Alissa predicted Zootopia winning Best Animated Feature but then again it’s Disney so it wasn’t that hard to predict that one 😉. Have you watch Zootopia and Moana Alissa?
And I’m guessing Pat and Wookie are happy that La La Land didn’t win Best Picture after the hilariously awkward and confusing mixup.
Where was Moonlight in your ranking Pat? Looks like a great film and many people so it definitely deserved to win so may watch it when it comes out on DVD 😁
Love it. Although no Canada means I have to deduct an A to an A-.
I don’t like how we don’t have manufacturable buildings, only decorations now in the events lately. Now the event currency will only go to waste by buying those usless decorations. At least there are uniqe trees I can buy, but moneymaker buildings were better.
This event isn’t so bad, but its prices are ‘meh’ and ‘literally who?’ characters. C
I love this event, Simpsons over Tokyo is one of my all time favorite episodes, I have visited Japan on several occasions including the locations that were offered in store (the sumo hall and the osaka castle). I’m european so the french theme was a nice touch too and I watched that French episode a couple of weeks ago by chance. I’m a little less enthousiastic for the Brazilian bit, but also very enjoyable, I really enjoyed this event, was able to craft everything I want and spent way too many donuts on everything because it was so cool. Only thing I missed was a homerzilla for our Springfield and an Akira deal such as the german kid, but aside from that, this is my favourite event since forever. Most events have been boring for me lately. I almost like the mini events that come after more than the main events.

Wookiee – I, too, live in VAAAN… DOWN BY THE RIVERRR! (actually, it’s an APAARTMENT… DOWN BY THE HIGHWAY!). But that’s not as motivational.
Farley + Axle greased hair + Buddy Holly glasses + plaid coat = my brothers, dad, and I laughing too hard to breathe/cry.
Still miss Farley to this day. I grew up during the SNL era of him, Spade, Meadows, Sandler, Hartman, Nealon, Rock, Myers, Sweeney, Schneider, et al. One of the funniest comedians who ever lived. I’ve read his Foley skit was written by Saul Goodman / Bob Odenkirk back when he used to write for SNL.

Just got to watch this, so now I’m curious…Patric, what IS your pick for best picture? (I’ve only seen LaLa Land and Hidden Figures).
I hope that the have an “Around the World Part 2” event.
My only “disappointment” (minor at that) is that most of the buildings that we craft are decorations…and don’t earn rent or XP.
I really like events that allow us to craft buildings that earn rent. It motivates me to happily tap so much more!

Not yet, but I want to do some kind of 3D thing so he’s elevated over my favela, except I stink at 3D, elevation type stuff….going to take some trial and error – Oh, and I have to buy him first, but in a day or so.
I can’t wait to see it!😊 I’d like to do something to make him look elevated also, but I’m not sure how to get the effect.
Envious of Hugs Bunny fighting Homer right now, do you think EA will do a proper event for Easter, or will they skip it again like valentines day.. What would you like to see? 😊
