The spies are invading Springfield! Yes, the Secret Agent update has hit our games. We’ve got hacking, drones, dossiers and a shrinking donut bank account because there are LOADS of spy items in our stores just tempting us with those sprinkles!
Of course with that limited-time label it can be tempting to buy everything that looks awesome because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add Adil Hoxha to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this Albanian Spy to your Springfield…

-1 of his visual tasks is at the Power Plant and can be hard to see (if you see it at all) depending on where your cooling towers are.
Final Thought
Premium:
A lot of premium players I’m sure already picked him up & likely on nostalgia alone. So if you’re a premium player and you remember the character grab him. But if you’re on the fence I’d pass. I’m a little let down with his tasks and price tag.
Freemium:
I’d pass. His price tag plus his visual tasks are a little disappointing (but one you’d expect from a one off character). So unless you really love Adil, I’d pass.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do. And I can tell you as a premium player, I picked him up…nostalgia. Just remember this is limited time, and will be leaving our stores soon. Whatever you decide, So be sure to make your final decision before it’s gone from our games for good. (or for now..)

EA has been really hit-or-miss with some of the new Premium Characters this year (as long-time tappers we have a right to be nitpicky and want Premium Characters that are voiced, along with great visual Tasks) and this was a miss, for me 😣

I got him straight away. I think that I may be different to a lot of players as I don’t watch the show… haven’t watched it for years but love this game. I see a character, or a building I like the look of and just get it. 2 months ago before I did any KEM farming I was far more selective but now if I like it i just get it.
You are not alone, David. I watched The Simpsons when it first came out but stopped when I was a student without a TV. So I don’t know most of the characters or buildings but if they appeal to me than I get them.
And this game is the best!

I feel like I need him, especially after waiting for him to show during the entire round the world event. I regularly put my characters on 4 hour tasks so it works for me that he’s got a visual task at that time. I might have to move things around so I can see it though. I can just imagine Bart crushing grapes at the chateau while he’s doing his inspection…perfect!
I wanted to get him, but the super short visual tasks in a huge huge con in my book. All these premium event characters have the same length visuals, one and four hour, and it’s annoying. Why not give them three or four visual tasks? Or at least change it up and have some longer tasks. I won’t spend any more donuts on a character without a twelve hour visual task, minimum. I don’t need them just to make money, so they have to be entertaining.

It’s getting so I just see a new character and pull the trigger. I look forward to seeing what he’s like, once he’s done with his indentured servitude to the Agency. 🙂
The price isn’t bad for a character, but it’s not great either. I picked him up anyway to accelerate my event currency earnings and possibly help with Hallowe’en. I’m up to 195 characters and hoping to crack 200 after the next two events.
Of course, any fan of the show has to have him.
I’ll wait, maybe in a future event they’ll bundle him with a hazmat suit skin (shocked to see he didn’t have a visual task in a hazmat suit) – I’m onto your little tricks EA!

Meh, costumes for premium characters are kind of moot and he’s cheap enough that I’d rather pay this than more donuts for him with a building combo later.
LOL! So true. I don’t mind these tricks as much anymore because bonuts are so much easier to get now. I’ve sunk enough real world cash into this game, now I can basically continue to play as a premium player on bonuts alone (and KEM farming).

I love Adil. Picked him for no other reason, and I’m enjoying the quest line so far.
The Hammock District was added to the store today…it is much bigger than expected, so I had to empty a pond to make room. Actually like the area better now…alas, will have to find a new pond for the 3-eyed fish😉.
