Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
The spies are invading Springfield! Yes, the Secret Agent update has hit our games. We’ve got hacking, drones, dossiers & a whole new prize track to work our way through!
This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the Second Act you’re tasked with collecting Personal Intel (
) to unlock each prize!
The sixth Act 2 Prize awarded at 60,000 is You Only Own Twice, because it’s about time Springfield got somewhere for Moe to hawk his spittoon collection…
So let’s take a closer look at this sixth prize and just what happens when you
unlock it in your Springfield…
Once you’ve collected 60,000 you’ll automatically be awarded the Pawn Shop and you’ll see this message popup:
It does come with a little bit of dialogue when placed:
Moe: Cool, a store where I can get money for all my old crap!
Homer: Or trade it in for a load of completely new old crap!
That’s it. Just place and move on…
And here are the quick details:
Size: 5×5
Earns: $200, 26xp/20hrs
Conform-O-Meter: Consumerism +10
Task: Cletus has a 1hr task there, Look for Second-Hand Underwear and Toothbrushes ($70, 17xp)
Animation: Turns into a missile launch site (top pops open, title changes from Pawn-Shop to “Target Located” and roof opens up)

Are there any other buildings that earn every 20 hrs?
Am I the only one who designs according to payout?(for example all the 4 hour buildings grouped together for easier tapping).
It’s also a challenge to not just have a random crazy town by doing this.
I would love a page here that listed all buildings according to this.
I just got this yesterday morning and I can’t wait to see the animation, since I’m about 2 days ahead of the calendar and I should get Wayne during the weekend.
I’m actually glad to get some buildings that aren’t so distinct and regular size. I had some gaps waiting to be filled. Things like this and the pot shop are what I’ve been waiting for.

Looks like I am course to get all the prizes.
I wish we could have two of these stores (I’d put them next to each other) just so If I lived in my Springfield and If someone asked me for directions, I could say …. Go to the Two YOOTs …..
And the managers would be twins😁😁…
But twins who had a falling out and don’t talk to each other.
Why would the Springfield relation bundle be locked for me? I don’t see how I can unlock it. Any suggestions? TIA

Yes, same here. I already have the Springfield Greenhouse but don’t have Otto & the school bus.
I see the locked icon and it says Building underneath that.
I’ve not had any tan suited secret agents at all in my town the last couple of days, anyone else having the same ????
