Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
The spies are invading Springfield! Yes, the Secret Agent update has hit our games. We’ve got hacking, drones, dossiers & a whole new prize track to work our way through!
This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the Second Act you’re tasked with collecting Personal Intel (
) to unlock each prize!
The seventh (and final) Act 2 Prize awarded at 74,800 is Wayne Slater, because every town needs their own version of Jack Bauer…
So let’s take a closer look at this seventh prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…
Once you’ve collected 74,800you’ll automatically be awarded Wayne Slater and you’ll see this message popup:
You’ll be given the option to Place Wayne immediately in Springfield or Store him in your inventory for later. Remember if you store him you’ll have to go into your inventory later to retrieve it.
Once you place Wayne you’ll see his Unlock Message Popup:

Bonuts! (Bonus Dounts)- Yes there are bonuts with this event! For every 5,000 you collect after you’ve unlocked Wayne Slater you’ll have a shot at 1, 2 or 3 donuts!
Beyond that it’s just hanging out until Act 3 hits on April 25th! (Tuesday)

I finished a few days ago and got many many rounds of Bonuts … but I’m having an issue with the drone scan since the last few days. It seems that my game crashes sometimes after the game. I can’t click the button to recieve the reward. When I restart the game, the reward is gone and the drone game is at 3hrs59mins … so I’ve lost around 1.200 Intel already :/ Does anyone else have this problem ? Or is my phone broken ?
The usual fix is to deinstall TSTO, restart your phone and reinstall TSTO.

First act was ridiculous for me. Can still buy Dentz for 20 donuts. For the second act I’ve been a day-and-a-half ahead. Until today. A little over an hour left and I’m gonna have to buy Slater for, yep, 20 donuts. How did this happen ? I’ve been K.E.M. farming and in the game every 4 hours. ( or a bit over ). *sigh*
So… Is he worth 20 donuts ? Is Dentz ? Is continuing this game ? ( sorry, im just a little dejected here ).
Sorry you’re bummed. I would pay 20 for Slater… I did that for James Bont in Act 1 so I feel the pain.

I have had a case file open with EA for 2 weeks as of this coming Wednesday…. I have lost a long list of buildings, characters and even my most of the mountain range between Springfield and Springfield heights…. so far I have received an acknowledgement that they have seen my case file, which has several emails detailing the missing objects. Any hints on how to communicate with them?
Off topic but does anyone know how to put a quest into the new storage box?
This happens automagically after some time.
I wish we could add it manually with a long-press, or something… esp. during events, I’d love to stick some in there manually.
I also finished over 5 days early. I’m trying to get in my 7th round of bonuts before the final act starts
Not finished on my yet had to many crashes and been unable to collect enoghhblue tickets I’m on level 190 and thinking of finishing my game before the next event starts , my neighbours aren’t playing and don’t really want to start playing again with new ones and feel that over time i have spent to much money on it especially when i only get glitches and crashes as a reward

Ok. I just opened my simpsons and found my doughnuts have halved themselves. Any clue to why this has happened.
I can’t say about losing half, but recently I opened my game and had 0 doughnuts (I had over 30 before that)! I panicked and exited, then restarted, and they were all back – weird. I would call EA…
Your game may have reset to an earlier time?…or someone (a child?) may have made a purchase in the game that you are unaware of? In either case, you can contact EA (phone or email) and they can tell you.
A chat is also possible and a call back, which is the best option in my view.
It’s nice that his 4hr and 8hr tasks are visual…
As a longtime player with a lot of premium characters earning event cash it was easy for me. It still is fun for me 🤓
Working on my 12th round of bonuts. Not sure why so many people are having difficulty with the event.
This is probably the fastest I’ve ever gone through an Act. I had over 6 and a half days left. I’m a freemium player but been playing for a long time. Never paid for donuts and get characters when their on sale. I did get Hank and the three nerds at the beginning of the event.

Unlocked him on Friday, and just finished my 3rd round of bonuts. Haven’t started his questline yet… put him straight to work at HQ!
I went a little nuts this time and have managed to tap every four hours and earned Wayne Slater a few days ago and have had him collecting intel. I have managed to get many donuts this time! I just wish I had more cash so I could pay for another try until I earn 3 donuts every time. I highly recommend paying for another try until you are able to earn the 3 donuts if possible or at least 2. I have been able to do it a few times and earned enough donuts for Hans Moleman this time. Yay! I was short of Rex Banner, but will save up and keep a reserve of 90 donuts for next time he shows up for sale. The “beer baron of Springfield” is my favorite episode 🙂
I find that spending $150,000 for a second try costs too much compared to what it would do for me KEM farming. Bonus level up donuts only cost $50,000 to try again.

There was some advice on here about selecting the far right box and holding down for one complete cycle (I have searched but cannot find it – little help Alissa). Seems to work well for me and saves a good bit of money!
