Secret Agents Prize Guide: Act 2, Prize 1 Springfield Dry Cleaner

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

The spies are invading Springfield!  Yes, the Secret Agent update has hit our games.  We’ve got hacking, drones, dossiers & a whole new prize track to work our way through!

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story.  To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act.  Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event.  For the Second Act you’re tasked with collecting Personal Intel           () to unlock each prize!

The First Act 2 Prize awarded at 6,450 is the Springfield Dry Cleaner, because nothing says clean like shipping your shirts overseas …

So let’s take a closer look at this first prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…

Once you’ve collected 6,450 you’ll automatically be awarded the Dry Cleaner and you’ll see this message popup:

It does come with a little bit of dialogue when placed:

Marge: I’d like to drop off this dress for cleaning, please. How long will it take?
Wise Guy: Maybe a half-our.
Marge: Wow, I had no idea it would be so quick!  I’ll be back in thirty minutes!
Wise Guy: I wouldn’t do that.  It’s a half-hour to clean but it’s twelve days for pick-up.  The cleaning is done overseas. Your dress is gonna see the world!

That’s it.  Just place and move on…

And here are the quick details:

Size: 6×9
Earns: $300, 30xp/24hrs
Conform-O-Meter:
Consumerism +10
Task: Apu has a 1hr task there, Pick Up 64 Onesies ($70, 17xp)
Animation: Gun pops out from the top

And there you have it, the details behind the Dry Cleaner the first Act 2 prize!

What’s Next?

ico_stor_single_freelandtokenTechnically the Free Land Tile is next….awarded at 14,750 , but since that’s not a tangible gift for Springfield (just a free land space) the next prize we’ll cover is…

Lava Machine- Awarded at 25,850  This will be the next prize we break down in the prize guide post.

So that my friends is the full breakdown of the first Act 2 prize!

What are your thoughts on the Dry Cleaner? Safe to assume you’ve unlocked it by now?  Where have you placed the Cleaners in your Springfield?  Sound off in the comments below, you know we love hearing from you!

  1. So far this is pretty good decent animation and another free money making building

    • Those seem to be few and far between in events now…we mainly seem to get oddball decorations and really huge things that all end up in storage. Was really happy to see a “normal” building that could actually remain after the event was over. This and the new coffee shop may be the only buildings to survive the “end of event purge”…

  2. I’ll be using event buildings and “unique” looking Springfield homes to make a Cypress Creek area.

  3. It goes well next to the coffee shop from act 1. 🙂

  4. I have been trying for about 2 hours now to install the last update but with no success. It downloads end then shows installing! Any advice on this?

  5. Jumping ahead of the queue a bit: the fourth prize, the underground skin for HQ, looks a lot different from the preview in the prize track. I was expecting a cool hole in the ground with just the top of the building peeking out but instead the building sticks out almost as high as the original skin and there’s not much to the hole. I liked the tree skin, had it blend in with a foresty area, but this one is disappointing…

    • It’s tall when people are using it. It retracts into the ground when no-one is collecting intel there.

  6. Dry Cleaner – another free building that generates Simpsons cash and XP, at least Apu comes for the one-hour task (it’s a freebie) almost have enough to obtain Prize No. 3 – Lava Machine – by tonight 🎰

This is one of my favorite buildings I own so far. It fits in perfectly in my spy complex/compound with the cool animation. One savage dry cleaner for sure. I love it

  8. AM I the only one who got a forced update today (April 13th)

  9. Added note: It can also be placed on the boardwalk for those trying to save space 😀
