This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story.  To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act.  Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event.  For the First Act you’re tasked with collecting French Pins (ico_cur_aroundtheworld_francepin_lg) to unlock each prize!

The First Act 1 Prize awarded at 2,000 ico_cur_aroundtheworld_francepin_lg is the Eiffel Tower, because let’s be honest, you can’t have France without it…

  1. Do I need new neighbors???? Out of the about 95 neighbors I have only 19have things I can tap on the rest never have anything not even money..For example this current task…. Pins…..

  2. Not sure where to post this but I’m a freemium player and I can’t decide which to spend donuts on: Hungry Hun & chocolate chapel or Date night Mystery Box

  3. I’m fine with the Eiffel Tower 👍
I’m not fine with an NPC Donkey named Maurice 👎
    (You hear that EA?)

  4. My sky credits building dissapeared!

  5. I put Maurice into storage and now he’s gone!

    🙁

  6. Do any of you with crystal balls or other powers to see into the future know if there will be more pieces of airport in Acts two and three? I’m hesitant to arrange all the pieces now in case there are more to incorporate.

  7. I’ll be the first to say god bless you. Lol happy covered tappin.

  8. I’m happy with this. At first I thought I’d put it into storage due to the size, but I have it a good home in my casino area to give it more of a Vegas, fake-monument vibe.

  9. Update: just made it through the prize track. There are bonuts. Woo-hoo! (i know there was question about this in earlier posts)

  10. Hey tappers. I unlocked the sky credits building but also finished the luggage box at the same time. It unlocked both and while I placed my new airplane land strip from the luggage box, skycredits disappeared. Can anyone help? Thanks 🙂

  11. This game makes me so angry sometimes. I was offline a couple of days so late starting this new storyline. Really want those French characters but been tapping to the max and 8k off Bastille. Impossible to catch up can’t even buy stuff. Also wanted me to go to Greece but character was already in Greece. When he finished I had to do the one character left to another place for 4 hours before a new Greece would spawn. Times like these make me think why do I bother anymore

    • Make sure you’re sending as many people on flights as you can. Send the first four (NOT all five) then find the 5th character and either store them in your inventory temporarily, or send them on a short task. You should get 5 more flight options available. So every 20 mins you can send another person

  12. I really like that the cobblestone roads look great with the Eiffel Tower and with the regular road they can go under it. The French items do look good with the cobblestone as well. Also at the end of each part of the quest line dialogue for this it always end with the word ‘Yoink!’.

  13. I know this isn’t the right place but it’s the most recent post so I’m wondering:

Is anyone else running into severe lag over the last 24 hours or so? I’m on a Kindle and when I’m tapping to set jobs like the garbage dump, it’s taking a good second for it to process each tap instead of working immediately.

This may not seem like much, but the response time is so slow that instead of having about 10 of those 30-second jobs started in a matter of seconds, the first one is down to about 20 seconds to go by the time the game lets me tap the last person in the list.

I’ve tried restarting the device and that hasn’t improved the laggy response one bit.

  14. When I was placing the hangar, I noticed you could see the airplane inside. Does the hangar open ? Is there a task there ? Also, any idea if the runway sections will be available to craft/purchase after the event ? Apologies if answers already posted somewhere. ( I did search 😉 )
Thanks ! Oh, oops. Mercí !

  15. I’m still on Level 2. Can someone please remind me of what I have to do to level up ;), thank you!

  16. I finally found him. I thought he was a stationary figure. I didn’t realize he was able to walk around Springfield. Thanks

    Thanks, Christy

  17. I’ve put a piece of dirt surrounded by roads directly under mine and Stampy is now stuck! 😀

  18. I didn’t get Maurice. I have all act one prizes now, and Maurice is checked off. I checked all inventory, and looked behind buildings. Any ideas? Thanks, Christy

  19. Off topic, but to anyone who had the issue that you couldn’t finish Football Nelson’s quest because you didn’t have Soccer Lisa and/or Pin Pal Apu, with this morning’s update you can use normal Lisa and normal Apu for those tasks now! Yay!

  20. I think the most interesting thing about the Eiffel Tower is that it can be placed over roads, including the cobblestone roads!
