The spies are invading Springfield! Yes, the Secret Agent update has hit our games. We’ve got hacking, drones, dossiers and a shrinking donut bank account because there are LOADS of spy items in our stores just tempting us with those sprinkles!
Of course with that limited-time label it can be tempting to buy everything that looks awesome because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

-Sign to complete a Cypress Creek Area (if you’re building one)

-Over priced (Should be 10-15 donuts max)
-No animation, even when tapped (you’d think the sign would at least sway or something)
-No dialgoue with it
Final Thought
Premium or Freemium:
Truly a “if you like it, buy it” item. I think it’s way over priced and there are far better items to purchase for the bonus %. The only reason to pick this up would be if you’re intending on building a Cypress Creek area of Springfield. Otherwise completely pass…
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do. And I can tell you as a premium player, I haven’t decided. I’ll have to see where my design idea takes me. Just remember this is limited time, and will be leaving our stores soon. Whatever you decide, So be sure to make your final decision before it’s gone from our games for good. (or for now..)

Is there any chance this one will be making a comeback? I missed it first time around and as my Cyprus Creek expands I find myself craving its sweet sign-y goodness!

I saw the sign and thought it was funny because I went to Cypress Creek high school lol. Even though it is a bit pricey I am going to pick it up for the nostalgia and the fact it has a bonus % even though I could get more % for other items
What is the Cypress Creek area that you’re referring to? Does it have to do with this event update?

Skipped it completely. For the same 30 donuts, I can buy, (and hide), 3 x-ray machines and up my multiplier by 2.25%. As I’m not building a Cypress Creek area, I don’t really need the sign or the school. But that is just how I feel. It’s likely different for other folks.
I purchased it because it goes with the building so well & is an attractive sign. I almost didn’t because there was no %, so it makes me happy to know EA fixed the problem. I do think EA *is* trying to make us happy, but unfortunately they can’t please everyone 😊😊
I really want it, so will likely pick it up – but need to afford the nerds first. If I can get both, I likely will. Since I can’t afford the Globex compound, I need something to make it clear it’s Cypress Creek – and this is going to be the jumping off point to my entire wilderness area I’ve never gotten around to designing. I don’t think I’m even remotely close to the item clip, but all the trees I’ll be placing might give that a good jump!
It would look better near a hammock complex instead of the school.

I kind of like the looks of it, but not enough to buy it at that price. I don’t know why EA doesn’t make little throw away items like this 10 donuts. They would probably get 10 times as many people to get one by reducing the price by a third.
Or maybe just once in a while enable us to purchase it with in game cash ! Hope in Part 2 there may be stuff we can buy.
I really like it with the school…overpriced for what it is, but will enhance the area I want to complete…
