Pros
-Helps earn event currency, 190 is a decent payout for 4hrs. Should change currencies with each act.
-Comes with an additional Grape Stomping Vat (2×3 in size, Vanity +200)
-Chateau has an additional “restored” facade to it once you’ve completed the questline
-Bart has a pemanent 4hr job to Stomp Grapes in the vat (visual, earns $175,45xp)
Cons
-Large footprint, 10×10 can be difficult to fit in Springfield
-Pricey for a building without a character
Final Thought
Premium or Freemium:
Honestly, I really like this one for freemium or premium players. The task for Bart at the Vat is hilarious, and takes you right back to season 1 of the Simpsons. 75 donuts is a bit pricey, but it’ll also help earn event currency. You do get a big bang for your buck with this one.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do. And I can tell you as a premium player, I’m getting this one. Just remember this is limited time, and will be leaving our stores next week. So be sure to make your final decision before it’s gone from our games for good. (or for now..) Also remember that this is one of those items that will help with the event, so the earlier you get it the better. So I’d try to make your final decision before the weekend is over, so that you’ll get the greatest return on it.

IIRC, it comes in during the questline for the Chateau.
Disappointing that Cesar and Ugoloin do not have a task at their home.

I love Bart’s french phrases when he begins and ends the stomping grapes task. But what is it that he says when he finishes? Sounds like something about antifreeze and doodlebug.
Is the Chateau a unique item, or can I get another so I can have both facades? 😊

While I agree about the size ? An animated Bart Simpson stamping grapes and shouting in French 4 Hour Task sounds like one of the better Premiums for this Event (would be nice if Cesar and Ugoloin do have Tasks at the Chateau) 😀
Hey did anybody know that when you make Bart stomp grapes, he actually says a special voice line in French? He also says a different French voiceline when he completes the grape stomping task. Pretty nice touch I thought.
Should I buy Americatown and Sailor Kumiko?
In my opinion, only of you don’t already have Kumiko or if you are very into anime. If you don’t already have Kumiko, then a good character, a building, and a skin, all for 175 donuts is a good deal.

No I just finished the quest with Cesar and Ugoloin when you give them jobs there’s nothing to do with the chateau.
