Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
It’s Pin Pal time in Springfield! Yes, that’s right everyone’s favorite bowling team has reunited to help Mr. Burns evade Uncle Sam and the IRS! This new mini event launched yesterday afternoon, and it’s stacked with bowling inspired buildings and decorations.
Of course, as with all events, a questline comes with it to help move us through the ins and outs of the event…and unlock all of the prizes. As was mentioned on the rundown post this mini event is similar to the previous mini-events (like Homer the Heretic and the Most Dangerous Game before it), in that you’ve got to complete various tasks to unlock the prizes.
So let’s take a look at the questline to see just how to unlock all the Pin Pal inspired prizes and figure out what happens when Mr. Burns tries to bowl…
Before you ask, from what I’ve seen bowling shoes 
will NOT carry over. Also, you may see the questline appear prior to unlocking him, but you cannot continue in the questline without Moe.

At this point you’ll really unlock the trophy…
Also, you’ll trigger a bunch of questlines once you’ve completed the main track. At this point you’ll trigger a questline for Pin Pal Homer, as well as Pin Pal Burns and Pin Pal Moe if you’ve purchased them. We’ll cover those in another post.
And that’s it! All there is to the main prize track for the Pin Pals mini event!

Well my first Claw machine drop was at least not SH currency… but, it was… don’t hold your breath… a PHONE BOOTH!! I’m so excited 😆 (I already had 5 in storage, but they can be sold). So, basically it’s going to be like the Rocket ship I assume. At lEAst there’s (hopefully) a chance at something truly useful. 😊
In case people were planning on storing it, the Pin Pal Bowling Lane has a 0.6% bonus attached to it.
I hope after the event is over the claw machine will continue to hook a brother (or sister) up with something cool and useful
I imagine it will, but plEAse plEAse don’t let it be smart devices or pharmaceuticals from SH !!! We get enough of those from Big Claw, Drone Scan, & the PolyVac. Oops, almost forgot the Insanity Cauldron.
I just got 5 ice statues from it after completing the main questline.
Are they the ice statues with a bonus? That would be nice 😃

It seems like you just tap on it once and eventually it just spits out a shoe. Is that it?

Interesting, earlier this morning, around 10:00 EST, I logged onto this site and at the top of topics was a list of all past Events – including this one (which was grayed out). Even more interesting in the list of:
comments, and one was an old one by Miss Bunny BUT her Iconograph was newer than I recall. And THAT is what caugh my attention.
Real life events happen in one’s life and a person moves about in response to those stimuli – and wherever Miss Bunny is seeking shelter (and privacy), “we” and especially I send Warm Fuzzies her way.

A while back I got a Pin Pal skin for Apu. I don’t see any mention of it helping in this event. It seems like it would be a natural.

It’s weird. I have the Apu pin pal skin, but I can’t use Apu for the event while he’s wearing the skin.
