Act 2 of the Secret Agent Event rolled out to our devices early this morning and with it arrived, not only a half naked lady in our premium stores, but a whole new questline to work our way through!
As was mentioned on the rundown post Act 2 runs until April 25th, and you’ll need Homer to get things started.
Remember, the questline can help you yield additional intel. So be sure to complete the Act 2 main questline in order to earn an additional 900 intel…
So let’s take a look at the questline to see just what happens when Springfield goes covert….

Not sure what’s going on with the game now.. Last night had normal amount of MIT’s but this morning I had ZERO. Had to change my daily challenge as there were no MIT’s to collect.
Now to add more issues.. when I changed the daily challenge it gave me Collect Schematics not Floppy Disks. Hopefully it will be fine and I will be able to collect my 3 donuts.
Too bad one can’t go back in and edit.. My last statement was wrong and I ended up hitting post before I realized what I said was inaccurate.
What is was suppose really say was “Intel not Schematics”. there was an update and it now says Schematics Gotta love glitches.
Erm sorry, but how do you get donuts by visiting neighbors? Via the xp collected, or….?
It’s random once in a while you will get a Donut or two.. and you will hear Homer say hhhmmm premium currency. So, it’s totally random when visting neightbours.
You have to have all the Friendship prizes first, then you’ll occasionally get a random donut from visiting neighbors
Just a question, as of act 2, I am not getting near as many men in Tan. Sometimes only one at a time, sometimes 2 …but that is it.
Has the rate been changed or is this the way it is in Act 2?
Do you have the mountains between main Springfield and Springfield heights completely blocked by stuff (other than the walking path and monorail tunnels through the mountains)? I did in a previous event and noticed reduced # tappables. I removed one object fro the main Springfield side and got many many more tappables.
I seem to be getting lesser MIT from the scan. In Act 1, I could get at least 36, sometimes hitting 40. Now, in Act 2, I’m getting 20ish to 35 max. I’m wondering if they’ve been reduced.
This morning I got a message saying the game requires an update to continue. I wasn’t anywhere close to getting the 2nd prize of free land token but unlocked it as soon as I tapped my spies at HQ. After so many complaints about act 1, perhaps EA made things easier, thus the update?
Does anyone know how big the Lava machine is?
It’s huge! Footprint is 12 x 12 and including the smoke plume it is about as tall as the HQ. So taller than Mount Fiji which I thought was too big… You can combine it with Volcano’s lair and some other mountains to create a nice layout though…
Thanks, thats was I was concerned about, have a great mountains layout, but no space for another one until they release more land.
What non premium characters can you send to collect intel? I can send, Marge, homer, app, skinner, moe, crusty and Cletus. Are there any others which I can send?
If you got Bont from act 1 he will also be available. The rest is premium or super-premium.

I was trying to get the limited-time Atomic Bomb, using Lisa/Eliminator and the Rocket – it was a possible prize for each of those. Now that the Atomic Bomb is no longer available for donuts in the store, is it still available to be won by Lisa or the Rocket, or is it just gone for now?
We are so disappointed. Where are Easter bunnies, eggs and baskets? We love this game because of seasonal events.
We regret the former content updates (cf Easter 2014).
This update owed too long and is divested of emotional, like some previous other.
Where are the Easter rabbits and their small pink and blue baskets and eggs that we shared between neighbors? That was a real enjoying interactive seasonal content update.

My quest has also not triggered. Tried going to Krustyland. I don’t remember any of the other tricks. Ack!
aaand I just realized it looks like I never STARTED the Act 1 quest, because I never spent any schematics. D’oh!
Good call by EA showing us the Homer Camera Hat animation as an incentive to purchase. I will still pass, but great marketing
Game still freezing after completing drone scan and I lose everything I was supposed to collect. I’ve probably lost over 1500 in intel because of this. Not happy.

It’s good that they’re all 4 hour tasks; they can be seamlessly integrated with the job of collecting floppy disks.

Yes, I thought so, too. Visited about 30 neighbours yesterday and got 4 donuts. The day before it was 3, I think. Seems way above the average.

Once you have all 20 friend prizes you get random donuts for friend visits.
Sometimes they just randomly drop, together with the money, xp, and event currency. If you play with the volume up, you’ll probably hear a comment from Homer if it happens, like “mmmh – premium currency”.
Not me. I’m lucky to get 1 donut every 3rd or 4th day.
