It’s time to take off in Springfield! FINALLY an Airport has been added and the tourists are flocking to Springfield..it’s time to go Around the World in our pocket sized towns! The Around the World Event has added a bunch of new characters and items in our stores to take us on different twists and turns.
Let’s take a look at the questlines for Ronaldo and Xoxchitla and see just how child stars and boobie dances can make our Springfields a little bit brighter…

I’m glad that I bought Xoxchitla; however, I’m still not sure if I’ll spend the donuts to buy Ronaldo. Seems too expensive for me.
Does anybody know if there is a use for the sky credits other then what is up already? i did get the extra painted homes. i will use what i have on more of them, but dont want to use them up then find out EA is going to add more when i get the samba school
No other crafting will come out with this event, so craft what you like. 🙂
It does bug me that one of Xoxchitla’s supposed “visual” tasks in voles her disappearing into the float, which lights up in a less-than-spectacular way for 4 hours. The 8 hour task is great though, and I love Reynaldo’s flamingo costume.
Anyone else have their daily tasks “stuck”??? I have “Find Silicon in a Valley in North America” and I have no locations in North America available to send characters……now that it has been a few hours I have no locations to send any characters…..

Yep, me too. Came here to see if anyone else has the same issue. Been a few hours and have had other locations, even Gothem USA, but no San Francisco. A whole 4 hour round lost again (yesterday it was the server issue). Guess I’m staying up past 1:30 am again to get all 3 of Norbert’s quests done again 😉
You can let it finish overnight…just tap/release the overnight flyers when you start in the morning. You will still get the 750 reward and the suitcase, and a new set of tasks will then become available for that day. I had to do it one day when I screwed up my flyers, and I thought I would lose the pins, but it just started up the next morning as if I hadn’t been gone.
How to solve the problem of the correct destination for Norbert’s task not appearing on the list of flights:
1. Check to see if you’ve a flight out to a different city in the same country. If so, wait for that flight to return before continuing.
2. Make sure you’ve characters in the “Springfielders” group free. Most characters fall into this category (though not animals and the newest releases).
3. Make sure you’ve more than one flight available. If only one flight is available, send that character on a regular task. You should now have five flights waiting to go out (if you didn’t do step 2 you’ll now have to wait four hours for your flights to return – take things in order, it’s important!).
4. Send one character on a flight.
5. Send one character waiting for a flight on a regular task.
6. Check the airport list again. You should once again have five flights waiting to go out, one of them will have a new destination. Is this the correct city? If not, return to step 2.
And my timer is broken. It was down to 7 minutes and still no San Francisco after I cleared the travelers I had so I shut down the game, closed the app and restarted and my timer was reset to 20 minutes and still no San Francisco. Closed out again, opened on iphone and timer was reset to 20 minutes and still no San Francicsco. Looks like we’ve got ourselves a bad glitch.
There was another USA flight available earlier…if you sent a flyer, you are stuck till it returns.
I had to same problem. I eventually fixed itself, but it took about 3 hours. I had to clear everywhere out of the airport, then it worked.
I have had times when the timer was 19:00. Sent a character on a regular task, came back a little later and found I had another ticket available. I also had one or two characters I could send on a flight, came back shortly later and had 5 or 6 characters I could send.
Can anyone tell me how to pronounce Xoxchitla?! I’ve been trying to figure it out for days now.
Well….my guess phonetically, is “So-Cheat-Ya” if I am using South American dialect!

Her whole town is like that…everywhere you look, there’s something that makes you go 😃👀👏😍…so lucky to be her neighbor…keeps me on my toes…
They both have great 8 hr tasks…worth the purchase just for that…the float and the orphanage are just a bonus!
