Fireworks which are more like sputterworks and I also thought Bart was going to shoot off at least a bottle rocket or something. Bad enough they ruined his 4 hr Clockwork Orange task where all he does now is stand there looking stupid instead of shooting sparks from his cane. Was hoping the rooster had % value of some small amount and I feel like a dope looking for pins in storage since I didn’t see them anywhere else. Guess you might say I felt a bit let down after all that, but I have a golden rooster decoration! Better luck next time… ha ha

Nope
I love how the English language changes between countries (as mentioned before) My English (male, then aged mid 20’s) cousin came to Australia on holiday & my then young teen daughters were taking him on a tram to the beach – but said they’d have to stop off first & buy him some thongs.
Now thongs are slip on footwear in Australia & are evidently called flip flops in the UK – & a thong in UK is a bottom baring scanty item of underwear or swimwear!
Just hearing the delicate discussion between the man & my 3 daughters as to why he wasn’t going to wear thongs to the beach was hilarious!
In the end communications went awry & no thongs were purchased & he burnt the soles of his feet on the hot sand! – He then saw the need for thongs!
I think the area of the US you’re in depends also. Here in the Valley Of The Sun, they are both used. I still giggle, & depending on present company, usually make some smart-@$$ comment😜😁
