Should I Spend Donuts on the Returning Hot Springs or Improvised Snare?

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Time to grab toast as we travel back…wayyyy back…in time with Homer in the all new TTT (Time Travel Toaster) event!  Homer’s taken us back to the Prehistoric Era and we’ve got Dinosaurs, Cavemen & of course other Prehistoric items in our Springfield just tempting us with those sprinkles!

Of course with that limited-time label it can be tempting to buy everything that looks awesome because it’ll be gone soon.  But don’t sweat it!  That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Wondering if you should add the Hot Springs or Improvised Snare to your Springfield?  Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding these throwbacks to your town…

Item: Improvised Snare

60 Donuts

My Opinion On It Now:
Bonus is ok, but not fantastic…but honestly I love this.  It’s the animation it it, it cracks me up.  Opinion remains unchanged from previous post.

I already had both, so they weren’t offered to me. I love the animation for the snare too😂😂 I love my hot springs & put it next to the Health Spa 😊

  2. I have the hot springs. Love the smoke billowing out. Not an expensive buy either.

  3. Paa-Chang! Fling that pesky wabbit 😀

  4. I bought the snare and in karmic retribution, real life rabbits ate a bunch of my newly planted flowers.

  5. anyone else having a problem getting into the game?
all im seeing is Bart, tried restarting the game and device multiple times.

  6. I got the snare, thanks for the suggestion, Alissa!. The animation is hilarious! A nice surprise is that it also earns cash and XP in addition the 2.5% bonus!

  7. Finally got the snare…always tapped it in my neighbor’s towns and was waiting for it to return.
Put it right next to the dog track…now when I tap it, the bunny flies directly onto the track🚀🐇.
    Look at those puppies go!!🐶🐶🐶

  8. Hello, I prefer to keep my donuts

    • They’re no use if you don’t spend ’em!

    • I don’t farm aggressively, but donuts are pretty worthless now. Better to have decos that you like (or ones that earn a %), thank ones you don’t. If there was a benefit to keeping donuts (or having a high donut count), then I would totally agree with you. But as is, they are cheaper than real donuts in my house.

I bought the snare this time around because I have been able to start KEM farming. The animation is HILARIOUS. Thank you for posting the details now and the first time around.

  10. I bought the hot springs, fits well in my planned expanded wilderness area. 20 🍩 / bonus is ok if one likes this item.

For the same reason the snare is a pass for me.
