Season 28 of The Simpsons is over! How would you rate Season 28? Looking forward to Season 29?
Looks like Time Travel will be the focus of the next event, what do you think it’ll bring? Have you purchased any of the premium items from the mini. mini event?
How was the rest of your weekend? Do anything fun and exciting? It’s Memorial Day Weekend here in the US, the unofficial start to the summer! Do you have any plans for the holiday?

Does anyone know which mini game that the Aztec wall is a prize? Since I redesigned my Springfield I’m a couple short. Thanks in advance for any help.
Do you mean the Stonecutters wall? That’s the chili cauldron game (with the tortoises). That’s the only mini-game that gives wall pieces…the closest any other comes would be the barbed wire fences from The Eliminator, but I doubt that’s what you meant.

No worries…just wanted to be sure I understood what you were looking for. They do seem like they are styled after some kind of ancient civilization (in a modern way), so why not Aztec, lol?
Land error….not been able to get into game since the event update….
Ive contactef ea games help but nothing and have had 2 separate people from there saying the will roll back my game but never did…is so frustetating

The other day I got the Darwin-Fish, and I noticed that every time I put him in my inventory and got him out again, he paid out more tachyons – really great for leveling up the panini press! 🙂

Help please. Don’t know if this has been asked but I can’t see anything written about it……ages ago I sent Cecil on the 24 hr harvest task and i’ve not seen him since.? Can’t find him in my inventory box nor in characters nor dinosaur icon. Am I the only one?
Did you check town hall?
Haven’t had anyone visit my town is this because you now tap the dinosaurs So no friendship hands appears??

I like the banner but noticed something missing. I can only assume only time will tell if that something/someone will return to current space/time. (So LOST and Donnie Darko aren’t the only entertainment featuring time traveling rabbits) 🐰

Anyone else getting a “Land Error” message after downloading the new time traveling toaster update? Contacted EA yesterday, they rolled me back a day, but still not fixed. Curious if others are getting this message.
Yup i have same thing and still cant get on and ea games staff are freakinh useless
Took 4 days for EA to fix my update. I wish I would have requested an email first thing, but instead I requested a call. That pushed the time they fixed it by 2 days. I finally emailed them, and got it fixed. But, still behind with everything, trying to catch up.
Im still contacting them about same issue…and swear its like beating a dead horse….keep on telling me to the same thing and nothing is fixed….i just hung up on last one
Oh and the only option now is for me to a request a call…where is the email option?

Scroll down past the call option. It should say other contact options with request an email button. When you email, it takes 24 hours for them to respond. Hopefully that works for you.
I cant get email option anymore but spoke to a few people yesterday….first lady i hung up on but the guy i spoke was way better….said it was a known issue effecting many players and didnt make me feel like it was my fault that it wasnt working….good thing is b4 i couldnt go a day without playing no matter where i was

Is there any reason to hoard in game cash? I have 25mill for no real reason. I’m thinking about harvesting donuts. Any particular reason to hold on to it?

New land. Lots of options to spend it now.
Other than turning it into donuts (and paying for bonut box “upgrades”) and a little bit for the few freemium items that are offered, plus decorations you may need (fences, walls, trees, flowers, parking lots, etc), the only thing you may need significant bucks for is land purchases.
I like to keep around $30+ million in the bank, but that’s probably more than necessary. (OTOH, until recently-ish, I was keeping more like $40M.)

Just noticed, Apu has a new 1hour job called “Pick up 64 onsies” Sounds like a future reference from when the Octuplets all have octuplets. Likely that’s tied into the Toaster event. Although I’m still hoping its more stuff from the past.

I got an interesting task the other day: Sink Shots at the Outdoor Half-Court. I didn’t think that was possible, because the ball always seems to hit the backboard. But after tapping the court a few times, the ball finally went though the hoop. Cool!
My daily task is to shoot some balls on the half court but I can’t find how to do it. I’ve gone down appropriate character job lists but can’t see anything. Anyone got any ideas?
just tap the half court, no character task required. And tip tap at the bleachers…

Ok so my friend just started playing the game and I saw when I visited her town she had Bart in a mechanical robot thing. Now I’m on level 107 and I don’t have that option of putting Bart in that. Does anybody know why? Thanks for the help!
When a neighbor’s character is inside a building when you visit, the game puts them outside in a random visual activity. The mech suit activity is in the list of random activities the game can select from, even if the player you’re visiting couldn’t put Bart in that activity on purpose. Other people visiting you might see your Bart doing the same thing even if you can’t set the task. I think the mech suit task was a 7 hour task from the Sci-fi event last year. Cross your fingers; if any event brings it back to buy or win, it would be a time-travel event!
The game shows your visitors random animations.
I’ve been wondering about that…. So, I send, say, Lisa to do her balance beam routine, a visitor to my town won’t necessary see her doing that particular task? I don’t have a “B” town, so I’ve never been able to test out stuff like that. Too bad, if that’s true…
I believe it is just indoor tasks are animated randomly. I’ll need to test it out somehow.
Visual tasks are definitely visible to visitors. It’s only* when a character is inside that a random visual task is generated.
(*The sole exception is when characters are on a dual task. For example, when the Lovejoys are worshipping together, you will see that task, but you will also see the reverend riding his train or walking his dog. The game seems to think being linked to another character is the same as being inside.)
I think it’s just for indoor tasks. When I visit my neighbors, I often see Snake combing his hair in front of Springfield Penitentiary, Fat Tony playing the violin in front of Town Hall or Mrs. Krabappel smoking a cigarette in front of the Springfield Elementary. I think the game is coded that way to make neighbor visits seem more interesting so players will see things they like and spend doughnuts on them. For instance, I often saw Shary Bobbins floating outside my neighbors’ brown house, and I wanted her because of that. Had she been inside the brown house, I would not have seen her.
If a time travel event is up ahead, I’d like some of the future characters and items from the Sci-Fi 2016 event to be brought back. I’d also like to see younger versions of characters and Tracey Ullman Simpsons in the game.

I was looking through my inventory and found a skin for Ebenezer Burns, I must have forgot about him when he was unlocked. It feels strange doing an xmas themed questline in may!

Well, a few days ago his future self reminded him not to fix forgetting his anniversary by going back in time – or not forget it in the first place. I guess it didn’t work… 😉
For some reason my game did not process me clearing all of my characters from finished activities and restarted my Maggie game, clearing the two finds I’ve already went won. I already messaged EA about it but Inwas wondering if anyone else had an issue with the game today?
