You may remember back in the fall of 2016 (so just a couple of months ago) we had a few TSTO themed T-Shirts available for purchase. This first, a Tapped Out Addicts shirt, was a huge hit but the second, a Keep Springfield Weird shirt, was a swing and a miss. But it was on the Keep Springfield Weird shirt post that several of you thought it might be a fun idea for y’all to design the next t-shirt Slogan….
So that’s exactly what we’re doing! So get those creative juices flowing because it’s time for a Creative Minds T-Shirt Slogan contest! Where your Slogan could be picked for the next Addicts T-Shirt BUT you can ALSO win Donuts! And Who doesn’t like FREE DONUTS?!

Well now, we want YOU, the readers of TSTO Addicts, to get those creative juices flowing and help us design the next T-Shirt!
Simply come up with a slogan for the shirt…
Like Clint who said “Springfield? Yah I tapped it!” or you can even get inspired from one of Bart’s designs…
Enter your submission in the form below & the Addicts staff will pick our top 10 favorite entries. From there we’ll post the finalists on the site for y’all to vote on your favorite (similar to the recent design an update contest).
ALL Entries Must Be Submitted via the official form below to be considered valid entries.. (entries in the comments don’t count)
The top vote-getter will be the winner and have their slogan as the next Addicts T-Shirt!
But that’s not all the top FIVE vote-getters will each win FREE DONUTS! (in the form of iOS, Android or Amazon gift cards)

Note: You ONLY need to submit a Slogan. You DO NOT need to design a whole shirt (nor do we want you to). Just simply give us the phrase you’d like to see on a T-Shirt (like Clint’s example above)

Who Can Enter:
This contest is open to ALL Addicts readers, even those outside of the US, who are 18 years of age and older.
Entry Timeline:
So here’s the details for submissions, voting and winners announced:
-Contest Entry will be open until Sunday April 30th, 2017 at 11:59PM
-Top 10 Finalists will be announced by Wednesday May 3rd, 2017
-Voting will be open from the time the finalists are announced until Sunday May 7th, 2017 at 11:59pm.
-Winner will be announced Monday May 8th, 2017.
At that point our “t-shirt guys” will get to work designing/laying out the T-Shirt. And the shirt will be available for purchase for all Addicts around May 29th, 2017!

It’s SUPER IMPORTANT that you submit a VALID email address and one you check regularly. As this is the ONLY way we can/will contact you if you’re a finalist and/or winner. If we can’t get in touch with you via email we will give your slot/prize away to the next in line. So make sure you give us a VALID email address! (I can’t tell you how many times we’ve had to give a prize to someone else because the winner was not responsive via email…)

Official Rules:
-Each contestant may only submit ONE entry! (No revisions/reposting accepted. If multiple entries are submitted by the same reader only the FIRST entry submitted will be accepted.)
-Valid email address must be provided when submitting an entry, this will be how we will contact you to let you know you’ll be featured. ( they are not published on the blog and only viewable by the blog staff.)

I submitted my idea for the t-shirt. “That’s one fine looking barbeque pit. Why doesn’t mine look like that!” From Season 10, Episode 19 (if my source is correct.)
If you ever plan on branching out into other Simpson’s themed merchandise, I have a suggestion: A Simpson’s themed pregnancy test! The test would be designed so that the user can select if they want to be pregnant or not. The test provides audio feedback, where Homer announces the results of the test (no more interpreting lines!) with either a “Woo Hoo!” for the desired result based on user selection (eg. positive if they want to be pregnant, or negative if they don’t), or a “Doh!” for an undesired result, again, based on user selection (eg. negative result if they want to be pregnant, positive if they don’t). Homer will also provide notification when the test has been sufficiently saturated, ending the question of “did I get enough pee on it?” by stating “Why doesn’t mine look like that!” from the episode noted above where Homer attempts to build a Barbeque pit. Tests should be sold in packages of two, as I anticipate a lot of first time users dropping them in the toilet when they first hear the sufficiently saturated confirmation.
And that is the bigger story behind my t-shirt submission.

How about just pink donuts, without a slogan? Even better if it was a box or a tray or any other of the options from the game. But I guess those are copyrighted by EA.

I’m torn between making the slogan about the show or making the slogan about “us”. (That’s right, us. You may not know me, but I’ve been here forever. Patric’s water tank post inspired me to become more active in this little community.)
If I go the Addicts route, my design idea might be a milk carton with the line: “Have you seen this Bunny?” above her avatar.

My slogan, including print directions and spaces was 80 characters.The actual slogan, including spaces is 26 characters.
