It’s beginning to look a lot like Festivus… for the Rest of Us!!
The second part to this lil short Holiday-esque Event is now live in our silly lil games. That means there is a new batch of Personal Prizes you can play and earn towards. With all the new items dropped into place, the new panic sets in of how you can possibly earn them in time. No worries…

EVENT CALENDAR STARTING 12/19/16, DAY 2 OF Act 2
As per usual, I will be starting the Calendar one day AFTER the Act releases so you can factor in time you will need to send Characters on tasks, get Buildings, and fully launch the New Act. I will also be stopping it the night BEFORE the Event ends, as it will give you enough time to focus on all the other last minute stuff.
Now you have a basic daily breakdown for 11 days based off of approximately 6814 
Brooch a day.
Again, do not panic. Remember that it is slow going at first so you may “appear” and feel like you are behind, but as you progress through the Questlines and Event you will start to see that you are getting more and more and more each day. Just go at a pace that fits you, but remember the more you play the more you will get. These are totals you want to reach by the end of each day if possible.
ACT TWO PRIZES
Here’s the rundown of the prizes available during Act Two that you can win by just playing the game and collecting Brooches.
Devil Snowman- 5,200 Brooches
Goblet of 250 Runestones- 12,150 Brooches
Ba’al Pit– 23,500 Brooches
Ravencrow Neversmiles– 38,850 Brooches (Skin for Lisa)
Chest of 400 Runestones- 47,050 Brooches
Wickerman- 57,500 Brooches
Sacrifice your Sheep to Odin & Star Snowsuit Maggie- 74,950 Brooches (Skin for Maggie)
BONUS ROUND?
There are BONUTS awarded at the end of the prize track.

I just got the awards and first bonuts.
BTW why are the craftable items so lame? Everything just gives ‘vanity’…. so i settled to just harvest the torch.
The best craftable item i remember was the spooky wall in 2015 Halloween event with 12h harvest time and it only needed 1×4 place.
I’m up to nearly 67000 runestones. I’m also not too far off getting Dunk The Monk and I’m on Level 13 of the Gnome
I’m going to have a good few days to get some bonuts
I also have a lot more nuggets (849) than books (29), I think the g-ds in my town my also be vegetarian.
5 days in (or 4 on the calender to adjust for build times and character jobs and things)and I am 5 prizes in on the prize track. I am 290 runestones from level 10 in the crafting, level 12 on the elf box and feeling great to be ahead.
During act 1 I was fairly hopeful I would be able to take Xmas day off from tapping, but might regret it later and have to rush to catch up. Now, I am hopeful I will have finished most things by Xmas day and just be raking in those donuts for nearly a week.
I am just slightly concerned I have not yet done the tasks associated with the prize track items yet, unless it progressed the story. So I have not done the tasks that involve characters earning event currency. I hope this will not come and bite me on the bum later
EA is bein lame. Its logged me out. And i cant log back in. Anybody else havin this problem?
my ancient gods don’t seem to like chicken maybe they vegetarian? They keep asking for books! I have 23 books and 638 chicken fingers right now.
I’ve experienced problems with the last four events. I wait and watch religiously as I’m a daily player. Again during this event, I’m a day behind and had to play catch up. I made it through but there was no 13th day nor reward. The same is now happening during act 2 but a slightly different glitch…the offerings and the calendar posted on this site says we are into Day 4 with a total of 13 days. Except, the ‘timer’ at the bottom says we have only 8 days left to make offerings. I’ve contacted EA and they made a ‘note’ of my problem regarding the late start to the event. But, now I have this new problem. I took a screen shot…I hope EA does something to fix this as I’ve missed out on a few of the first act prizes in the previous events. Not happy.
There was no “Day 13” prize…it was just a placeholder for the new set that came out with Act 2.
I wondered if that was the case during Act One. Thanks for confirming…just hope they next event starts ‘on time’ for me.
I got the ball pit, which after having a near death experience in one years ago I had to put it in storage. However, I have some tasks that came with it and I was wondering what would happen if I skipped them? Do you think they will stay in my task list or go away?
They’ll likely stay until you complete them
The good news is that, while, as Alissa said, the tasks will likely stay, the icon for those tasks will eventually move into the box, unless your task book only has one or two tasks in it. BoBo has been living in the box, with occasional appearances in my task book when everything else is cleared out, since EA released Money Mountain.
Money to unwrap gifts??? Where does this currency come from? I unwrapped the trial silver gift for 1xx and got 50lb clams. Text claims each prize is worth 50 donuts.
Anyone else have Ravenclaw yet? Once you get the skin you will notice that your Broach in the task bar changes back to antlers. but still says earn broaches.
Should have been Brooches. no way to edit … oh well.
I’ve noticed that when I’m working towards a ‘prize’, it shows a Brooch, but when I’m working towards Runestones, it goes back to the Act1 Antlers. Confused me the first time, but as long as it works (man, I had about 8 Pagans hiding in a rock formation made from Old West rocks one time! Without that ‘Do It!’ I’d never have found them! 😄), I don’t care what the icon looks like. 😉
TL;DR: Yes, I’ve noticed an Antler icon instead of a Brooch icon at times too.
I’ve had this happen, too. Then both the antler and the brooch disappeared. I restarted my device and now it’s a brooch. I agree, without that button, I’m not able to find all the pagans. Happy they continued that with this event, too.
