Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
The snow is falling in Springfield, which can only mean Winter has arrived in our pocket-sized towns! And is in full swing on our devices.
In a change of pace, this Event is broken up into just 2 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the Second Act you’re tasked with collecting Brooches (
) to unlock each prize!
The sixth Act 2 Prize awarded at 57,500 is Wickerman, because sometimes you wanna set the world on fire….
So let’s take a closer look at this sixth prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…
Once you’ve collected 57,500 you’ll automatically be awarded Wickerman and you’ll see this message popup:
And you’ll have the option to place it in your Springfield immediately or store it in your inventory for later. Remember if you store it you’ll have to go back into your inventory to retrieve it.
Wickerman does come with some an short questline but there are no tasks there. Here’s a look at the questline now..

Willie: Aye.
Homer: Probably planning on burning someone alive inside of it, right? Like in the move?
Willie: Maybe. And maybe that man…is you!

Homer: Pff. Like you’d burn down a brand new decoration. This whole deal is about putting as much cool stuff in your Springfield as possible.
Willie: Aye, you called our bluff.

I’m sorry for putting this in the wrong place but it is winter related; I sent Santa Homer on his sleigh flying job, he is now missing. It’s been 3 days, and his check mark icon thing is constantly in the upper left corner, but tapping it does nothing. The town census also can’t seem to locate him.
So…HOMER is gone??? Because Santa Homer is just a skin.

It would be great if we could have a Blazing Guy event like from the episode with Bart’s sociopathic teacher Jack Lassen. We already have sand so making a desert will be easy. Watched the episode yesterday and was tempted to recreate it but we need more weird items to pull it off.
It is nice decoration,but its giving me chills.After one music video with it I dont like it.So I put it in the inventory.
This is a pretty cool item in this otherwise lame event.
This is the worst event, terrible.
It’s not that I don’t like the prizes. I just don’t know what to do with them. It’s all kind of in a dumping ground. I always find it more difficult to design with the snow.
My whole town is a dumping ground.
Im with you there. I’ll be glad when the snow is gone. I find it impossible to design my town with the snow in the way.hopprfullly it will disappear when this event ends.
I really love this prize I hope they add a % bonus too it in the future.
I can’t believe how easy this event was, especially the 2nd part. I had everything done by late Christmas night. Just working on the bonuts now.

I agree with you: I finished the prize track during the afternoon of Christmas Eve, and am only still playing for the bonuts.
Got this a few days ago – it was much bigger/taller than I expected but still like it. Not sure where it will end up permanently, possibly by the coast. Love the animation!

I have a lot of the side game cash to spend but cannot find the items to spend it on. There are several things I don’t have that you listed in the silver, gold, and platinum lists. Where are they?????
If you open the store there should be a tab labeled mystery present right next to the winter tab. If it is not there you might try rebooting your device.
If you already have all the offered items, the tab mystery present will not appear.
Got it today; kinda “eh” on leaving it up. Antlers have finally turned back into Brooches on the Quest List, but I can’t get rid of Martin’s Quest ’cause I won’t buy the Ice Castle.
This would have been a great Summer Solstice prize. I would have loved to have had “burning guy” as a questline complete with performers. Oh well.
Martin’s costume was a free prize, but the Ice Palace costs donuts. Any word on whether they are actually going to leave Martin’s quest in our activity log?
Really struggling with this event. I play at least 4 times a day, and finished the first act without a problem, but I currently have 1400 book of shadows and no chicken fingers, and its been that way for a few days. May end up falling short of the final prize.
I am also way off on the crafting, for reasons I don’t understand.
At Springfield henge, reject the book of shadows offerings you don’t want by tapping the small cross in the top corner of the box… like the daily challenge, you can only do this once a day…

Same. I love the star suit, and the Holiday-Tree animated task, but I’m not too thrilled about her Sacrifice a Sheep task. It *is* kinda cute, but it just doesn’t feel right.

I got Starsuit Maggie on Friday. It was surprising since I work on weekdays from 8-5 and only have a few breaks throughout the day to play. I’ve been reaping the bonuts since then and currently have 9 questlines I’m ignoring! If you have more than 8 tasks, they put the extra ones in a box.
