’t know what it’ll look like when the ice melts) So i’d classify this as a premium or freemium toss up. If you like the item grab it…otherwise pass and save your donuts.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do. And I can tell you as a premium player, I’m passing on this one. Just remember this is limited time, and will be leaving our stores once the event ends. So be sure to make your final decision before it’s gone from our games for good. (or for now..)

I think its gonna be cool. I got it the first day. I saw the clip about it some where online. So I think its gonna spew when its not frozen.
It may melt and then be animated with water from the hydrant when the snow is gone. I’ll bet it will.
Seems to me the snow items melt, ice sticks around all year. I’m guessing the appearance stays the same.

The ice walls and the ice castle don’t melt. I remember being nervous when I bought the ice castle fearing it would spend most of the year as a puddle.

Picked up the Gil Deal for the Ba’al statue. Hilarious animation and costumes for the task. With all 5 Simpsons, it earns 200 antlers every 4 hours.
Can you please explain further, did you send all 5 Simpsons to complete a task at the Ba’al Statue.
I’m like one day away from getting all the prizes… this event has been super chill! Some of the new items are a little bleh, some are pretty cool, but I’m super happy that there are returning items!!!

Oh my gosh – on the Gil deal, I don’t really care about it at all, except take a good look at the screen offer…..I’m almost willing to buy it just for Maggie to have that outfit! (Yes, I know it would only be for the task there).
To say nothing of Marge’s skimpy outfit! But for me, a pass…

It’s funny… I’m not buying it for the same reason that you did buy it. But I’m glad some folks are buying it, so I can eventually find out the answer (and maybe buy it at some future date, if the re-release it). 🙂

With only judging the way it looks, and Homer’s comment about hitting a fire hydrant, I’m guessing a non snow covered car, crashed into a hydrant, that spurts water, hence the icicles. Reminds me of the car decoration in K-Land.
