Time to grab toast as we travel back…wayyyy back…in time with Homer in the all new TTT (Time Travel Toaster) event! Homer’s taken us back to the Prehistoric Era and we’ve got Dinosaurs, Cavemen & of course other Prehistoric items in our Springfield just tempting us with those sprinkles!
Of course with that limited-time label it can be tempting to buy everything that looks awesome because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add the Acid Pools to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this burning bath to your town…

-Always animated, bubbles
Cons
-No questline (or even a little bit of dialogue) associated with it
-Bonus % isn’t great for donuts spent.
-Does not/will not help with the event

Premium
It’s one of those Premium Toss ups. If you like it grab it, otherwise pass. No big benefit to grabbing this one in my opinion.
Freemium
I’d pass on this one. Just not worth the donuts spent.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do…and as I premium player I’ll likely be passing on this one. But whatever you decide, just make sure you make your final decision before it leaves our games for good (or for now).

I bought the acid pool, I liked the look of it even though it was overpriced for the bonus.
Bought it to put next to the Rigellian queen. I think it fits there.

I put mine in the villain-village area, because pools of acid are the kind of thing that Dr. Colossus would like to separate him from the Volcano Lair neighbor.
Love the look of it. I have the perfect spot for it but it’s in one of the parts of my town I don’t want to mess up

Anybody get the Giant Scream pillar? Is it an overpriced NPC? Boughnut rounds are way too high for this event, leave it 5000.
